Came in this morning with my fiancé to get a new King size mattress. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us find the perfect mattress and accessories. We ended up getting a Purple 3 and we are very excited to begin sleeping on it. The entire process took an hour in the store since we wanted to try out different options. Greg knows his stuff, the process was smooth and easy. Haven’t bought many mattresses in the past but I will definitely come back when I need another one.

Prior to arriving at the local store I had called to verify if they had a mattress model on the floor to “test” they did so I proceeded to the store. When we arrived were promptly greeted and asked how they could help. I asked to see the mattress I had called about and they were able to show me, I asked about other mattresses and the salesperson walked me through and explained the differences. The awesome thing is the rep did not try to upsell me on a more expensive mattress too. We ended up purchasing the mattress we originally came to look at and the process went so smoothly it felt like it took less than 30 minutes with paperwork and appointment scheduled in hand.

I had THE BEST experience at Mattress Firm. The first time I went in to take a look around I was greeted with a smile by salesperson Kari Davis. She was very upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get the info I needed but wanted to bring my son back to make the final decision since I was looking for a bed for him. A couple days later I came back with my husband and son. We are so happy with the service we got from Steven. We werent even looking to buy a bed (although we knew we were in need of a new one). We went in to kill time while our son shopped at Game Stop. Steven was so helpful. He explained all of the different bedding technologies, he was super honest about the pros and cons of the various types of beds.
