I have never felt so cared for or appreciated by a business! I came in the other day because I thought there may have been something a bit off with my alignment. The owners gave me a full rundown of my cars condition and ensured me that service was not necessary and I was okay! I even got to see the underside of my car - where they pointed to and explained the significance of each component. Most importantly, they didnt push repairs where I didnt need them! I went to Wilniq to get my car inspected because I’m moving from New York to Maryland. I had taken a look at different places in the area and I couldn’t have made a better choice. From the call to schedule my appointment to bringing my car in, everything was very professional. My appointment started with a tour of the facilities and I felt super welcome. My fiancé and I were surprised at this as that pretty much never happens in New York. Everything was explained thoroughly and the inspection was done promptly. Very professional and perhaps the friendliest and warmest mechanic Ive ever been to. When my car was damaged in a hit and run I thought I was going to have to pay it out of pocket but they assisted me with steps on how to discuss the issue with my insurance and possibly get them to cover the charges even though I had liability only.Honestly cant recommend them enough.

Got my bumper replaced on my Corolla they did a wonderful job. The owner and manager were so helpful and the turn around was so quick it only took 2 days. I also got my car back MUCH cleaner than when I took it in lol. I will be going to get my service here now and will recommend to anyone.

Although the Toyota is noted for reliability, some models such as the Tacoma have rust issues. Our 2007 FJ Cruiser also had substantial rust in the supporting frame and even the straps holding the gas tank.Wilniq did an excellent job of remediating the rust, including welding in new steel plates or brackets where the frame damage was especially advanced.We have been pleased with Wilniqs maintenance of our Cruiser over the years, and now the rust repair.

Firstly, I want to say thank you to the entire Wilniq staff. I felt welcomed as a customer & as a person + my car is in better condition than when I dropped it off.I have an older, modified vehicle and they team was able to accommodate the age, the modifications it has and most importantly,my budget.I was showed the shop, showed the problem (which I thought was something completely different!) and was able to inspect the truck alongside Fransisco to find out what needs to be done and what needs not. It was a very personable experience, best to date. I was given the estimate, and only had a portion of the repair. They worked with what I could do, and repaired the most safety relevant items first.Monica and Fransisco are good hearted people first, & run a first class mechanic shop second. Ms. Monica is very inspirational, as I am a young man with children, she has a spirit of empowering our community that is inspiring (& contagious!)My vehicle was fixed, I have peace of mind, and I look forward to completing every and all work that needs to be done . Very pleased with the service I received on my 1999 Infiniti I30 here. Took a little longer than I would have preferred, but I can tell that is only because they were so thorough and took the time to comprehensively go through the vehicle and properly diagnose the issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

I drove almost an hour to have my van serviced and I can tell you THIS, you definitely wont be disappointed. Francisco was honest enough to tell me and show me what the previous shop had done incorrectly and saved me some hard earned cash. It is extremely hard to find an honest mechanic and I have found one FINALLLLYYYYY..... They have definitely earned a permanent customer. I will be telling others about my experience and will be returning for future services. Kudos to Wilniqs!

Just want to say thank you to these amazing beautiful people. I took a risk driving from Glen Burnie but it was definitely worth it. Not only did I get a tour of the shop but I was also able to get up at any point and check on my car. I’ve never been to a shop that gave me that privilege. I definitely trust them with my car. I can tell that they really care and appreciate anyone that comes through those doors. Like I said, it was was my first time there and I felt like I was an employee or apart of their family lol. You can really feel the love and it’s nice. It’s nice to be appreciated somewhere that you’re going to continue to spend your money. This is the smoothest my El Camino has driven since I got it.

Wilniq did an awesome job on my car. It was pretty busted from being in an accident, but they were able to get me back and running fast in two weeks. Kept me posted on any updates, and even vacuumed the car which was a nice touch. No complaints

Great place! The most honest auto shop in town. I usually get asked to get work done when not needed (other places ask me to change fairly new parts, etc) . But never at Wilniq. I knew I was a customer for life when the mechanic showed me the light bulb wasnt broken, but just loose and he tightened it.

I love that this women owned business really cared about their customers. Francisco, the head mechanic always takes me to the car and shows me exactly what the problem is. He takes the time to explain what would have with and without the repair, and the options for different cost points if possible with any repair. Now that I use Wilniq as my primary shop instead of the dealership, I am planning on getting at lease 300,000 miles out of my cars if not more!

I was empowered to make decisions about what repairs & maintenance I wanted to have done. I decided to have my brake pads and one rotor replaced, and the oil & filter changed. Their prices were clear and very reasonable. The car was ready a lot faster than I anticipated, & Francisco picked me up in my car from a nearby lunch spot, and made sure I was satisfied with it and saw the old car parts before paying. I am not surprised to see only 5stars and positive comments . My New toyota camry got into a minor accident where the front and rear bumper was broken and some others internal issues . Wilnik repaired my car with great specifications, like new, the job was so clean, the employes were so correct and open to tell you every detail of your car . Mme Monic, the Owner, is so extraordinary, what a great woman, she helped us a lot and she is very lovely and open minded, careful, thank you very much .

I am new in maryland. And went for state inspection. The rate they offered was above the market rate. Staff was friendly though.

I arrived with a busted radiator at Wilniq Auto and at the same time they stoped to give me attention and were able to take care of the radiator problem and showed me what else my vehicle needed! My husband is a Truck Driver and is often out of state and I never felt confortable to go an auto shop by myself, but at Wilniq Auto is different. They respect us and SHOW to us all the is needed! While I was there, there was another woman customer who I was sitting by and we were saying to one another how great the people and the services are!
