I have had my vehicle in several times. They always honor my appointment time and get me in an out in a reasonable time. And sometimes if they have time in their busy schedule they call to make sure that I am happy with my service. I have had the following and more done: seat heater replaced, new front end struts, cabin air filter, oil changes, new horn.

Im absolutely satisfied with the work these guys did. Took my car in on a flat bed and they got it running like it came off the lot yesterday. I will always recommend good guys garage to anyone needing any repairs. Fantastic job guys thank you so so much.

These guys will go out of there way. I wont go anywhere else. I like that I can bring my car to them and they wont patch a bandaid on it and call it good. They went thru 3 different auto part stores to finally find the right one. They werent rushing themselves to get it done. They waited patiently until they finally found the right part and then got it done real quick. Thanks guys 👍

I came in for an oil change and a leak. The diagnosis ended up being worse than I thought it would be but the two guys I worked with were so kind and respectful and were able to give me some options and solutions for moving forward with my car. They also graciously let me put them on the phone with my dad so he would also know what was going on and help me make decisions. Overall I am super satisfied with the service I received. They gave me great advice and were transparent about what my options were, which was very helpful. As a young woman, it can be nerve-racking to go to a garage you dont know, but the men at Good Guys made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely come again and recommend to anyone needing a garage. Thanks Good Guys! :)

The turbo on my 08 Subaru Outback exploded while going over Grants Pass and I got a tow to this garage on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. Im glad I did, because they did a great job getting my turbo repaired and reinstalled quickly and painlessly.Greg was extremely professional in all our interactions and was great about calling to keep me posted how the repairs were going. Cars running great now, thanks!

I called Good Guys Garage after my 90 Honda Accord wouldn’t start. I asked them how backed up they were (after finding out my other garage would take a week and a half before they could get to it). Greg said he could look at it that day or the next morning and would give me a call with the diagnosis. I really appreciated this customer service. I dropped the car off that night and sure enough, the next morning he called with an update. He ended up fixing the car that same day for an extremely reasonable rate. Veteran friendly too!

While driving to Roseburg, the engine in my Jeep JKU started acting up. A misfire in the #5 cylinder was a known issue and on my list to take care of. While in Roseburg I decided to have it checked and stopped by Good Guys Garage and met Greg. Turns out it was time to replace the engine. I decided to have Good Guys put the new motor in and I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the entire experience working with Greg and his team. Communication was outstanding, Greg is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to have him work on any of my vehicles. Highly recommended!

These guys rock! They restored my headlights to new condition in less than 2 hours! They are friendly and,knowledgeable and honest!

I have taken both of my vehicles and three of my daughters vehicles there. Always honest and give you the best options for your situation. For example I had a older vehicle that was having a sensor issue, after they went over vehicle they found that the sensor was least of my problems and let me know that the could do the sensor but there were transmission problems and broken motor mounts. Asked if I really wanted to put more money into that vehicle. Other places would have let me sink money in and then I would have more trouble later, more money. Also I live in California took my other car in for oil change the place said the also checked my brakes and I needed new ones all around and new roters $900 est. I came back to Oregon to visit daughters and brought car in only needed new brake on part and not roters good guys also found I needed tye rod. Got all that work done 400 under what I would have been charged in California for work i didnt need and I still would have had a bad tye rod. They are great. I now plan car repairs and maintenance for my trips to Oregon :)

It took a bit of searching but these guys never gave up. Definitely coming back for all my auto needs.
