NABS is a lovely space located in downtown Rocky Mount where you can observe the trains traveling through regularly. They offer delicious sandwiches and quick bites for a lunch gathering of friends. Fresh ground coffees and teas along with sweet treats are not to be missed.

We visited this coffee shop in the morning to have breakfast and must say was really impressed, the servers are really sweet and kind. The cafe is cute and with nice options of breakfast from eggs to cake to croissants. Their chocolate croissant was my thing, must try Incase you like chocolate.

We were in Rocky Mount for a wedding and decided to stop there for breakfast and we are so glad we found this amazing cafe. The atmosphere is great and the ladies working are very nice and welcoming. The food was good and the coffee even better. Overall fantastic experience!

I was in town visiting the Rocky Mount Event Center for a basketball tournament. The venue is just a hop, skip and a jump from this place. I am SO GLAD I found this place! Their cold brew was awesome. The owners happened to be there when I came in and they was just as nice as could be. For an ultra-modern coffee experience in Rocky, Mt. visit this place for sure.

What a delightful spot! The choices are varied, the homemade muffins are delicious ( and huge), and the coffee perfect. Very reasonable prices. The hospitality was just right as well. I look forward to returning. Such a welcome addition to the choices in Rocky Mount.

I have visited NABS several times and ordered the same thing (a turkey sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant); it has never disappointed me; the taste is unmatched. I will be back.

Walking in and the aroma of bread toasting gave me an appetite for a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken noodle soup with a tall coffee. A bit pricey but the taste, service and atmosphere was justifiable. I highly recommend you treat yourself to this delight.

My wife said she heard it had the best food and coffee. Today was her birthday so me and my son slipped off and went to NABS. The sandwiches were out of this world. The Reuben and the meatball were especially delicious. The fresh pastries just topped it off. Will definitely be going back for more. Our waitress was very nice and informative. Nice relaxing place.

Called ahead. Asked for chicken salad sandwich on crossaint. Arrived to find a salad with chicken waiting. Told clerk I had to be somewhere 10 minutes ago. She said I can fix your sandwich made me wait charge me $8 change. No napkins no fork and knife. Sandwiches huge. Wont be able to eat it at lunch will have to wait and eat it late.

Really nice shop. Great customer service food was good. I just wish there was more hot sandwich options.

10 Stars if I could! The coffee is made by the cup from freshly ground beans. It was perfectly balanced, full body, extra smooth, rich & truly delicious! The egg, cheese & Canadian bacon breakfast sandwich was out of this world & perhaps the best breakfast sandwich Ive ever had... Definitely the best for under $5 (I think this sandwich is way underpriced, so get here & get one before the owners realize it too!!☺️). The egg was both light & hearty...I have no idea how they do that. The Canadian bacon was a generously sized slice & was tender, flavorful & juicy. Truly, truly delicious sandwich. The cinnamon roll was heavenly! Perfect light but rich texture with the perfect flavor.Inside was beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting. Bathrooms were very clean. The people working are lovely, friendly & efficient.This place is a *must go*! You will love it!

World class coffee. The pesto mozzarella panini sandwich is absolutely amazing for me as a vegetarian. Great spot.

Great service. First and best meatball sub! My husband is from New England and said his hoagie was just like the ones there. There is a coffee shop on the side where they roast their own coffee and mix their own tea leaves. Coffee was great. Have a variety of pastries. We had a chocolate filled pastry which was delicious! Manager came around and thanked us. Great job Nabs!

Always fantastic. The staff is welcoming, the food excellent, the seating comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant. We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday there and it was a great experience. Rocky Mount is certainly fortunate that the Wileys make us their home.

This is a really neat spot. The staff were very nice, the tea came on a tray which was very cool. The sandwiches were yummy as were the pastries.

A delightful coffee bistro with pastries and over stuffed New York deli sandwiches, homemade soups too.Went back last week and was ignored by barista who was talking to two customers. Stood there as I wanted to order no recognition at all. Waited about 3 minutes turned around and left. I guess you need to show up when they want to serve customers.

The coffee was the best cup I’ve ever had! Full bodied flavor with no bitterness or acidity! Best breakfast croissant sandwich with egg, cheese and Canadian bacon! Yalem is awesome!

VERY good coffee. The owner is Ethiopian so she takes her coffee very seriously, lol. I had a caramel frapp with and extra shot of espresso and a muffin for under $7! Very reasonable prices and I will definitely come back!
