They did a great job fixing my car, it looks brand new again. They finished sooner than expected and helped me get insurance to cover most of the work. Leo was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. He also had my car detailed on the inside (for no charge) which was a nice surprise!
Was demoralized when my new x3 was recently keyed. BMW of Rockville Collision worked quickly with GEICO to get the repair planned, prepped, and approved. Some other reviews mention delays in work or lengthy repairs, and while mine took longer than insurance estimated, the outcome was absolutely worth the wait. Leo’s and Christine’s guidance and fielding of all my questions made the experience all the better. Thanks y’all!
I had Leo as my primary contact. I will admit it is a bit pricey but they are definitely worth it. Leo updated me during the whole process. He is professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He did a great job guiding me through the whole process! Great job!
Someone hit my car and it had to be towed to this collision center. My service rep was Leo and he is just wonderful...will take my calls, explain it all to me and kept me informed the whole way. There was even a problem where my car was going to be returned late (after Geico didnt want to pay for the rest of my rental! Horrid) and he got BMW of Rockville to give me an X5 to drive to NJ when I need it the most. Great service here!!
This was my third time using Bmw collision in Rockville and once more they’ve shown they’re professionalism and quality of work. Leo has attended me every time I serviced my vehicle he’s bilingual therefore making communication easy for me. He made sure to email or call me anytime he had news as far as my vehicle, whether it was dealing with the insurance or just giving me status on the work. I recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their bmw, they’re bmw certified meaning they’ve received training and certification from bmw qualifying them to be able to work on bmw vehicles.
Let me first start by saying I NEVER EVER leave reviews, but I had to make sure this didnt go unnoticed. I was involved in a car accident March 25th, my first time really going through like insurance, towing, etc. I thought everything would be a run around and a hassle. But actually my experience was smooth and went well. LEO IS THE MAN ! This guy literally updated me weekly from March 25 until May May 4th when I received my car about damages found, differences in prices for parts, everything. He was so transparent and willing to help. Very professional and kind. When I picked up my car, he pointed out where all the damages were and each place they fixed. I highly recommend there service and working with Leo. Thank you for all you help.Cheers!
Second time customer. Amazing customer service. Helped me out of a situation I didn’t think there was a solution too. Incredible work, can’t even tell my car was ever damaged. Would recommend to anyone. Ask for Leo, he will make sure you leave satisfied.
Id like to share my experience with BMW of Rockville Certified Collision Center which Dan Holmes advertised here about a couple months ago. Full disclosure I have known Dan for 15+ years. Here is the short version:Live in DC and traveled to Hagerstown for a minor league baseball game. Next morning I noticed that someone had keyed my car from nose to rear passenger door (pissed to say the least). Last time I go to that hell hole 😉I went to Dan not expecting any special treatment but was excited to know that what I would be told would be the truth and that I could trust him. Since I was getting paint work done through my insurance, I also figured I would pay out of pocket to take care of years of rock chips on the hood and bumper. Dan was more than willing to help me out with a mixed insurance/personal job.Working with Dan was great because he is a former GEICO employee, so not only could he set my expectations for what his shop would do, but he also was able to speak to how GEICO would handle this claim. Having that knowledge allowed him to advise me on the out of pocket work I wanted, as there would be some overlap in the insurance job and my personal job.For my job (not all jobs) He was able to come under budget as a result of getting GEICO to cover some cost by blending more of the panels (what they should have done) and not just pay for the least amount of paint that would cover the scratched panels. The pics below were the daily/every other day status pics he would send me letting me know what they got done and updating the overall timeline, so it matched their progress. So it was not like most shops where it was radio silence for a week and then a call saying its going to be three more days. With Dan, I knew each day where I stood, and I was not surprised when they finished early. The pics dont do a great job of showing the final product, but it looks amazing. No overspray that you can feel when you run your hand over the orig paint. No tape lines inside the door jams. No issues with panel lines that are slightly off, no trim panels that just dont sit right. A job that I would be proud to take credit for.
I took my BMW for some preventive maintenance. Very professional, great price. I recommend!
My 5series company car was involved in an accident. BMW collision center provided excellent service and quality repairs in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will bring my car back in the future if their services are needed.
