A friendly staff whenever we visit, they offer good advice whether the car is new or old or ancient. They do allow for a service flexibility, say if one is just a walk in.

My husband refused to come back here at Toyota Service Roseville due to his bad experiences. He had to wait for a long time just for oil change for several incidents. But I encouraged him to still go because things might change. Our oil change scheduled at 0940, arrived at 0935. Check in was smooth and staff were pleasant. Jason was our Service Personnel, he offered the recommendations but we declined. We just need oil change. We asked how long is the waiting. Jason said about an hour. About after 1 hour, Jason called my husband and offered another recommendations, he declined and he asked how long the oil change will be done, Jason said in 15 minutes. We waited about an hour and still no call. So we followed up and found out that Jason went on break. It was 1200 noon when we asked someone to check us out. The car was already ready but why they let us wait that long for just an oil change? If you have 2 hours to 2.5 hours of time to waste, then go ahead. They dont offer Lyft service for an oil change.Im sorry we are not coming back here. You just lost a loyal costumer.

Always great service from my experience. Definitely one of the nicer places to wait for your car to be worked on.Only shortcoming Ive ever discovered is that there is no complimentary ride. You can rent a car but youll need to pay for it, which is understandable for a rental just wish there was a complimentary alternative. Clean place, available bathrooms, coffee shop and foods available for purchase.

Decent. Stood in line for 15 minutes and there wasnt anyone in front of us, just employees chit chatting, didnt even give us a glance. Luckily a kind gentlemen told us to come over to his desk and worked with us. I was going to vote 2 stars, but I decided on 3 because a worker held the door open. : )

The service department needs improvements but the customer service provided and the care and precision that goes into a high quality service is excellent. I havent had any issues unless we were talking about how difficult it is to get in contact with a employee from the service department to sell me Toyota care plus.

They took me in late on a Sunday after I missed my appointment, then stayed after closing so I could make it back to get my car and were super kind the whole time. What great customer service!

Never told me that their car wash was closed. I had an appointment for a basic service and I was still there for 3 hours. A 3 hour wait apparently wasn’t considered a long enough wait for them to get me a Lyft home while I waited.

I called 3 weeks ago. They had to order parts. Never called me when they came in. They sent them back to store. I called yesterday to find out why I wasnt notified. Said they were sorry. Didnt help. Reordering and will call when parts are in. Right. I hope so.

The Toyota service was fine. The left service not so much. The left they called never came.

I gave it 3 stars because they offer transportation to and from their service dept. With uber or lift. That isnt ok with me durring a pandemic. Most people are trying to help prevent the spread of covid. I realize that keeping an economy is also important to those of us who are alive but this practice is dangerous for their customers.

I brought my car in for warranty repair a few weeks ago. It broke again right afterwards but if I want it fixed, Ill be paying for it.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change, called the next morning to make sure it was done and ready to pick up. Said they need to have a tech call me, I called back 4 hours later and was told “my tech is off today, so I will need to wait 2 days until he gets back in”Not happy

Sitting in Toyota waiting for my car at 8pm was not told service center closes at different time than main building. They had my car all day for service and said I could pick it up anytime. My key is locked up and although they are now helping me when at first they told me I would have to drive back (an hour) tomorrow this is a nightmare that could have been avoided and to boot they said service probably did tell you (lacking accountability)Nightmare. 😡😖 If you are picking your car up here make sure they arrange a late pick up or you are aware what the hours are or you will be stuck don’t expect that service will make you aware of it and if it weren’t that I live an hour away and am working in the am they would have expected me to come back tomorrow!!

Might be a good place, but per my experience not an customer friendly place. I bought my car from other dealership, its been 3 months n somehow my tyer got a cut. Visited this place as this is closer to my residence, requested to atleast help and get some kind of warranty because cut was in the middle of tyre and that wasnt usual m sure nobody was sitting on road with knife to cut the same but even after requesting the representative did not help me and it just felt like because I did not buy car from there they will not provide any kind of help.Unsatisfactory experience.

These guys are fast and professional. They can get busy so make sure you book a time slot in advance.

Didnt have my car here, but they jacked up my friends car by putting too large of tired on the car. Tired rubbed on the frame 10 mins after pulling out. They took car of it. But the time it took and all the confusion was bad

The courtesy of washing the car should be removed or do the job well, they will only rub off the dirt and only where it is most visible. Friendly staff.
