I called in a rush needing a quick turnaround after the AC went out between Houston and DC… 3 hours later and a complete service on the AC was complete. Drove back to Houston, still working great!

They are great at following up and providing updates. Even when the part they ordered was delayed, they proactively sought another source. Once it was clear that it was going to take longer than they estimated due to no fault of their own, they reached out and called me everyday to provide an update. I strongly recommend them.EditIf I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The part that was installed failed through no fault of theirs. They went above and beyond. When it looked like they were too busy to do the work, they found another shop that would. When the warranty company would not support this, they had my car towed at their expense to the shop and worked with the warranty company even though the warranty company was difficult to deal with.Even though they are across town for me, all of my future repair work will be done there.

I got a nail in my tire while in the area and they were the closest. They explained to me the tire might not be fixable since the nail is in the shoulder area and gave me a reasonable quote and service time. They were able to fix the flat to my satisfaction and much faster than I expectedThe repair may or may not last due to the damaged area. But the service I received was great and will use their services again

This is my favourite car care center. Today, I took my car there to have a minor service. As always, they took care of it immediately. I never disappointed about this place. They are honest and trustworthy.

Came in for an estimate for an oxygen sensor replacement. Quick and easy, got a low flat rate, brought my car in and it was done in 20 mins.

One of the honest and fair shops around here. My 2004 Acura TSX all of a sudden had lots of lights turned on and shifting jerked the vehicle. After diagnosing it myself error codes points to electrical problems affecting the transmission. 2 other shops I took it to kept telling me it was the transmission going bad and Id need to replace it costing over 3k. Turns out it was just some rodent that got under my hood and chewed the wires to a solenoid causing issues. Auto clinic repaired the damaged wiring for a fair price. After that issue was fixed they found other problems which they pointed out and told me whether it was a necessary replacement or not. Overall I managed to fix more issues on my car and all for a fraction of what a misdiagnosis at other shops that wasnt even willing to listen to me. I showed Auto Clinic the damaged wiring and Bobby thanked me for saving his team time and actually repaired what I wanted rather try and replace my whole transmission.

I took my car here several months ago for emergency brake repair on the recommendation of a friend. I had no appointment and dropped it off mid-day on Friday - Parklawn had the repairs completed by the end of the day! The price was very reasonable and the staff explained the nature of my cars issues in a clear, helpful, and non-aggressive manner. I highly recommend this shop!

I highly recommend Parklawn Auto Clinic. I recently took my car in for a few issues, and I appreciated their honesty and integrity on what was necessary to be worked on my car. They did an incredible job on a very huge task, completed it in a very reasonable amount of time, and also only charged me a fraction of what it would cost somewhere else. More than ten years ago, at the suggestion of a friend, I discovered this gem. The owner (Sammy), the mechanics, the front desk person, the work, all excellent. The fairness and prices keep bringing me back, even though Ive moved farther away. Sammy has been outstanding every. single. time. A new friend and I were talking about repair places, and he said he has this great car repair place, best hes ever used, and when mentioned Sammys name, we both laughed that wed independently been going to the same place and had the same great experience. (Also, theres an Enterprise virtually next door, so if you need to rent a car while yours is being worked on, its easy.)

They were able to fix my van in one hour while I waited without an appointment and had the rear door latch in stock. I saved over $100 versus what the dealer quoted (and the dealer also would have taken longer to repair it).

Never before in my life have I spent so much money fixing a car YET STILL feel like I got a fair deal. This place is thorough and explains what’s going on before doing anything as doesn’t just go for the expensive replace first.Great technical and customer service. After gone to many places for many years, I found this place to be the only one I will keep coming to fix my car issues regard to price, trust, promised time and after result.Mr.Bobby is one of the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic that I can trust and make me comfortable with my 2007 Honda Odyssey and 2011 prius. I have been a customer at this auto clinic with the previous owner. Was there today with a great disappointment to be treated like never before. I left my car with him for oil change. He checked and called me to change the break pad, tires which have two nails. He promised to change the break pads with genuine parts. I told him it is ok to change the parts but i should check it before they make the changes. He was FURIOUS and told me that he would change it with out of box spare parts. I told him not to do that and informed him only to change the oil. When I was there to take my car, he literally told me that he has many customers and does not care to lose one. He even went VERY FAR to say that he MAY SCRATCH my car since I do not trust him. I will never go there again. If you have to go there, never let them change parts before you double check what they are going to change. The way he treated me was nothing short of appalling!

Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired, but they did find many problems that saved me from purchasing a lemon.

If you have a Honda or Acura I would HIGHLY recommend Auto Clinic. They offer great customer service, detailed explanations, and options on repairs. I never feel like they are overcharging me or doing unnecessary repairs. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Stay Away!!! I took my car to the exxon on rockville pike and nicholson lane who use Auto Clinic for their inspection. They failed the inspection on my brand new Mercedes c300 due to a less than 1/2 inch crack in the corner of the windshield. Its one of those things where they could of passed it with no repercussions but they decided to fail me. This is typical cheating auto shop that knows they can get away with it w/o any issues. STAY AWAY!

Called to have my 2005 Odysseys suspension checked. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Unlike Ourisman Honda, which told me I would have to wait at least 2h for them to even look at the car regardless of appointments, she was able to tell me a time where I could come. When I arrived, I was helped right away. I explained my concerns to Mr Samya (Hoshang), who manages the garage. He was patient, thorough and methodical. He test drove the car, lifted it up to check underneath and explained his findings. He was reassuring and helpful, confirming that all was good. My suspensions are just getting old and will eventually need to be changed, but are not in need to be replaced at this very moment. Hoshang never pushed for any work to be done on the car. They only charged $30 and I didnt even have to wait (other than for the time they spent checking the car of course). Honda had quoted me over $60 and several hours of wait time to just check the car and I know I would not have spoken to the person who checked the car - I know that because I have had my car serviced by Honda up until now). He went over and beyond what I could have expected in terms of customer service (vastly superior to Honda dealership where you are just a number) and his professionalism and knowledge are obvious. As a woman used to taking car of the automotive needs for our family, I was also very impressed by how I was treated. There was never the sort of patronizing that is sometimes felt when dealing with garages. This was very refreshing. I will take my Honda to him for all its service needs from now on. Strongly recommended.
