Never before have I been to such of a nice Dollar Tree. There is NO clutter at all in the aisles, everything is in its place and sorted. The employees there are really respectful and seem to be in a good mood to the customers and other employees. I only got a few minutes to get my basic needs but I’ll definitely be coming back to see what all other things they have there. It’s super BIG, maybe it’s like three Dollar Trees put into one, it’s just beautiful to me.

This store is a big one, they have more items than just one dollar. But the store is not fully stocked.

Very Organized and easy to shop, cashier was kind. I wish my local store was as organized. My only complaint is the restroom. It needs some repairs to the door, faucet needs to be replaced, and the base boards and door need to be cleaned.

Friendly staff and awesome selection of just about everything! I found a cute little garden gnome and mushroom - perfect for my fairy garden earlier this year. Great selection of cleaning supplies too!

Lines long. Maryann said me and another lady would have move to another line because she was closing her lane. This meant we had to go back to the end of line. Maryann decided she would check out two other people right after we moved. I guess she knew them. She then asked me to move back to her line. Wasn’t going to happen since she had already refused to check me out. Very poor customer service.

Clean store with friendly, helpful staff. Came during Covid 19 pandemic so certain items were missing, but was informed they usually get new shipments every Wed.

Amazing what a dollar still buys here.I go at off-hours to avoid any potential crowd. Love their hours.

I have shopped at dozens of Dollar Tree stores in California and a few here in TX. The Rockwall and Rowlett stores are much cleaner and more organized than the stores in CA. However, the Rockeall DT is head and shoulders above any DT Ive been in. It is a large store with a very wide selection of items. The store is CLEAN and well organized. The employees are very nice and actually care about the stores appearance and customer service. We will definitely shop here again.

Great variety. But no one was socially distancing. The store clerks never asked customers to practice social distance. This virus is real. I lost 2 close loved ones due to covid-19. There was no disinfecting of the baskets or counter between use.

I find what I need at the dollar tree. Soap juice snacks some frozen foods too. The checkers are friendly and managers are also

The dollar tree in Rockwall is the best in all of Dallas/ Ft. Worth. area.

Messy in the seasonal area

I really like the Rockwall Dollar Tree. It is always clean and the staff are really helpful. It is one of the best places for old time candy and inexpensive kids toys. I spent $20 and my couped up family was delighted with my finds.

Great n especially AWESOME that they have Just Yarn by Premier. It has 131yds per ball of yarn n it knits really good, for $1.00 buck, Thank You Dollar Tree

Extremely rude cashier at the store in Rockwall, TX off I-30. Elderly female bad mouthed me very loud and rude. Was still talking about me as I was leaving the store today. All because I used my disinfect wipe at check out. All about how she touched what I touched, but I wont touch what she touched. I had a mask on and she didnt and she had the nerve to go on and on and bad mouth me. It upset me so much, and I will never go back there . To be treated so badly by an employee is so uncalled for. I will keep trying to get through to the manager there and I have also reported her to their corporate headquarters.

I used to like this dollar tree, but after visiting today and seeing they had so many items priced at 3$ and 5$, i probably wont be coming back. When i come do dollar tree, i expect everything to be a dollar.I will say that this location is HUGE, and usually pretty de-cluttered though.

I wanted to buy a nintendo switch but my mom said she cant afford it because money doesnt grow on trees, but then I said why does the Dollar Tree exist. So I drove her here and we walked in and there was NO TREES! So now my mom makes fun of me. This is false advertising!

My mom and I stop by here every time we go to Rockwall. Every time we walk in, she exclaims how big and clean it is. It is by far, BY FAR, the nicest Dollar Tree I have ever been in. It is clean, well stocked, BIG, and the people who work there are always friendly. All other Dollar Tree stores should aspire to be like this one.

This store is great to pick up needed household items such as small garbage pails, scrub brushes, plungers, etc. I also love going down the stationery and school supply aisles to find things like pencils, White Out, memo pads, word search books, and activity pads. There are greeting cards for various people and occasions, and some are even 2/$1.00!The cashier was super friendly as well.Dollar Tree is a great place to shop for a quick trip, or, even to take time selecting a great card or fun little treat for yourself or someone special!

There is one woman that works here and is always rude and speaks rudely. More than one encounter with her. It’s sad that she is allowed to continue to work her. She has made me stop going to the store. I tried it again today though just to pick up something and she was there and she was rude. The store itself is clean and kept up. But this lady has made me stop shopping here.

Store is well run, people are great. Bathroom is disgusting and falling apart but the rest of the store is organized and pretty well maintained for a dollar store. They almost always have what I need in stock, whether its party supplies/decorations, organizing bins or cheap activities for the kids.

Despite losing power while we shopped, the staff were not very friendly on Christmas Eve.

Had more stuff in it than the ones I usually go to.

All Dollar Trees stock different items. Sometimes I can find what Im looking for, they dont have much acrylic paint.

Quick in and out, they had what I needed and you cant beat the price!

First visit at this location and loved it. This store is larger than all the Dollar Trees I visited. Its organized, clean, friendly staff, I found everything I was seeking and I definitely will return soon.👍👍👍

Just left this store without my purchase. I stood in line at register 4 (light was on). The presumed manager told me that the cashier would be closing and to move to the next lane. I did so. A couple moved to register 4 next and they proceeded to check out the customer after telling me to move. I stated to the presumed manager that this was unfair because she just told me to move. She said that she was sorry but the couple was right there. I was being forced to remain in the lane with the longer line. I decided to leave the store without my purchase. Not sure if it was racial (I am black; the couple was white) or just bad service. I will not be back!!!

Always a good place to find really cheap items for a dollar. When they say a dollar they mean a dollar. The only thing Im not going to be happy with is when they change their prices to something higher because of the trading issues with China. I go here because I know I can buy products for a $1. Now things will be higher and thats what Im very disappointed in.

The store could have had better organization. All else was great especially the employees.

Usually find everything quickly but they do move stuff around about every 3 months. During the day they need to have more than 1 checkout lane open.

Had to make a quick stop on the way to an anniversary party and was so amazed at the difference between the Rockwall location and where i live in Desoto. Worlds apart. They mau wanna take a lesson.

I give this place one star. Becasue Robert made me go out to my truck to get $1.62 in change because he didnt want to break at 20 dollar bill. And then complained to my wife about how long it took me because I wasnt parked in front of the store. Robert joking to my wife did you park on the other side of 30? I find it rude and disrespectful thats Robert couldnt do his job and ask his manager for change. Even his coworker asked him why he made me walk out to my truck and why didnt he ask for change.
