I always enjoy my coffee- Bold of course and I had 2 mini donuts. I enjoyed it.

I love Krispy Kreme but they have stopped making some of my favorite donuts. Like sour cream, Cinnamon bun, and krullers.

Please bring back the glazed cinnamon bun donut how can yall tease people like that oh my goodness that donut was on point

Usually love this place. I didnt wait for the HOT sign. I just ordered 4 dozen. Man, was that a big mistake. A few hours later,.the donuts tasted like they were days old. Very disappointed

The prices have risen but the donuts are still amazing. They hire good people and they are fast. I dont think people understand how busy it gets when the hot sign is on but God I still get my stuff in a timely manner.

Sunday night @ 9pm and your person taking drive thru orders is sarcastic & rude. I could hear her sniping at the car ahead of me and the one behind. She snapped at me & I just told her Id changed my mind. Just stuck in the drive thru since theres no exit.I realize people are working hard. I work hard for my money also and I choose not to give it to someone who cant even treat customers with common courtesy.

Coming from the north, I thought dunkin donuts was good, but they fell off. You have try Krispy Kreme. Wayyyyyy better. Fresh and right off the fryer into the box. The service here was great. The staff was very patient as we picked our donuts. Loved, crushed all 12 donuts :)

Ckerjs do not always connect your rewards points and some really dont seem to care about completing your order as requested. Great product, nice facility, but some staff needs instruction.

Hot donuts in a clean Krispy Kreme. Their computers were down so no points if you had the app and no credit cards this day. But the service was friendly and the donurs fresh. About 8 min from I95.

Drive thru lined up going pretty slowly. Our order went smoothly though. Are chocolate glazed only at certain times? We ordered them and got chocolate iced. Werent told any different.

They are as good today as they were so many years ago.Thank you staff at rocky mount kk, your upholding standards that brought back wonderful memories for me and helped make a new one.Just a doughnut 🍩!I think not.

This new small business in Rocky Mount is fantastic. Their coffee and donuts are always fresh and more delicious than any others I have tried. Their service is fast and friendly.

How can you NOT love Krispy Kreme? I stopped in because I had a coupon for a dozen glazed for $5.99. I thought I would add a few (6) of the fancier ones and was shocked by the amount that the purchase total had increased because it had gone up by $12. I asked the young man at the window how much it would be if I had added a dozen instead of a half dozen and it was almost the same price. I would have given 5 stars if he would have added that helpful but of information without me having to ask, but since he didnt . . . But the doughnuts are FIVE 🌟 for sure.

Staff was friendly, donuts were fabulous even at 9:30 at night. My coffee wasnt right. I took it back. She added Splenda and cream to my coffee with a smile on her face!!! A very pleasant experience!!

Terrible drive thru service! Ebonys got a little too much salt in her attitude! So sorry you cant hear when someone asks for a frozen latte and not a hot one. I dont actually care what you think you heard. Your mix up yet you snap the doughnuts out of the window at me. Nice!

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received. I cane through the drive through and actually overheard the lady on the speaker yelling at an elderly woman who ordered something very simple. Then she cut her off to tell her to move up. I ordered four donuts and got cut off mid order. She told me to tell her the number of donuts I was ordering then had me repeat everything. Then kept saying “what now”..... needless to say the window girl was nice but the one taking orders had a gray shirt..... maybe rethink your managers????

My kid absolutely love Krispy Kreme! We have actually made it a routine to pick him up donuts every other week. I like that I can order in app and pick them up at the front door without having to sit in the long line. I gave only 4 stars because usually when I pick up at the front door some of the employees I have encountered seemed like it upset them that I was at the door to pick up.

We were at the order speaker and we told her what we wanted and she cut us off and said our price. We told her we weren’t done ordering and she never answered even though you could still hear background noise. We got to the window and told her what had happened and she said “oh okay that will be 2.82”. We pulled away after that and said we were going to cancel our order. We went to Dunkin’ Donuts after that.