The BMW of Rockville Certified Collision Center is amazing center. Mr. Leo Ramos & his team were very professional, courteous, and personable. My BMW 430xi convertible was hit by an SUV on the rear side on 2 September 2020. Upon contacting Mr. Ramos via phone & email, he immediately took care of the process in scheduling me to bring my car in to the Center on 8 September 2020 for inspection of damages, evaluation, assessment, estimate and repairs to include dealing with my insurance company on any accident-related repairs. I especially liked Mr. Ramos’ personable people skills and patience in explaining the estimate and repairs processes during a very stressful and emotional times after the accident.Mr. Ramos took the time to listen to my concerns that only BMW parts on my car and for thorough inspection for any accident-related damages not visible (e.g., electrical damages, steering wheel alignment, etc.). His explanation that the Center only uses genuine BMW parts and that his technicians would conduct a thorough evaluation had put me at ease. I think it’s pretty amazing on the synergy the BMW Collision Center has with the BMW of Rockville Service Center for other repairs that they were able to complete other routine vehicle warranty services due (e.g., oil change). However, they were not able to replace the rear brakes because it wasn’t low enough as indicated by the warranty. My car was in the shop for 45 days.Since picking up my car on 22 October, I’ve been driving my car 38 days to evaluate the repairs conducted by the Collision Center. I am happy with body and engine repairs on my car. However, there a few items that I would have to bring my car for this accident-related repairs: clicking sound when the left rear window is being lowered, the driver window squeaks, hissing or humming sound in the car, the speaker is making a hissing sound. Other than these mechanical and electrical concerns, I still highly recommend the BMW of Rockville Certified Collision Center for your BMW’s repair needs and professional technicians.
I have had my BMW at BRCCC three times now over about a 4 year period all due to others causing damage to my car. Complexity has ranged from replacing a door skin to replacing a bumper/headlight with associated (dis/re)assembly and painting of the affected areas.Key decision factors for me using them have been:1. BMW certified (plus they obviously get a lot of BMW vehicles through their shop which adds to the experience gained by the technicians).2. They use OEM parts and sublet mechanical/programming work (for the most part) to the BMW of Rockville Service Center, so you gain similar benefits to #1 for such work.Overall the body and paint work they do is very good. Alignment of panels can be a little off relative to factory, but this can be expected under the circumstances.I also have had good experiences with their front office in terms of communicating status to me and dealing with my insurance company.I would give BRCCC a four star rating because of the factors and experiences mentioned above. My overall rating is three stars (probably closer to 2.5 if I could) because their technicians have a serious problem with lack of attention to detail. This is not something you want when dealing with over-engineered cars like BMWs that require understanding complex instructions, following them to a tee, and establishing a professional work regimen that guards against making mistakes. Two out of the three jobs I had performed at BRCCC resulted in come backs because of technician carelessness. In the first case, a door card was replaced pinching the speaker wires between the speaker and speaker grill: clearly visible from inside the car, but missed by the technician. In the most recent case, a part was left off the car during reassembly (hood-to-bumper seal) that I noticed upon inspecting my car (necessary given my earlier experiences with them).I also have had water intrusion in my car due to missing/pinched gaskets on door card retainer clips that either was caused by BRCCC or their associated Service Center since they were the only ones inside my doors since purchase. Bottom line: they know their trade and do a good job with the art of body work, but often fail on the science of completing the job completely and correctly the first time.I would take my car back to them under most circumstances, but I also do my own mechanical work for all of my cars and know what to look our for when I get them back.
Job was not done right the first time... Had to bring it back to them. In addition, i noticed damage to my side skirt less than 24 hours of picking up the vehicle. The manager did not note the damages on my side skirt prior to drop off. He told me since I drove it off the lot before inspecting the whole vehicle, they deny liability for it. Common sense to me was to look at the repair only and not check the whole vehicle to see if the professionals messed it up.
First of all, I have to say this an amazing collision center! I brought my BMW 430i convertible in for the rear bumper repair after being involved in a bad rear-end collision. The technicians were great and very informative. The fact that they only used BMW parts on my car put me at ease.Mr. Ramos not only called and emailed me throughout the entire process but dealt with my insurance company promptly. He was also able to get the repairs completed earlier than expected. I was very excited about that. I couldnt be happier with the final repairs and glad Im back on the road!
Just wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional body work performed on our BMW 540XI. From every standpoint, the work was excellent--on time, quality, first class, electronics perfectly calibrated as well--like new. The Rockville collision Center made this a stress-free experience and worked very well with GEICO. Lot of teamwork evident at the Center as well, coordinated expertly by Leo Ramos. Strongly recommend.
