Love JoAnns. They carry everything I need for quilting, sewing and crafts. Their staff is knowledgeable in arts and crafts and give solid advice, when asked, for the perfect technique or accessory to my projects.

Went into the store and had to immediately leave. The Christmas fragrances were so STRONG it gave me an immediate headache. Cant go back in until after holidays. Happens every year.

Place has some amazing supplies, but the service is always slow and unwelcoming. Prices are expensive, you better bring coupons.

I placed an online order for pick up, some of the items on the order was not available. I received an email stating I will not be charged for the items not available. So I picked up my purchase and was charged in the store for whatever I picked up. However Joanne also charged me a separate transaction for the original items that was placed online originally.So I’m being charged as if I had a whole separate order and they cannot undo that transaction because I don’t have the items to return to refund, and I of course don’t have them because I never got them in the first place.I’m sure this won’t be the last time this happens to someone so think twice before you decide to do curbside pick up. Now I have to call my banks to go through all the trouble of filing a dispute and hopefully get my money back because Joanne won’t do anything.I will never order this way again.

My husband and I went in today to the husqvarna viking sewing and embroidery area in the middle of joanns. We were wanting to purchase digitizing software and the sales person really wasnt giving us any kind of priority, even after the fact that we had already spoke to her on the phone and told her wed be driving 30 minutes so she could show us a demo of how the digitizing software works. She had other customers as well at the same time but she just really didnt care to help us. I dont know if it was the way we looked or the way we were dressed, but we had the cash in hand ready to purchase the 2k software. A good salesperson should know how to take care of a few customers at a time. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Really nice selection of fabrics which are often on sale. Ribbon is always high/over- priced, but nice. Difficult to find and use coupons. Pretty good selection of other crafts, though really just use JoAnns for fabrics and Michaels and hobby lobby for everything else.

Cashiers are slower then molasses in January. If you dont fit the part of a crafter you get treated differently. I go in with my fiance and we have our vests on cuz we rode the bike. I guess biker people shouldnt buy materials. Ill stick with Michaels we get treated good there

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts Store is a top-notch craft store, and is one of my few favorite stores to buy my jewelry businesss supplies from, though I do love coming here for other purposes, as well. I come here for quality fabric; its affordable, yet still exceeds expectations. They also never fail to amaze me by their yarn-craft section. They have many variations of many different craft supplies. JOANN is definitely on my list of Top 5 Creative Persons Paradises.

Relatively easy access with ample parking at around 2:00 pm on a Tuesday. I was looking for some stick-on Velcro to attach a covering. An associate of the store directed me to the aisle where I was successful in my quest and my acquisition thereof.

This store is always clean although its a little cramped sometimes. Theres gotta be a better way to display everything without feeling so boxed in.Theres always a great selection of merchandise and sale items have been easily identified.Employees never greet you when you walk in the door, Ive never had them smile or be personable at the checkout.

I am a craft-challenged person. I walked into Joann Fabrics needing to get items to make 2 poodle skirts for my daughters to wear to a dance that night. The people working there were very helpful in every way - from finding the right items, tips on making them, to saving money on merchandise at checkout. I would definitely recommend this location.

The cashiers have been nice each time I go but the people at the cutting table for fabric need a bit more training. Each time I go get fabric they cut it all crooked and uneven for something that isnt cheap. I get shorted the amount I asked for and end up having to pay for more than what I wanted to purchase. Honestly the people that cut fabric at Walmart do a better job at cutting, they at least straighten out everything before its cut and not be so rude about it.

Always a bad place for me, I say laughing. I nearly always buy more than I meant to, great sales, the staff HAVE always been nice and helpful to me, coupons come to my phone and my home. Something for everyone 🤗

Already wasnt happy with the company because of an online order being cancelled and not contacting us to let us know. But tonight, we drive quite a while and when we get there the lights are on, but the woman is locking the doors at 8:12. The website says it closes at 9pm, plus they have holiday hours going on right now. When I called, they said their hours were until 8, when asked why the website says 9 (or later because of holiday hours) they said they didnt know why it would say 9.

I was finally going to get the Cricut Maker that I have been saving up for 3 months. I call the Rockwall location to see if they had any in stock. They stated that they have 2 and I asked if they could hold one for me, they agreed. After shopping gathering other supplies to start my new adventure, I got the check out and informed them I was here to purchase it. They pulled out a brown box and said here it is. I looked at it asked why it was not in the original box, she asked another associate if the other one was in the original box to tried out. I hear another associate state that this is the way it was shipped to them and insured me that all materials will be inside. So I asked no questions. I get home to open and it and it was just the machine no other supplies!!! REALLY!!! I’ve waited for 3 months and paid $379.99 just for the machine!!!! Note to self!, always listen to your gut! I knew I should of checked before walking out. So guess where I’m going tomorrow..... right back and I want answers!!! Really I just want the other supplies that is supposed to come with as it states on the “ORIGINAL BOX”

The staff is very unhelpful, especially if you do the pickup order through the app. They told me that they are busy in store so are not filling the pickup orders... Very frustrating would not give any sort of time to expect the order to be filled. Dont understand why they offer this if they cannot sustain it.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience today in your store in Rockwall. We went in the store trying to find a last minute mothers day present and realized 5 minutes into the visit that the store was about to close so we headed to the cash registers to get our kids a piece of candy. While my husband was paying I was picking out a sheaperd hook that was 60%off right by the registers. My husband didnt realize I was picking one out and finalized the purchase. I told him I was getting one and he said go ahead and pay for it real quick. I turned to grab one and the manager Vince yelled at me from where he was at the door bringing in your displays. He yelled We are closed maam! Youll have to come back tomorrow! My husband told him thats all she wants there we just need to pay for it. To which Vince angrily replied we open tomorrow at 9 am My husband tried to reason with him by telling him the transaction would take but a minute and Vince replied he was trying to get his staff out of there so they could go see their mothers.I asked him his name as I was leaving the store and he gave me his first name and when I asked for his full name he said just tell them Vince the store manager from Rockwall.Our receipt shows we checked out at 06:05:00PM. I found it very distasteful for him to yell at me the way he did. Im upset my children were with me to presence it. I have been at many other stores a few minutes past closing time and never had been treated in such a rude manner. I left your store embarrassed and angry. I hope that proper customer service training is offered to your staff, especially store managers like Vince

Smaller store than I expected. 2 of the items I priced were mis-shelved and not part of the sale I thought. However, the cashier fixed it at the register for me without any hassle.
