I can honestly say we have some Amazing Americans among us. Archers Car Care, is a family owned business been around a long time. Awesome people great service. I had backed my car into my tree, broke my tail light. I bought a new one off line it was in my trunk. The owner asked me if I wanted them to install it. I was excited I offered to pay. He told me now Im family just share my experience.

Jerry Archer and the men who work for him are excellent, honest mechanics which is a rare find in this day and age. They are efficient yet still thorough. I trust their judgement on my vehicle care and appreciate that they are always mindful of making sure that they wear masks and social distance from their customers. With so much unknown In the world today, it’s nice to know that the Archer Family is always looking out for the community. If you are looking for a local business to trust, this is one you can rely on.

Jerry and his crew were great in expediting my inspection for my truck. They got me in and out and I was then able to update my registration quickly at the court house and be off on my way. good job guys !

We have been going to Archers for years with no problems. I went in today to get an inspection and waited for ten minutes while listening to the conversation going on in the office. Obviously the cute blond that they were talking to was more important than a paying customer. Finally someone came out of the shop only to tell me that they were trying to get a “system” running and would not be able to get to my inspection. I know there is more than one person in that shop. It takes all of 10 minutes to do an inspection. I will be finding another shop to do my business.

In Texas, in order to renew vehicle license tag registration one must have a State Inspection of their vehicle. Archer Car Care was my choice this time for the required inspection. They performed the inspection in an acceptable time, provided me with the required paperwork to get the vehicle registration renewed and after a visit to the local State registration office, my vehicle was good to go for another year! Archers service was prompt and provided in a courteous manner. Ill probably return in the future.If you find this review informative and/or helpful, please give it a thumbs up or positive rating!

Went in for a state inspection and they went above and beyond, filled up a low tire. Earned my business from here on out.

Weve only had oil changes done there, but excellent customer service EVERY time! Its a family owned business and you get that feel. Minus 1 star for parking......kinda hard to get in and out sometimes.

A little out of the way, on the side if the building, but they inspected my car quickly and I was on my way.

I went to school with “Little Jerry” as a kid. He was as honest a boy then as he is today as the man that carries on his father’s name and has the integrity to boot. Highly recommended as a local home town boy. You just don’t get better service in an industry wrought with dishonesty. Not to mentioned his lead tech Bart is a top notch diagnostician. Can’t say enough good things.

The best in car care......I decided to give Archer a try as my old repair shop in Rockwall, lately was charging high prices .....As I had a starter on out on my Chevy van and I am very happy camper...good rates and I was there for only 90 mins. and he had me up and out the door.

Lets start with my previous review. I was blind. period! My family hit hard times and we were forced to go with a non-accredited facility to fix our car. It was expensive, but labor costs are labor costs. Let me remind everyone, This facility is not accredited nor recognized by the BBB. Better Business Bureau. ( I should have done my homework!) Took my car to these fine folks with 83K original miles on the odometer for a stalling problem. They replaced a fuel control module. To the tune of over $250.00. They gave us back our car with a blown-transmission. They recommended Eagle Transmission in Rowlett Tx. To another tune of $1,400.00. which we had to finance because we were busy paying $900.00 a month rent, lol. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they said Archers Car Care had 22 days to respond. They never responded,....hmm.......so. We got screwed. Hope you dont too! :-) Dont take your car here. All they want is your paycheck. Negative 10 stars does not exist yet. But here it is. .........-10*
