No one enjoys getting their car repaired. Especially when it’s a catastrophic transmission failure. I called half a dozen places; none of which could service my Infiniti. Then I found A1. Eddie worked with me to find the right solution for my budget and made the whole mess more bearable. And the car was back on the road much faster than I had expected. I would certainly recommend to others.

I got refered to them by a friend. He said they would treat me fair and not screw me bc Im a girl. And he was right the mechanic was very nice, professional, explained everything so I could understand. Even Answered questions I had abt some things I thought might be wrong w/vehicle.I went there and the same day they did my repairs & where done in 3hrs.The Owner I believe was nice enough to drive me home while they worked on my car so I didnt have to take the bus. Which is above & beyond any repair shop Ive been too.Take your vexhike to A1 they r trustworthy & will not let u down at all.

Great place a little high but you get what you pay for. Theyre super helpful takes the time to fully explain problems with vehicles even answers questions about things they arent repairing. No sir no disconnected give me your money now go away shop here. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone

Took my new 19 dodge ram up here to get my tires switched out, nothing wrong with the rims, brand new. It took him almost an hour to get one tire on the rim and proceeded to tell me that he put it on backwards, which still doesnt take that long. After he put the first tire on, I inspected it and there was so much grease on it I couldnt see the rim at all, I wiped it off and there was so many gouges in my rim from his machine. I confronted him on it and he began to lie to me and say it wasnt him. And every rim I pointed out how flawless they were and the other 3 were just the same way, scratched, gouged and said he wasnt going to fix what he did. His name was Eddie and supposedly hes the manager and owner.

Nice guys that are honest, did a great job on my Jeep! Took the time to explain everything before starting so Id have an understanding of whats going on.

Took my car to them to replace heater core got car back an my heater still doesn’t work and now my ac does not work worst service ever they told me one price to get it there and when I picked my car up the price was way different I would not recommend them as they will rip you off called them to fix the problem and they said it wasn’t there job now I have no heat or ac because of them

Took my car here, and when i got it back, not only was the problem not fixed, they broke other parts aswell, so now I have to pay MORE for their mistake, as well as paying to get the initial repairs done properly. Id avoid them.