Kristine Weiss and her team were INCREDIBLY helpful with a very complicated situation. I had been borrowing my dads car and it was sideswiped while parked one night, at the start of a holiday weekend. The damage originally looked cosmetic but after I tired to drive the car, I realized something much worse had happened to the front wheel. I called BMW of Rockville and they sent me to their collision folks who accepted the car that day, called me within the hour, and followed up constantly over a holiday weekend working with me, my dad, and his insurance. What had originally looked like a few scrapes turned out to be a total loss due to the age and milage of his 5-series. Kristine worked with me, my father who lives out of state, and his insurance company, to figure things out, including shipping the car back to him when he decided to keep it in the end. Where else can a guy find a zippy six-speed these days? While we did not use them for repairs due to having to deal with re-inspections in CT making things more difficult their service was fantastic. I highly recommend working with them and they are walking distance (maybe aa 5 min walk?) from the metro so if you without a car--as you most likely will be...
Great customer service, polite & professional. I highly recommend Leo. He helped me through the whole process. Excellent job on my BMW 535 I Xdrive. My car came out looking brand new. Thank you!
The work quality is okay. But the customer service and price gouging turned me off. Ive taken all of my BMW there for dings debts and major accidents. Ive always been happy until the last accident. Its too much to type, but the bill was super high and inflated. Insurance covered part of the bill but of course I looked hard at my out of pocket portion. After a decent amount of protest they got the price more reasonable. But boy were they pretty.
BMW collision is the the ultimate body shop for the ultimate driving machine. Leo is the best. They have fixed my 3 series, my 5 series, and my second 5 series. Top notch and highly I recommend
BMW of Rockville Certified Collision Center serviced my 2018 BMW X1. Leo and Kristine were very professional throughout the entire process and I am pleased with the quality of the repairs. I deeply appreciate the superb customer service and will not hesitate to return in the future or to refer the center to others. Thank you!
The team was very professional and kept me well informed.
Leo and his team were professional, timely and provided exceptional service. I wouldnt go to any other Collision Center!
My vehicle was returned to BMW Rockville after a collision with an animal. There was an issue with the headlights and they repaired it without any problems. I was happy with the repair and have had no further problems.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!I had a 2015 BMW X3 that was taken here after I got into an accident. I requested it be taken here because I wanted BMW parts put on and not aftermarket. After the collision center did their estimate for the damages that they were to give to my insurance company (Geico), they decided to declare my car a total loss. I thought that was a little extreme considering the damage was completely cosmetic, so I decided to buy the car back off my insurance company rather than let a perfectly good vehicle be sent to the junk yard.Well, the BMW of Rockville collision center just couldn’t believe that I was going to be taking possession of it again. They acted like they had never heard of someone taking a totaled vehicle back. Apparently, this was because they had already started throwing away lightly damaged (or not damaged at all!!) parts from my car, even though on the contract I signed with them I opted to KEEP all used parts that come off the vehicle!! When the car came back to me on the back of the tow truck missing the front bumper, rear bumper, almost all the exterior trim, inner fenders, and some interior parts, to say I was angry would be an understatement! Not only did they NOT put my perfectly good parts back on, they decided to TRASH them even though they were my property and the agreement we signed clearly stated I wanted ALL used parts regardless of condition. When I called to figure out where my parts were, they gave me the run around and said they weren’t even sure if they still had them. Well finally an hour later they called back and said they found them and that I could pick them up. When I showed up, they didn’t even have all my parts..I got my front bumper and rear bumper back, and a few trim pieces. But other major pieces I needed were evidently just gone forever. And of course, the pieces that were missing were pretty expensive to replace and very hard to find! A huge inconvenience when you are expecting to get those things back especially considering they came to the shop with them on!I tried working with them like a reasonable adult to get my parts replaced that they had lost/thrown away, but never got calls back or was told that it was the tow company’s fault (which it clearly wasn’t.) I finally had to get the Maryland Attorney General involved, and after almost a year, they couldn’t even help me because they said the collision center refused to cooperate. I plan on making a complaint to the BBB as well, because it’s not right what they did to me and they’ve never accepted responsibility for what happened or tried to make it right. They were downright rude and disrespectful to me. Highly unprofessional. Ended up NEEDLESSLY costing me out of pocket to replace parts cleaner hat didn’t need replacing and which should’ve came back on the car. Just a pathetic excuse for a dealership.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!
I will only use this Body Shop for my vehicles. The workmanship was flawless and the professionalism of the staff is 2nd to none.
Excellent service on my wifes 19 BMW430i. Leo and his team coordinated the entire process with Geico smoothly, and also avoided them to use junk or aftermarket parts. I will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you
Excellent repairs on my BMW 550. Thanks for getting it done on time and work with my insurance company!
Great friendly and attentive staff
Excellent service and quality repairs on my Mercedes.
