The process was incredibly EASY! We did the online process and boom went to the storage unit and there was our lock and key!! We moved in the middle of the night (8pm to 10pm) and we were able to get lock and key. I would recommend going to see the sizes of units before purchasing. Our items did have to be stacked on top of each other because it was narrow but super tall. Ruth was so friendly and helpful and we appreciate her kindness. Thank you Ruth! Debbie was a superstar today and helped us with everything we needed!! We have had a 5x5 storage unit and are about to move from a one bedroom apartment into a new home at the end of the month. We bought a couple of pieces of new furniture today and couldn’t get it in our tiny 5x5. Right away I went to the front to speak to Debbie and she quickly offered a solution; move into a 5x15 storage unit for the remainder of the month! She quickly showed us the new storage unit, transferred our account and cancelled our precious storage unit and dropped me off at our storage unit so we could transfer our belongings into our new space! She made it quick and easy and she was extremely kind and encouraging! We so appreciate Debbie and all that she has done for us!!

Public Storage offers affordable units.Today was my last day renting out their units here at this location and the employees Ruth and Sunday made the vacating process very easy and hassle free.I’ll be back in a few months to rent a unit for my future kayak.

Good, clean units and a FANTASTIC experience getting the unit in the office. Robin was so kind and helped explain everything! Prices are a bit steep, but the units are clean and climate controlled so it’s worth the price in some ways. We will be staying here as long as we need the extra space outside our apartment. I wish it was 24/7 access since I work night shifts, but I’m getting used to it closing at 9pm now and just going earlier in the day.

This is not a secure location as advertised. Gate has been opened for almost a month. Management is not interested in fixing. We have called twice, promised regional director would call back, never happened. Simple as that.
