Disppointed in service department. I have going there for years. Dropped off my honda on Friday 9:30am for an oil change. I didnt get phone call until Monday morning to pick up You would think the service manager would call with an heads up.

Very quick airbag repair. Staff was very nice and friendly. They also gave the Honda a bath (car wash) before I picked it up

Great shop for Honda car repairs. Highly knowledgeable stuff and friendly people. Jeff does a great job in diagnosing yours car repair properly and also hes very patient in walking you through the steps of repairs explaining your each step at a time. Timely repair and very good prices for labor as well. Definitely recommended for yours car repairs.

I have been very disappointed with my service here lately. Though the technicians are friendly and welcoming, they have not been thorough. I recently bought a new battery, had an oil change, and asked them to input my stereo code. As I was leaving, I noticed they did not put the stereo code in so I drove right back. The next day, as Im driving on I-696, my drivers side windshield wiper blade flies off! This is supposed to be checked when they change my oil--they gave me a checklist telling me this--but apparently it was not. Furthermore, they sent me a survey which I filled out and they never replied to me. Finally, though the temperatures were in the 40s, they told me it was too cold to wash my car. Sometimes I wonder if its because Im a woman as my boyfriend always receives excellent service that he raves about. Overall, Im very disappointed in service and hope it improves soon.

Pricing is like most service shops at dealerships...take that for what you will. But overall, the service department here is knowledgable and pretty quick to complete any repairs or oil changes.