BMW Rockville did a great job servicing my vehicle. They took great care of it and made sure they had all genuine parts. Dan did a good job keeping me informed and assuring to me that they would get my vehicle back in top notch condition. Some logistic issues occurred with my vehicle maker and the shipping of parts but BMW of Rockville was able to go around it and assure they could continue with my repairs. I would recommend.
Had to bring in my Tesla Model 3 for repairs after I was sideswiped on the beltway. Their work overall is excellent, and communication for the most part is on point. I had to point out that there was significant damage to my front passenger side rim when they sent me their initial estimate as theyd completely missed that area during their evaluation. Aside from that, everything else went pretty smoothly. There were significant delays (took about a month and a half), but that was mostly due to Teslas unreasonably lengthy shipping times for their parts.
Thank you for the excellent repairs on my new 7 series!!!
Leo and his team did a phenomenal job! They corresponded with me throughout the entire process. They met and exceeded all of my expectations regarding service, delivery and timeline. A great convenience and well run shop for BMW owners!
It seems as though the 1 star reviews either have no clue as to how body shops work when dealing with insurance companies, what certified shops actually have to go through to get the correct parts for your car, or simply how difficult automotive body work is to accomplish (no simple rip and replacement for fenders). No issues with the repair on my end and the shop was in constant contact with me to keep me aware of the status. I recommend calling the shop and speaking to the personnel rather than simply going by the reviews.
Excellent service and quality repairs for my M3. Fantastic service experience at BMW Rockville Certified Collision Center. Thank you guys.
After being hit from behind, I had insurance send my M4 vehicle to this shop. Leonardo and Nicole were courteous and frequently communicated updates through the entire repair process. Not only was the work done excellently, it was completed 3 days ahead of schedule! I have nothing but positive feedback for BMW of Rockville Certified Collision Center. They went above and beyond!
Slow turnaround time and the repairs weren’t done right and the vehicle had to be brought back. Also they caused additional damage to the vehicle and did not repair it.
Recently repaired BMW 340i cracked windshield at BMW Rockville. Excellent service. Staff worked with my insurance company to negotiate repair at dealership-associated shop despite initial reluctance of insurer. Used factory glass in repair, necessary given leased vehicle. Staff were professional. Work completed on time. Positive experience.
I drop my car June 25th, 2019 and was told is should be ready in 2-3 weeks. I am stilling waiting to get my car, there is no email communication or update. Contact person keeping reminding they are a few centers in DC metro area, a BMW certified collision center, I guess I have to accommodate Grand Stature.
They forgot to fix the front fender and when I asked them about it. BAM! took a fender right off from other car and put damaged fender on his/her car. That was great I saved tons of time and the car looked brand new but I feel sorry for the person who has a car same as mine. Hopefully I dont get sued. I just let you know that THE BODY SHOP DID IT.
Horrible experience getting almost brand new BMW repaired with them. Cant comment on the work done but overall experience getting work done is so poor at BMW Rockville that we seriously regret our decision to drop the car at this facility.Insurance company adjuster estimated 6 days to repair the car. Initial inspection at the time of dropping the car to this facility mentioned 9 days to repair the car. My wife called for status of the repair after 9 days and an extremely rude person asked her not call and waste their time for status update. When she called manager to report this inappropriate behavior, call went to voicemail and there was no call back from manager. We seriously think this center is giving BMW a bad name. Highly unprofessional staff who dont care about deadlines and dont keep you in loop while car is being repaired. To top it off, they would send supplemental to us rather than negotiating with insurance company themselves. Its been 3 weeks and car is not ready yet. We would not recommend a family or friend to get their BMW repaired at BMW of Rockville.Update: Quality of repair excellent and up to the par with BMW standards, 5 star review for quality of repair, however experience of getting it repaired remains 1/5 star. We had issues with adjuster/estimator who really did not communicate well. The manager however was polite enough to explain us the whole situation. Good place to get your car collision fixed but set your expectations about status update of the car in the very beginning otherwise you will be kept in the dark.
