THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!!! Only the pumps are open and they close the lobby at Midnight which is ridiculous as other locations are open 24 hours. This stores ladies room also needs attention as when the toilet flushes the water runs for over a minute straight! How wasteful and irresponsible! We are supposed to conserve water not literally throw it down the toilet. WORST SHEETZ EVER!!!

Normally this place is okay but lately I dont know if it is they dont care or are just lazy. I ordered 4 hot dogs took 15 minutes and they didnt even get the order correct..... unfortunately I didnt know until after I left so I tossed them to a stray animal because they had put so much mustard of which I didnt ask for I might add that it literally sets mouth on fire and made me sick on my stomach. Plus half the time the gas prices are 5 to 10 cents a gallon higher than the circle K by Lowes.

Store closed. Doors locked. Worker Inside looked at several customers and refused to acknowledge anyone.

Bathrooms were disgusting! Store was not busy, zero effort being made to clean them up. Indifferent service when getting made to order food and paying.

Well lets see. I went to the store and placed my order. After paying for the order because I was told by the cook they wouldnt cook it. I get told they are out of almost everything I had ordered, but then offer to cook stuff I didnt want. I told the cook no that I had ordered specific items due to a food allergy of someone in my family. It took 20 minutes for them to give me a refund. Well I was waiting for the items they said they did have and get told oops I didnt know we were out of that too so I finally ended up getting a full refund and headed back home to cook since now I had been standing in the store for 45 minutes and A all I had was a drink.

I was in such a hurry I didnt get the name of the hospitality manager thats on duty but I would like to send out a special recognition to her. it is people like this young lady that make this world a better place sheetz, you have a gem, cherish her and thanks for the great customer service!

Im a sheetz only loyal customer, and Ive seen morning people come and go as cashiers, but Zhane is the only person Ive ever wanted to complain about, she has a bad attitude and really doesn’t make a good cashier. Im going to start going else where.

Had difficulty at gas pump with acceptance of sheets credit card and a wonderful attendant in store named Alexa offered to come out and help me. It was cold and she was so kind and cheerful. Gas pump worked next time I tried, but was so impressed by this employee. That is why I go to this Sheetz location and will continue to do so.

This particular Sheetz is my least favorite to frequent in all of Nash county. The food preparers are rude and aloof. They are especially slow (maybe even mentally). Everyone in the food section seems to be having a bad day on most days. I’ve never had a completely flawless visit to this location. All the boys and girls, black and white that work in the food preparation station live up to what I have come to expect from Rocky Mount. Sh***y customer service, nasty attitudes, and a lack of respect for customers. Literally every Sheetz in Nash county is better than this location.

I was hung up on when I called about the air for tires b/c its never working And when I actually went in yo inquire abt it, I saw the manager dropping onion rings in grease without her gloves on, she went back to press a button to clear the orders off the screen and then dropped two chicken strips all without her gloves on or even washing her hands then went back to bagging other orders. Im only giving it 2 stars b/c the manager didnt give me attitude when I asked for her managers name🤷🏽‍♀️

Cool gas station with tons of stuff and a great good and coffee selection. This one had a busted pump that I pulled into and the brat itried to order was frozen but that wood only really take away 1/2 a start. Over all its a 4.5 good had station with friendly helpful service.

Matty was great. Went above and beyond with customer service and was friendly. People like that make me want to return.

Worst service ever... Waited over an hour for food and drinks.. Had to cancel orders due to being out of alot of food and drinks. Orders that were received were incorrect. Asked for a supervisor number did was told the lady there was it. No thanks. Asked for a district mananger name and number was told unable to give information. I will never ever go back into this store. Should get no stars👿

This is the worst Sheetz in the area. It feels like most of the employees dont care about their jobs. Old carriage road is better.

They just got my order wrong one too many times. I carefully put in croissant and they give me the ciabatta every time. One time it took over half an hour to get my order. Go elsewhere.

They are the slowest for food! Two cooks and 20 mins don’t add up! Dirty bathroom and the unarmed security officer look like he lost!

I dont get gas from Sheetz but I do use the air pump, I do wish the air pump was at a more convenient place because you cant really form a line.

Average sheets service and products! This place just seems to be a bit scary after 9, they usually have a police officer on site at night, if that doesnt tell you something. Open 24hrs tho!
