Pump charged my card $75 been calling since sat. Still haven’t talked to anyone I normally don’t even swipe my card at the pump but The store was listed as open 24 hours online. But when I got there the store was closed
2nd attempt to get coffee since 3:00 a.m. this morning and this is the 2nd one thats closed its not open 24 hours if theres a sign on the door that says its closed from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
I usually love this store but the newest employees are not very helpful. Well I guess there is one bad apple in the bunch . So I love the artic blue red bull only sold at circle K, I traveled to this store specifically to purchase 3 of these red bulls which the shelves in the cooler was completely empty when I got there around 10 15 pm . So I told the attendant which did say she was the only one working but I did tell her I traveled out of my way so after she got her line down call her sup nd went in the freezer to check, she came out stating she doesnt see that kind and they were all out which I found odd since I frequent this store usually so I was leaving and saw another attendant coming in for work and I asked her if she could help me and this attendant isnt as new but she came out with the drinks I asked for ! It seems as if they have people in there overnight that cant handle the shift sometimes . I wish I did get the employees name who deserved a kudos but unfortunately I only have the old enough but useless workers name.
Well you know me. I always give you my true thoughts etc. And this is what I saw 👀 the cashier looked like she was very tired,sleepy, and just worn out. I thought she was high but if you work 3rd shift you probably all of thee above. Slow service sorry I give you a 3 🌟🌟🌟 Sorry
Love them. They understand customer service. Always greet me and are always happy to see me. They make my day brighter and I look forward to seeing them.
I come here pretty frequently .....Employees are friendly and welcoming ....however, One should realize that the guest in front of you should always remain priority ....several times now I have been made to wait because the person behind me is being attended because of the fact that the employee recognizes them and wants to get their item ready .....it is good however should not be at your active customers expense ....we all have to wait in line ....Be mindful
I was there last Saturday afternoon and wanted to purchase gas. Unfortunately I swiped my debit card not knowing the card reader at the pump wasnt working. Due to the fact that the transaction never went through, I cancelled it. I tried again with no luck. I got back to work and checked my balance and had a charge of $159.00 in pending status from Shell Service Station. I have been calling everyday since Saturday to get this problem resolved with no luck. The Manager here at Circle K has been the very best and she is trying her very best to help me. She gave me about 3 numbers to call but I could never speak with anyone. All I could do was leave a message. No one has contacted me back as of yet and today is Tuesday. My only problem is the fact that their machines were broken and my money is being held until the 2nd of March and no one seems to care to help with a problem that wasnt my fault. People please be aware that when you swipe your card, whether you make a purchase or not, they will still hold $75.00 until they decide to put it back on your card. I will not be spending my money with business that do business that way and I certainly will not be swiping my card at the pump anymore. Circle K 1513 has lost a customer for life. Sure they dont care but it will make me feel better. Just wanted to let people know that these things are happening. Thanks.
Its interesting that this gas station charges 79 cents for a cup of ice when you bring your own cup.
Card readers never read my debit card.... Takes 20 minutes to purchase something here, mngrs are aware of problem, but have no solution to this issue. Been going on for over a year at this location. Please fix your card scanners at the registers!!!!
Went to circle k in Rocky Mount, NC, how can you run a service station and not have public restrooms.
