Best car buying experience Ive ever had, I didnt think it would be possible to say this but I would make the drive all the way to Roseburg to buys from them again. Chelsea was really friendly and knowledgeable.

We apologize that this review is 5 years late in coming! The owner of this Toyota franchise treated us with enormous respect and care. We got our brand new Prius from him with 0% financing and at an amazing price when the Eugene, OR, Toyota we patroned were trying to sell us the same vehicle with no different features for nearly $4k more! We would like to thank this owner and his super clean business and efficient, wonderful staff very much.Oil change is $70 but we wait for mailed -$15 coupons to use as we are senior citizens budgeting!We also recently just had this Toyota dealership replace our OEM headlights for the new fangled 6,500k LED lights, making it easier to see during night time driving, shouldve had it done sooner!Thank you also for making the town beautiful with the ever changing Christmas decorations on top of the beautiful building every year! Polite service, clean convenient facilities, skilled technicians, surprisingly fair prices, honest, quick, reliable service. Ill be a repeat customer.

Do not get service done here. Just dont. They push upsales on the service you need hard enough its uncomfortable and they over charge. I called to get a quote for my 30,000 mile service and they quoted me $400-$600. I called a couple other dealerships and was getting in the $150 range elsewhere. Looks like Clint Newell was including transfer case service which the other dealerships assured me I wouldnt need unless Id been towing or other hard use. Theyve also tried to sell me on getting the synthetic oil changed every 5,000 miles, toyota only recommends changing every 10,000. Do not go here for service, go to Springfield or Medford.

I asked if they had cars in 5000 dollar range and they said no

Surprised my husband with a full detail to his Jeep Rubicon. Ryann did phenomenal work! Exceeded our expectations. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. The Jeep looked brand new when we picked it up. Highly recommend getting your vehicle detailed by Ryann. My car is next! 🙂

The helpful staff was in no way pushy both times I visited. They were happy to help me choose between any number of vehicles. Ended up choosing them for my very first car. Helped me make sense of the financing options and vehicle maintenance. Highly recommended.

Great we got a 2019 Chevy Spark. We bought it from my father who works there. If you want to buy a car ask for my dad Brian Newell or ask one of his co-workers.

Bumper to bumper warranty? What does that mean? Took my 2017 GMC Acadia in because the fog light fell out. The service writer looked at it An there was NO damage to the vehicle. But still they said they wouldn’t know if the 3 plus hour to fix it would be covered under warranty. They would have to first take it apart then determine if it was a defective part. So if it wasn’t a defective part then I would have to pay to get it fixed. I don’t think it’s worth the 4-5 hounded dollars to get It fixed. So back to my point why buy or even have a warranty on your car? It’s a joke!!!

Called several times for service. Never got a live person. No one even bothered to call me back. Wasted my time

This place is full of liars and crooks. If you want to be treated like complete garbage then buy a vehicle here, and once you have that vehicle hopefully nothing goes wrong with it because they will cheat you out of your money at every opportunity. At this point a cancer diagnosis would be preferable then having to deal with this place. They are only getting a one-star because I can’t give them a rating any lower than this, a thoroughly corrupt and useless place of business.

Had a pre purchase vehicle inspection. Less than 100 miles later I find out the transmission has major trouble. All I asked for is a refund of the $60 inspection charge. They refused. I dont trust them. Horrible customer service.
