Went to dealership with checkbook in hand to purchase a car. Never have I ever met a more disinterested, rude salesman at a car dealership. Do your research! Their cars ore overpriced and they will not entertain the thought of negotiating on your car.

I am disappointed with my interaction with Donald, the owner of this lot. I bought a 2007 Tacoma from them two weeks ago. I drove up from Ashland to look at the truck because the ad looked very promising, a clean truck with a canopy, with the options and color I liked, at a reasonable price. First I learned it didnt actually come with a canopy, that the owner had sold it separately. They were unwilling to budge on the price. I expected some wear and tear and repairs, and when I asked they said their shopped looked it over and nothing serious needed repairing. I bought the truck and drove it home, despite the lack of canopy.I brought it to my mechanic (Siskiyou Import Service, theyre amazing) to check it out, and he diagnosed over $1500 necessary repairs, most notably the air conditioner condenser has a HOLE IN IT and it wont hold freon. A loose ball joint, rusted/rounded transmission and differential drain plugs, some dashboard lights and a knob. He said theres no way a mechanic could inspect this truck and not see these issues. I called Donald to ask what he would do to make it right. He offered to LET ME PAY HIM to replace the condenser. It was cheaper than my shop, but with me losing a day bringing it up there it wasnt worth it. He offered to buy the condenser and send it to my shop (which would only save me $113), which my mechanic refused, on the grounds that he only uses OEM parts (Donald said he uses 1800Radiators). I told Donald Id be satisfied if he paid for the AC repair and Id pay for the rest of the repairs, or even if he paid his price on it, but he refused.Donald either lied about not knowing about the issues, or he lied about having his shop check it out, or his mechanic was incompetent for the inspection. Dishonest, negligent, or incompetent. Whatever the case, I have no confidence in their integrity at this point.The truck drives okay. The gas tank door was loose and came off while driving, a trim piece peeled off, and there is significant rust damage on the undercarriage (from salted roads in BC). I got the ball joint repaired ($250). I am still happy with the truck, but I am really disappointed with my interactions with the seller. I would expect something like this from a private seller, not an 20 year auto dealer with a mechanic shop on site.

Terrible terrible service. Cars are a joke and all have problems. I put in a complaint with bbb. Donald moore was the owner of Ds auto. AVOID THIS LOT UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF! The jeep commander i purchased has soooo many issues. I had just signed papers for it when and got gas and it died. This was just the beginning of the issues with the jeep.

We had a fairly great experience buying our latest car from them. The only issues was that our original salesman, Jeremy, wasnt available the day we were able to go back and pay the rest of our down payment and bring it home but Eric helped us finalize things with very few hiccups and helped us get in contact with an insurance company right away to get that squared away.

These people are scam artists. Taking advantage of the people that they can, and they werent willing to make it right. The car hasnt lasted a week without making horrendous noises. Forcing us to contact our lawyer for violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act, Section 5.

Bought a car from this lot just over a week ago. Had to bring it in multiple time due to mechanical issues that were never disclosed to me before my purchase. They werent willing to repair the issues that were already wrong with the car before I purchased it. Leaving me with an unsafe vehicle for my family. My advice is to find a used car lot that has employees with integrity.

After searching for months, I found the truck I had been looking for on their website. Drove all the way from Eugene to get it. After some issues with getting financed, these folks worked their tails off to get me financing so I could get the truck I needed. As a construction contractor, I had to have a truck to continue running my business and operating, and without their hard work and perseverance to get me into that truck, my business would have come to a standstill. Ive had the truck for 3 months now and its running great and making me money. Huge props to Jeremy and the whole team for all their effort! Thanks yall!

Paul was our salesman and he was super helpful, he answered every single one of my questions without getting irritated ( I asked probably a million lol) I would highly recommend this car lot! It was very easy to buy my car from them, especially as a first time buyer so Ill give them props for that. However, the car I bought, has had a radio issue. I brought it back to them multiple times to have them fix it. They said they took out certain wires, but instead, left them and messed with other things, leaving me with burning wires. I am very disappointed with them and how they handled fixing my car.

Words cant say what these people did for my family. They went above and beyond for my family. Wifes car broke down. We had it towed home didnt want to keep putting money into it called City center they told us to come on down. They looked at it gave a good trade in. And left with the car my wife wanted.

Finally some straight shooters! Didnt feel pressured and got the car I wanted. My Chevy Suburban was the best one in Roseburg and I got it for a sweet price from City Center. Donald Moore and Jeremy are great and I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The mechanic...like a genius or something. He pinpointed possible problems that could happen with this model and how to prevent it. Totally went the extra mile for my family. Great dealership.

They did whatever they could to get me the car they wanted. As a first time car buyer I would not recommend coming here though. I got stuck with a super high interest rate and the car didnt run as good as they said nor did it get the gas mileage I was told. When I went to return the car they want to buy it back from me at 35% of what I bought it for. I even did car maintenance on it and was returning it better than I bought it. They tried hard to sell it but did not work the extra mile to help my family.

The service here is HORRIBLE. They stamped a different name on the paper than what shows up in the DMV. They stamped D Auto Sales, LLC on it and the DMV needed a verification statement that D Auto Sales, LLC is the same company as City Center Cars and Trucks. So, naturally, I gave them a call and asked if they could fax over a one in the same letter to the DMV. The guy who answered my call had HORRIBLE manners. He was very short with me and acted like I was asking for the impossible. I followed up the next day and was told that Id have to speak with the owner but they are, in fact, the same company. So I finally got ahold of the owner about 3 phone calls later, I believe his name is Don, and he was very rude as well. He cut me off and said hed get to it eventually and didnt even take down my information to get back to me. He just hung up on me like the first guy did! All I asked for was a letter that states that the two companies are the same. How hard can that possibly be? Now Im waiting to hear back from someone I guess. I dont even know if they plan on getting back to me. Anyway, this company sucks. The staff sucks. The owner sucks. Everyone I talked to was beyond rude. Im sure they are nice to you if youre buying a car for them but any service that doesnt make them money, just forget about it.
