I spoke to Andrew over the phone the day before checking out the unit. He was super informative over the phone and was very helpful and kind. Most of the other storage companies I talk to around my area seemed like call centers and then had someone at the location call me afterwards.Once I arrived, Mr. Jamison was very helpful showing me different units as I wasn’t 100% set on the size I needed. He was able to get me a unit closer to the entrance and removed any and all worries I had about any issues I thought might arise. IE pests, water, burglary etc. They seem to have a great system in place for pests and a plethora of security cameras.I would highly recommend anyone needing a quality storage solution to check them out.

I’ve loved my experience at Compass the past 15 years. Rented multiple times ( 7-8 years) and never had a problem. Always clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff!! Ric J., the manager, is great !!

The team was great to work with. I was moving from out of state and needed to store my stuff for a couple of weeks. The office staff was able to put a hold on a unit for me over the phone, and was super helpful about the process when I finally got there. Would definitely recommend!

Went for an interview and was very impressed with the property from climet control, Enclosed Winnie bays, uncovered parking sposts and office suites just at this location. They have another location on 30 service road coming from Rockwall and even have build to suit warehouses down the road and the owner was really nice. I havent had a min since I was there to renew my DL or I would be everyday maybe!

Andrew helped us today, he was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions. He was quick to get us our lease and did not waste any of our time. The units themselves were very clean and well maintained. We look forward to doing business with them!

Great rates, huge selection of unit sizes and always clean. Currently have a 20 ft two level, great set up. When we remodeled our home the 50ft x 20 ft unit was perfect!

We rented four climate controlled units today. Courtney was awesome...she lead us through the process and took us to view the units. The area was clean, efficiently marked and the inside temps were comfortable. They are also a U-Haul representative and have packing supplies available. Excellent service.

I wish there was a higher ranking than five stars because WOW! The service at this location is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had a problem with the lock on my unit and went to the office to get it figured out. Not only did they graciously greet me when I walked in the front door, but Courtney and Andrew helped me in a stressful situation with grace and calmness. They were professional and knew how to successfully fix my problem in a matter of minutes. I was able to get what I needed done in quickly and efficiently with their help! I reserve a unit online, go and get the unit fill out all the paperwork just at the last second I am told there is a mandatory insurance and a one time admin fee that is not transparently advertised anywhere on their website or talked about in the process of trying to get the unit. Great storage facility! Staff is very professional and courteous. The level of service is top notch. Yes this facility is a little bit higher priced but you get what you pay for. If you dont care about having someone present at the facility each day, or if you dont care about cleanliness, or security then go where its cheaper. The prices arent that far off compared to the competition near the area, and you wont find better service.

The nice lady behind the counter provided excellent customer service! She went out of her way to assist with finding a replacement truck when the customer before me ended up keeping the truck I had originally rented much longer than anticipated. We have rented trucks several times for office and family moves. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always gets us the best rental price and has a truck available when needed. We will not us anyone else. Compass is the best!

Keith is awesome and really go above and beyond to take care of the customer. He is a natural when it comes to customer service and builds an instant bond with whomever he comes in contact with. Keith will go very far in the company and is of great value to Compass Storage as a whole.

Storage area is nice, but price has gone up from $189.00 last year to $235 this year. Feels like too much of an increase for people on a fixed income.

The office staff are nice and accommodating. My problem with this place is that after moving our stuff into storage and leaving town as planned, we were notified 6 months later that our rate would be increasing 10% per month. We foolishly thought we had a contract at a given price. No. Apparently every 6-12 months they will raise our rate, as we were told this is normal practice. I certainly understand that I cannot expect the same rate for years on end, and would expect annual adjustments to reflect inflation rates to be reasonable. But 10% in the small time frame of 6 months to me is downright ridiculous. Especially when you consider that they arent even close to full, so this was not a supply and demand concern. I dont even understand the point of signing a contract. My advice? Go somewhere else, we should have been warned that this would happen every 6 months. I will be moving my stuff out of this place as soon as I am able.

Great people on site, good clean premises and a whopping 48% increase in prices in a 24 month period. When I spoke to a owners representative, about the high increases, he told me not to complain, they could have raised the prices even more.I am looking for a substitute storage facility. The arrogance from the ownership is just not what I am accustom to and I dont need Compass Storage. It needs me and other loyal customers.

Good staff. But moved to a new unit and got rained on. Upper management told me it was my problem and not theirs. They knew it leaked before and thought it was fixed. No help whatsoever in my wet items or even compensation for moving within a week of getting s larger unit.

Have been a renter here since the beginning before compass bought out the old owners. The staff old and new are great the facilities are great. However the Rent For My Unit Went from 200 a month to 400 a month under new owners with no end in sight of them raising the rates. 14k a year is Too much money to pour down the drain. My solution I sold my house and bought a place with twice the size metal building and save 200 a month. Great place if you got money to burn.

I rented a storage from this location from August-Jan 26th & I am EXTREMELY pleased with their customer service and the storage units they offer. I had a 10x10 Ground Floor Hallway Climate controlled unit right on the corner, so it was very easy to access and move my belongings in and out of (plus I got it for super cheap! $107/month). Anytime I needed help, the staff were always so friendly and willing to help. Also, the unit itself was wonderful. I had no issue with bugs or the temp being too hot or too cold. These units (I can only speak on the inside temp controlled) are SOOOO clean. Love them, and if I ever need a storage again, I’ll definitely be back in these!
