Wow! Wow! Wow!This location did a massive change inside and it looks phenomenal!!!The store has a such a brighter feel and it is not just due to the lights.More open and the organization feels cleaner too. Easier to find things, as well as to move around.

They are under construction so probably not the fairest time to rate them. However, there was no restroom sign in what looked like an employees only area. There were no price tag stickers so I had to take each of the things I was looking at to the price check scanner (Which is fine because I needed steps.). But the employees were nice so 4☆.

Bed bath and beyond is always so fun to go to they have lots of very cool items to see.It is sad however that now that’s a pandemic hit it will no longer have their coffee bar in their new remodel.But in general if you’re looking for something unusual or something inside TV usually can get it there at a very good price so I would highly recommend them.And they also always have coupons you can get money off so that’s always an extra good bonus.

I came in here not really looking around for anything in particular and left with $80 worth of stuff I needed. They have some pretty good deals. I gave it a four star rating because it was so dang hot in there! I probably would have spent more if I stayed longer, but I couldnt take the heat. Still like the place but Ill visit in the evening to avoid the heat.

I like Bed, Bath & Beyond and it’s always interesting to walk around the store. But I love their online website more. What they have in the store is minuscule compared to online. You might have the choice of 20-30 bed linens in the store. Online there’a hundreds. I wanted a black and vanilla bedspread. Online there were 271 choices (not all matches) but a lot to look at.

Best place to exchange soda stream canisters. You can use your coupons! Great deals & coupons. Downside is the line always is long & takes forever!

It was terrific. I was having difficulties purchasing a product from BB&B on line. So. I called them locally and they invited me to come into the store. After I arrived at the store, the clerk contacted the manager that I talked with on the phone. It was very busy and they took the time to solve the problem, successfully!

They have the same prices on things as the store in elk grove. The bathroom is clean. BUT whats with all the qulity products being replaced by cheap made stuff? If I wanted to buy cheap quality, l would go to the dollar store. So Im not happy with their products anymore. They casher was funny, she said welcome to corporate America, where you now pay more to get the same quality your use to 😂 SO true.

First, I walk in and noone says hi or welcome in….then I go inside to the bedsheet area and they have someone come up and ask me if I needed help more than at least 10 times in the span of 5 minutes. I felt as if they were suspicious of me stealing? Very disappointed… the manager was especially rude when I asked for help as well… won’t come back again.

I was already having an amazing day. Never really interact with the sales people and cashiers here other that checking out and normal plesantries. Today was different. Orleen my cashier was a breath of fresh air. She was super gregarious and so nice. Hard to be enthusiastic in retail people can be so fickle. Orleen really deserves kudos for being so genuinely nice. I could tell her personality does not lend itself to negativity. I hope her managers know she is doing an exceptional job. I really appreciate her enthusiasm in a world where people seem to not care. HORRIBLE staff! i walked in asked where the appliances were and they stared and laughed at me! they started doing tik tok dances.I heard this place was bad from a friend who visited earlier that week but i didnt expect this amount of disrespect from the staff...very disappointed.

Nice room but next I hope the housekeeping will remove the hair on the shower wall before they leave next time....

Not very well organized. Fair a store this large the options are limited to their brands.

Unfortunately this store has gone down hill along with most stores in the Sacramento area. Most locations have been picked over with no sign of replenishing stock. Customer service is lacking at best and come to find out that their 20% coupon they consistently rave about is excluded on specific items unless you are classified as an only member. They do not seem to have theft deterrent standards in place as multiple high value items are no longer available due to this reason and lastly there stock can take 48hrs to update leading prospecting buyers to waste time and money to make purchases. This is truly a disappointment.

I am overwhelmed at how much stuff they have here! The wall of coffee is really fun with free tasting. Our checker was uber friendly and it was obvious that she really likes people. Its fun to be helped by people like that!

Oh my were to start they have so much stuff. I love it. And the cashier that help me was great. It was the best customer experience.

