Very friendly and prompt service. I was able to get an appointment the next business day for a alignment and lube/filter. The dealer was booked for 2 weeks. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to me so I could understand it. The service was quick better priced than the dealer.

On the plus side, good service, fair price for the tires, mounting and balancing. Asked them to do an alignment if necessary and they showed me the specs from their machine indicating it was not needed. They could have gone ahead and done it and I would have been none the wiser. On the minus side, store is not particularly attractive.

They are the only place that I would take my car to and they do the best job and they save me a whole lot of money so the only thing that is missing from them is a red cape and a big S on the front of their shirt.

I went in to have my front end checked out because my steering was a little loose. They found a loose nut that was causing my issue. They tightened it up, and didnt even charge me! Great customer service!

If I could give a zero, I would.I bought a set of tires and a 50,000 mile warranty and was religiously getting my tires rotated every 3000 miles.Long story short, these tires lasted a little over 22,000 miles. Wore out. They wouldnt rotate them anymore and when I showed them I still had the paperwork they said it was my fault, I guess that I thought businesss still stood by their word and honored warrantys?Im so terribly disappointed with them.

They gave me a quick quote and got me in quickly. Much appreciated all the fast work. Since my tires were in bad shape. Thanks for all they do 😊

If I could give 0 stars I would. Posting on behalf of someone who took their car here. It needs to be publicly acknowledged that a worker at Tire Pro stole good tires and put the old ones back on. And amTire Pro admitted that the alignment was not done. Avoid major headaches, and take your car elsewhere.Tire Pro did fire the person who stole tires.Tire Pro told my friend that they would do the alignment, if she bought 4 tires. Unwilling to replace what was STOLEN. Unwilling to do the alignment that wasn’t done to begin with.Tire Pro reached out to my friend to reconcile the situation.

This was my first time going here. The service was good had a little logistical issue and we had to push my appointment back a day but over all happy with them. Show room is nice and clean and open. They did have good coffee which is important.

Went in today to get tires put on my vehicle & they were absolutely amazing. I dont remember the gentlemans name at the counter but he was very warm & welcoming & even made small talk with my adult son while there. Lance put my tires on & did a great job. Listened to what I wanted, asked which side I wanted facing out & even asked if I wanted to keep one of them so I had a full size spare. After all was said & done it only took about 45 minutes for me to be driving out of there with brand new tires. Local businesses win again!

This place is amazing! Went in for new rotors and tires, and they gently informed me off some other pressing issues that needed done. They didnt gouge prices, they gave me a very generous payment plan, and they were super friendly! 10 out of 10. Id recommend to anyone.

Have only been using them for about a year now, but they have taken good care of my wifes car and my truck. Theres a small waiting room w/ TV, vending mch. restroom and free coffee. I would recommend them to others.

Great staff. Never really a line to be helped. Comfortable waiting area with a vending machine and a fridge with free waters for customers. Got a great deal on tires here and went back later to get my entire braking system done. More than fair treatment of customers and fair pricing too. I recommend tis place to anyone.

Went into tire pro with an appointment for rotate and balance and waited 25 minutes until someone acknowledge my presents. Finally when the lady ask why I was there she couldn’t find my car information or appointment. Then another customer came in dropped off their keys and left, thinking my vehicle was next since I’ve been there for 35 minutes and mechanic grabbed there keys and took it back before mine. Then after a 15 minute personal conversation between tony and the mechanic tony finally got off his ass and grabbed by keys and went outside to come right back in and say they can’t rotate or balance my tires. This place has gone downhill with there customer service I’ll never take my vehicles here again.

Today, December 29, 2018, My husband and I went to the Tire Pros store to have a tire fixed. Not only did their technician fix our tire, which saved us money, but we were not charged for the repair. This is something we were not expecting. We are so appreciative to Tire Pros kindness. Thank you Tire Pros.

The service at the front desk was quick, they were knowledgeable, and easy to have friendly, witty banter, especially Rick.The mechanics were experienced and helpful.They did not install or charge me for parts I ended up not needing, that is so appreciated for someone on my budget!The superior customer service, the staff, prices and honest business practices, earn this local shop a big thumbs up and 5 stars!

Went in with a screw in my tire, they were able to patch it and to my surprise, it was free of charge. Ill be checking back there first when I need new tires on the truck.

Use to be a good place to go but last few times we went in we had bad experiences we are done with this place. Its all about money now, go in for an alignment because the tires are wearing wrong guess what? they wont do anything with it because the tires are too bad, we planned on buying tires But past experience tells us do the alignment first because if you dont guess What? They will always find something to replace before the alignment and its always a way over priced part but they will sure sell you the tires with no problems. Who whats to buy brand new tires with a bad alignment? We wont be back I suggest finding a company that still cares about the customers.

They were very nice about getting my rounded lug nut off my car for me...I didnt have a way or the told to do it and they only charged me for like half an hour... And they made it so I could finish replacing my brakes

Nice folks, but soooo slow! Been getting my oil changes there for several years. It used to take 20 or 30 minutes in and out. Then it started taking an hour. My last oil change, with a scheduled appointment, took one hour and forty-five minutes. Unacceptable. Think Ill go elsewhere for my next oil change.

The crew iside the store and in the bays are awesome. They fixed my car for the best price and are very friendly. I go to them for all my car needs.

Went in for new tires. Had changed my oil myself a couple days before and the day after they put my tires on I noticed a leak from my oil drain plug. Jacked the car up and went under to check it, quickly discovered the problem was that they decided to completely strip out my oil pan threads. I snugged that bolt myself! I just came in for new tires! talked to greg the mechanic on the phone and all he would do is offer me is temporary replacements like a rubber plug. Took no responsibility even after I told him I drained my oil myself. If anyone reading this has had experience with a mechanic stripping out your oil pan threads you know how much money they just potentially costed you. Somebody took it upon themselves to tighten the hell out of my bolt even though it was perfectly fine and completely screw me. Luckily I found a $20 permanent fix called an eco plug. DO NOT go here for repairs. And if you get tires installed here BEWARE.

Went in for a simple tire rotation. I called ahead of time and made a 3PM appointment. I showed up about 30 mins early. I was not expecting them to start my rotation if I had showed up early, and even told them I wasnt in a hurry due to running some errands and not taking as long as I thought they would have. Despite trying to be polite the female employee working the counter was very rude.Around 3 PM another customer started to get very antsy because he had a 1:30 appt and at 3:05 his car had still not left the parking spot from when he was arrived there. He went to go complain to an older gentleman who I assume to have been either the owner or someone near the top about how he had been waiting over 2 hours past his scheduled appt and work had yet to be done on his car. The mans response was something along the lines of well you go out there than and slap the mechanic upside the head and tell him how you feel, Id be proud of you actually if you did that! If I had responded to a customer like that at my job, Im not sure Id still have a job after. I also noticed several people near the front counter/desk sitting on the bar stools that did not appear to be customers or employees, but simply people just hanging out. I suppose theres nothing wrong with that, the problem was this same older gentleman would wait to finish his conversations with these people instead of helping the PAYING customers that had been waiting for 5-10 mins for someone to help themWhen I made my appointment I was told that it would only take 20-30 mins to have my rotation done. Around 4 PM I saw a mechanic bring in some clipboards with keys attached to them and set them on the counter near the front desk. 20 mins later the female employee working the desk picked up the clip boards, and to my disgust I learned one of them was mine......that means I had been sitting there for TWENTY mins after work was done on my car and no one could be bothered to tell me?An hour and a half later I left the place for my rotation that was only supposed to take no more than 30 mins. My time is very valuable to me, and I will not support places that waste my time like that.
