My family has been bringing our cars here for the last 20 years. This particular visit was a leaky fuel line. The owner, Tony, explained the issue, walked me through the repair, and explained best case/worst case scenarios so I could make a well informed decision about the repair.

Great place to take your vehicle for repair. I didnt think I could every state an auto repair place as honest, but they really are. They look everything over carefully and provide an honest evaluation of what should be done and what can wait or not be done at all. I strongly recommend this business for your vehicle repairs! My electric window was broken and would not close. I knew a huge rainy spell was on the way, so I took it to Tony and his crew. Although they were slammed, he was able to rush my work so that my interior wouldnt get wet and Id be on my way as quickly as possible. Ive been taking my personal and business vehicles to Warren Tire & Auto for years and always get excellent work. TOTAL ROCK STARS!

Angelo took my information and promptly replied to me with a quote on the tire size I requested and gave me three separate options.I made a selection and the tires were there the next day the following day they replaced 2 of my tires.Not only did they mountain balance on but he actually took the time to sandblast the rims and get the oxidation off there so I will not suffer from the annoying rim leaks.I did not request this and that is why I took the time to give them five stars.Good customer service is impossible to find these days but there still may be a few this is one of them

Never been here but I was referred to them by Minchies Auto Service, when I called about an issue the guy was nice and honest and told me I wouldnt even be able to look at your car right now due to taking on a huge work load of car. So when I do get a chance hopefully Ill be able to resolve my issue with my car and give a more accurate rating

We have now taken our vehicles here twice, and so far have had good experiences each time. This last time, they kept my van for almost a week, bit it was because they were diligently trying to find the source of a leak. Whenever they thought they fixed it, they put it in the lot, only to find it leaking again later. I had a ton of work done on it, so it was expensive, but we thought the prices were fair, and they didnt charge me extra for the additional labor in finding that leak. Very kind of them. They come off as fair and reputable.

I have only been here once. I stopped by to see if they could add air to my tires. They added the air and didnt charge me anything for it (in -10 degree weather). When I asked for change for a 20 so I could leave a tip they refused to take any of my money. This was such a nice gesture especially in the temperature! I would highly recommend coming here, its refreshing to see that there are still businesses out here that care about customers. Please give them your business, they will do their best to help you out!

These guys are the best! I want to thank you so much for helping us with our ac when it went out on our way up to organ. You guys are life savers! I go here to see my mechanic, Tony, every time I need anything big or small thing done to my car. My family has been going to Warren Auto for years because we have trusted Tony wont overcharge us or say we need to change out transmission fluid when its actually fine and he hasnt all the years we have been going to him. He is on the more pricey, but that is because he only uses OEM parts (original factory part). The only time he doesnt use OEM parts is when the factory doesnt make the parts anymore. He then goes to aftermarket parts, but he tells you he has to for a reason and if you say ok, he will get or order the part, but will not go get a cheap part. Just had him put an aftermarket part in my car since Ford doesnt make the part I needed any longer.If you have a Grand Victoria or a Grand Marquis, he will take extra care of your car. He loves those cars and owns at least a Grand Marquis, probably the same year and features as mine.

They have earned my trust. My whole family has been going to Warren Auto and tire for repairs, tires and other auto needs for over 25 years. Honesty and integrity are not that easy to find anymore.

Went there to check my tire pressure they were low and all 4 tires were checked for leaks they brought up tires . to manufacture recommend pressureCharge free. Will be taking my vehicle there from now on. Thanks guys. Lets talk about wipers now.

Dishonest shop!I have an oil change plan for my vehicle that Ive been using for the last three years with no problems. Its a program that shops offer at a higher upfront cost, but in turn you dont have to pay a regular cost for your oil change.I recently moved and was hoping to start using a shop closer to home.Yesterday, I spoke with the owner of this Warren Auto & Tire, discussed my plan (which they have fliers for around the shop), and made an appointment to bring my car back this morning.Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that they wouldnt accept the plan (what?!) and I would need to pay out of pocket for my oil change. He then proceeded to tell me (despite our discussion the day before and the numerous fliers in the shop) that they dont accept the plan, nor sell it (LOC Plan, for those interested).Why did I find your information on the LOC website? Why do you have fliers and brochures for this EXACT plan in your lobby??If youre going to be a weasel about a $20 oil change, Im certainly not going to recommend your business to anyone else I know or bring my car back to you for the bigger repairs I already know I need in the future!

I made an appointment and they knew what car and tires for my truck. I went in early to make sure the price to be told not only do they not have my tires but its going to be 30$ more then I was told. I wouldnt recommend this at all.