I wandered about looking for a coffee grinder. Two people were working in the area and neither so much as offered to help. I even sat down and looked on the internet for a grinder, then gave up and left the area.I found some small kitchen items and selected several in an attempt to justify the drive to the store. When I reached the register the price on the shelf was not even close to the price in the register.I’m done whit this place and will not return.

Love to discover the treasures in the unorganized mess. Dont be put off by the unorganized shelving. Save a lot of money 💰 and discover your treasures.

Got right in & out so fast. There where about 5 people in line in front of me but they just worked so fast I couldnt tell anyone in front of me really. The product I got was right up front and 60% off, such a great surprise.

I shopped online for a curb side pickup. When I arrived at the store, I let them know and within just a few minutes an associate brought my purchase out to my vehicle. He was very quick and polite. He was gloved and wearing a mask. It was an impressive merchandise pickup.

Store has a lot of stuff. It is sometimes a bit dizzying to look up. Staff are usually friendly and accommodating. Recently bought a bed set. Decent price and looks nice.

Staff are great. Helped me order items that was not in stock, & applied the discount for me. Although there were LONG lines to checkout. Probably due to the shut down coming soon, but able to tolerate.

Poor customer service. Just bought a new house and a cashier told me I would be getting a discount code in the mail for 20% off. She said I could come back and get a price adjustment on it. She didnt specify that I could only get a price adjustment on just one receipt so here I am thinking the 20% off applies to all my purchases that I made to furnish my new house. Pretty naive of me I guess. In about a one month time frame I spent at this store over $1000. I finally get the coupon in the mail, go in to get the price adjustments, and was rudely told no and that I can only choose one receipt and it has to be withing the past 2 weeks. That would of been nice to know before. Anyways, the key word here is rudely. Goodness, I couldnt beleive their tone and attitude. At least say it nicely or try to accommodate me. I was gonna purchase more stuff there that day but decided I wont be going back at all. Totally disappointed I spent my money there at all.

Always buy something when I come here. This time it was a new Keurig coffee machine. BB&B has the best prices, largest inventory, and best selection.

Well they certainly have all the basic bed and bath stuff, and the beyond must apply to their great selection of kitchen stuff.

Great store! Great stock of the products they carry! Store is very organized! Has a really nice bridal registry program! I found what I was looking for off the registry right away. Employees were friendly and helpful!!! And, Bed Bath & Beyond has a 20% off coupon!!!

Probably the nicest Bed Bath & Beyond I’ve bern into. Clean, huge, big selection of everything and the Coffee bar they have is so awesome, our back home does not have this perk, such a great service station. We bought a mattress protector and mattress pad for such an inexpensive price. Customer service was too notch, 3 employees took the time, effort and patience to help with my coupon issue and solved it too! The manager was friendly too, thank you BB&B team!

Ordered a mirror for delivery but never received it. They kept pushing back the delivery date and then I didn’t hear anything at all. If I hadn’t stayed on top of it I never would have been notified or reimbursed. I know covid has impacted a lot of things but customer service shouldn’t be one of them.

Happy with the selection at this store, and for items not in store a representative was quick to help us find it online using one of their computers and added it to our order very fast. Dont forget to ask them to price match! A little bit of googling can go a long way :)

Just cant leave without getting something! It was busy today and they opened up extra cashiers to get everyone taken care of quickly. Appreciate their efficiency.

Great service, great staff, and great products - I dont always shop at Bed Bath and Beyond because I live about 40 minutes away; however, when I do shop there I am always delighted to do so because the staff are friendly, helpful, and, knowledgeable. If they cant help you find the product that you are looking for, they will transfer you over to someone in their store who can help you find what your looking for, in the right department. My experience with Bed Bath and Beyond was enjoyable and succint, and as a result, I will definitely be going back and doing more business with them in the future. I like Bed Bath & Beyond. This is my first time at this particular location. Unfortunately they did not have the item that I wanted in stock, so I will order online. I appreciated the fact that the parking lot was very well lit as it was getting dark earlier than I was expecting. Staff were helpful.

