The best bed and great customer service!I am so happy with my sleep number bed, it’s been great for my back. I can now get a good nights sleep. Talk to the manager George at the Gateway Park Store in Sacramento! It’s worth the drive and well worth the money, you will never have to buy another bed!

Not sure Ive ever written a 1 star review, but this experience has simply been too poor from the moment it arrived (original salesperson was great but quit - not surprisingly). This is our 2nd Sleep Number bed but a horrible experience. Spent an insane amount on this bed and youd think we were inconveniencing the delivery team - rude to my wife and rushed the process. Understandable though, not an easy job.Unfortunately, it turned the bed was not comfortable at all and when returning to the store to find out our options we were rudely helped by a salesperson there who clearly didnt care and in fact, made it much worse with her comments (our original salesperson quit, that sale is over, its like furniture you cannot return it, oh Id never sell that one, etc).Unfortunately now were stuck. Will never refer this product again. Very disappointed.

George is awesome to work with! He’s knowledgeable, helpful, knows the products and explains the process. Also knows the technology really well! Kay is also great to work with - she can answer any question you might have! Many thanks for such a pleasant experience! Also loved the manager - she listens to your concern and assures you she’ll address it. This is my 2nd Sleep Number bed and I’ll definitely recommend the Roseville CA store at the Fountains. Oh! And the Lycocell sheets are so snuggly soft, like a perfectly worn sheet on the first day of use - no stiffness or scratchiness. Must have multiple sets.

I know I will love my sleep number bed, because I have slept on my daughter’s. My brother and wife, his son and wife, my son and wife and my daughter and husband all have king size Sleep Number beds. They all love and enjoy them. I’m 81 and ordered a queen size. I am so excited about this and can hardly wait for it to be delivered to my new home. Carlos, the salesman, was very knowledgeable, kind and I would highly recommend him and as nice as he is handsome. He also wore a mask for me, asking if I would like him to. underlying health issues.

Very nice experience. Kick back, lay on a bed and decide how much cushion you want your new bed to have. There really is no pressure to buy. Beds are more expensive than most but they are expected to last 15 years or more, which kinda makes it worth the expense.

Kay, the sales lady was fantastic. She worked with me to get the best deal I could get. I was able to try all their different beds & decide what I wanted with no sales pressure. I would recommend this store by Fountains on Roseville Parkway.So happy with my purchase!

Please be careful with any purchase with sleep number. I can only speak about my experience as I purchased a bed and returned it within the trail period. Without any notification from sleep number they turned me over to a collection service where I discovered I owe $1,400. After multiple phone calls I discovered that the high price was due to an adjustable frame that is not refundable. Honestly I didn’t read the fine print, but I trusted the sales associate that told me the frame was only $300. I wouldn’t recommend doing a purchase unless you are not planning on exchanging it. Regardless of the 100day trial with mattress they will stick you with the price of a frame. Wish I knew this as their customer service has been lousy. Every person has put me on hold and done their best to avoid me including the original sales associate that got me in this situation.

Current Sleep Number bed owner- Wanted a new bed. Went in for a sale. George was very helpful. Answered all my questions. Store was very busy. Everyone was greeted and given an approximate time for salesperson to be available. Store was clean. Got the bed we wanted. Happy with service.

I was about to go to the Sleep # store to get an idea about sleep # mattress. My friend order the mattress that day. W never expected to be in and out for 30 minutes with an Order. We met Kay who helps us in a way that we feel very comfortable, no pressure to buy and the most important part is to get help with finance option that makes it easy for us to get the mattress. I came back and ordered mind. I would strongly recommend to go to Roseville Sleep number at fountain Mall and to meet Kay to help you out. Love the services and love the atmosphere.

Hate our bed...bought the top of the line most expesive one with all the perks and was mislead regarding the return policy....slept on it one night and hated it...they said we couldnt return it until we slept on it for 30 days...then told us only a small portion, like less then half of the $10k we spent was refundable. Worst experience....DO YOUR RESEARCH!! I didnt which is rare...bought on a whim as hubby saw miraculous sounding ads and we fell for them. Now we have a $10k paperweight that is causing damages to my expenseive Pottery Barn bed frame. UNHAPPY!!!

I spent over $200 on the Trutemp sheets, have had them less than a month, and have washed them three times. They are already starting to pill up and become scratchy. I called in and was routed to customer service in which they told me that its not considered a defect and is not covered in their warranty. I understand that after some time of having the sheets, but less than a month is pretty infuriating. Ive spent $20 on sheets at ikea that Ive had for 5+ years that perform better than these. My mistake for spending an obscene amount of money with them. I just hoped their customer service was better.

Just bought our second sleep number. Had the first one for 13 yrs. The sales man was very knowledgeable and friendly, never pushy. He helped us evaluate exactly what we were looking for and then find the perfect bed for us. The store is clean airy well stocked and easy to move around and try different beds.

Sleep No. Roseville is the best! Beautiful showroom to try out all the bed options - a true 1-stop shop if you know you want one of their adjustable mattresses. Furniture and accessory items are also attractively displayed throughout.Our salesperson, Kirk, could not have been more helpful, so much so that we ordered through him vs. our local store. The staff and manager in Roseville are excellent, too, as we had to call a few times about the specifics of our order, and if Kirk, wasn’t available, they stepped right in, and answered all our questions.This place is worth a stop if you’re not from the area, but driving through.Can’t wait to get our mattress this weekend!

We have a sleep number 20 years, and still is like we just got it. Best mattress. You may think it is expensive -- but we would have bought 3 mattress by now,,.. so really it is great deal. So we are getting a new one - just because of technology.

I took my mom in to shop for a mattress, I have owned a Sleep Number since 2006, and sales associate Richard was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time explaining the different mattresses, the many options available, as well as having my mom try the mattresses and it was a very good experience for her, as she will be purchasing her first Sleep Number tomorrow. I look forward to purchasing a new Sleep Number the I-10 in the coming year.

My experience with store employees was excellent. My experience with Synchrony bank was miserable. I had to remove a freeze from my credit reporting agency to allow the bank to run the report. The bank advertised a 4 year zero interest loan on the purchase of the bed that would be immediately approved while the buyer was in the store. My credit is absolutely perfect but the Synchrony representative said I would have to wait for a card mailed to my home because of security procedures. I asked the representative to cancel the application and not send the card. He said he could not stop the process and I had to call customer service after receiving the card, which I did and then shredded the card. I was told this happened to two or three other buyers. I believe their advertising is misleading and an unethical means to open a new credit account. This doesn’t reflect well on Sleep Number continuing to do business with this bank!

Our experience was ok in general. I mostly blame myself for not researching more. Our sales person didnt really describe the different between all the different models of beds. We bought the c4 which I would not recommend. Generally what it sounds like is the cheaper/ older the model, the thinner the comfort layer is between the air mattress and your body. So our comfort layer is VERY thin. Feels like you are sleeping on an expensive air mattress from Walmart. It doesn’t contour to you body at all. It’s extremely uncomfortable for the price. Also the bed makes noise when you move around. We cant afford to just go buy another bed so Im going to buy a memory foam mattress topper and hope that it feels better.Also I bought a $140 pillow here and am not happy with it either