Bed Bath & Beyond is my go to store for small kitchen appliances. I always get exceptional deals when I buy on sale and use my 20% off coupon. Today I saved $54.00 on one item. Im very pleased.

Unfortunately I must have stopped in on a day that they kind of look like Ross after the day everybodys pick through everything. My clerk at the checkout counter was very nice but when he didnt have enough change in his drawer for what I purchased he started having an anxiety attack. Snapping his fingers tapping the cash register talking to himself and it took probably 12 minutes before manager could come over to add change to his drawer. I felt so sorry for him and Im pretty sure that it was taking a break after I left.

Great return policy if your going to splurge on big items like a vacuum compared to getting a short term return policy at department store. Also great store for gift ideas for the NFL or NHL fans great tumbler cups that can be used hot or cold or bbq items!

Nobody greeted or approached me during my 25 minute search. The cashier did not make eye contact with me, say hi, or acknowledge my existence other than ringing up my items. She announced the total, asked if I wanted a bag, then thanked me for coming in and wished me a wonderful day. So I guess at the end it was good, but getting there was annoying.Goodness I hope people stop giving me gift cards for this place.

The Bed Bath & Beyond store located in Folsom, ca is always fully stocked with products at great prices! I am certain you will find what you are looking for when you go to this particular store. The employees are all friendly and eager to help.

This store has the best return policy. I like that if I buy something, then get a coupon, I can bring my reciept back and get a price adjustment. The staff always seems knowledgeable about whatever product that I am inquiring about. If they are unsure, they usually go to a computer and research it. I will always be back for something.

Had to return espresso machine .Return counter was on point fast courteous helpful had my replacement coffee machine on the counter waiting for me !

These stores are overwhelming. There is too much merchandise packed in all over, including up and down the walls. I go in to immediate sensory overload whenever I walk in. They also like to charge full MSRP and most of what they sell can be found for a cheaper price at discount places like TJ Max, Home Goods, etc. on the plus side, they have a decent variety of home goods - but beware - their inventory and selection vary greatly by store. For instance, Roseville has a much better selection of high end coffee makers over the Arden store.

You can always find something you need and maybe something you never knew was available to make your life more enjoyable! Its even better when you have a coupon for saving at the checkout.

I often go here. Use coupons to get good things at cheap prices. But not all things are good prices.

I have to say it that prior to my experience this evening, this was one of my favorite Bed Bath & Beyonds to visit, but tonight they really dropped the ball. I only gave two stars due to the fact that the selection of items that they have is far better than any other location Ive ever been to, other than that if I was basing my rating on customer service, they would have received no stars at all. Tonight was the first time my boyfriend joined me to the store, and we were basically escorted through the store for our entire visit, making us both feel extremely uncomfortable, because it was very obvious that they felt they needed to keep an eye on us so we didnt steal. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention my boyfriend is black, so due to the fact that Ive never had a problem before as a white woman I couldnt help but feel as though race had something to do with their need to single us out an alienate us throughout our entire visit. I literally left my cart in the middle of an aisle and we left the store empty-handed. We dont get this kind of treatment everywhere we go, but it seems to happen more often in the stories we go to in the Rocklin Roseville area, which is pretty disheartening considering this is 2019 and discrimination against a bi-racial couple should be far beyond todays society, well in our opinion anyways. I rarely right such lengthy reviews as this one, but it really did offend us both, and at least I know for me, it was very sad to see people act this way. So if youre looking for a great selection, this is your store! But I would caution any biracial couples from making this part of your shopping visit if youre in the Galleria area, it may not end up as such a pleasant experience.

I would give it 5 stars except that every time Ive gone there there never seems to be anybody to help me with what Im looking for. Even when I find what Im looking for sometimes its in an area I cant reach and there is still nobody to help. Today I got one of their ladders and climbed up it and got what I needed myself.