BMW of Rockville collision center takes the most pride in the quality of their repairs. They lose money to do the best repair for that vehicle, rather than repairing something that should be replaced. The happy customers rarely write reviews, and unfortunately mostly the unhappy customers take that time. The customer service is very important, and in most cases any delay is a result of insurance companies trying to put junkyard or aftermarket parts on the estimates. Or just waiting for the insurance company to give approval, as the shop cannot move forward without that authorization. They do their best to expedite as quickly as possible, also having to wait on ordering factory parts, after going many rounds with the insurance company about the junkyard or aftermarket parts. The shop could always just immediately tell the customer that they have to pay the difference. However, the shop will fight to the very end for the customer to get the new factory parts, and even on the ones that there is a difference, the shop helps with discounts where they can. Office staff becomes exhausted by the amount of phone calls it requires to perform a proper repair, but in the end most customers end up in a good place. Great quality but takes longer, or poor communication, seems to be the reputation. It would get done a lot quicker if the shop just did what the insurance companies want. However, the shop works for the customer and that creates a lot of lost time fighting with their insurance company, to make sure they get the best possible repair with minimal difference of cost. Most customers do not know what a shop like BMW of Rockville has to go through, and it is not always that easy. Unfortunately the shop ends up getting blamed for things that are outside of their control, because the customer thinks the insurance company will just pay for a proper certified repair, and that is usually not the case. BMW of Rockville is not contracted with any major carrier other than one, and that one pays for proper repair without question. Who would you trust more, the person who has to pay for the repair, or the person who is doing the repair for you. Think about that when you choose a shop.
Its been over three months since I took my BMW to this place. The collision damage was done and the work is great and I can give 5 for the quality of service but the customer service is zero. Once the collision is fixed all the computer system was messed up and shows a lot of red flag on dashboard. I took it back to get it fixed and no response and taking another one and half month and not yet done. I dont recommend any one taking his/her car to this place
Excellent job on my Tesla Model S and my husbands BMW M3. Thank you guys!
I had my 2017 M3 rear ended and got it repaired at the BMW certified facility. Excellent quality repairs, color matching and outstanding customer service. I will definately recommend to family and friends!
I have my Tesla in the shop with them, which has been delayed after the promise date of July 6th. I completely understand that Tesla parts can be delayed but this date was provided after they had majority of the parts delivered. I was informed 3 days before the delivery date that there is a delay with no new date provided. I requested the Estimator to send me his supervisor’s contact information with no response. Additionally, I called their office requesting to speak with the manager and I am still waiting for a call back. This no way to deal with escalations and seems to be a unprofessionally run business. I wouldn’t recommend this repair shop to anyone.Update:The nightmare continues, after leaving 2 voicemail and email to my response on this review, I get a call back. I was told that they will contact me on Wednesday to provide an update for target date return of my vehicle for Friday, which didnt happen. I called them Thursday morning and left a VM. I get a call back to let me know that we will let you know by early next week when you car will be ready. I wouldnt recommend this shop to my enemy. I have never had a worst customer experience in my life.
I cant reiterate how well the BMW Rockville Service and Collision Center have taken care of me and my vehicle. Cesar Opazo and the team have gone above and beyond what is expected at every visit. Once again, thank you all!
They keep extending the time for a minor repair. Now, in addition to my deductible, this repair will cost at least $1000 extra for the rental car, which I need to get to work. No loaners!! Wish Id read BBB complaints and other reviews before taking car there, because this seems to be a recurring theme. Makes me wonder if they have an arrangement with the rental car company.Oh, and they wont let you put more than $1000 on a credit card.
I will say that after an issue I had with my vehicle. BMW Rockville Center did an excellent job at resolving the problem. The manager Jeremy was on top of it from the beginning to the end and i am very satisfied and would bring my car back to this center if I needed to.
Want to start out by saying that this place had an awesome customer service experience. I had to take my car to the shop and wasn’t sure where to take it. Found this great shop and it was a great experience.
Excellent repairs to my 2017 5 series. Paint matches, OEM parts and repairs that you cant even tell I was in an accident. Geico tried to install cheap aftermarket parts on my car, but BMW managed to negotiate and get factory parts. Thanks again!!!
Had my car repaired here twice. 1st time had no issues. 2nd time my car was there twice as long due to significant delays, they had not replaced my driver side window correctly which then fell into the door frame and cracked. They replaced said window free of charge, but did not align the new window properly and now excessive wind noise and rain enter the cabin. I have contacted them numerous times about this, and have not heard anything back. They do a good job on the body work, but cant seem to handle replacing the aforementioned driver side window properly.Edit: Initial 2 stars now 4 stars. Shortly after this post the General Manager: Mr. Jeremy Wojcik reached out to me in order to remedy the situation. There was breakdown in communication which was resolved, and he apologized. They reexamined the window and adjusted it as necessary. They were very flexible and accommodating in regards to working with me and my busy schedule.
Worst car repair experience ever. Minor repairs took 4+ months. Missed multiple promised deliver dates. Always other peoples fault, insurance company, parts department, mechanics shop, etc. Left messages to supervise, body shop manager and service director, none returned calls nor emails.
I hit the trifecta working with BMW of Rockville -- not only did I get the quality work and the negotiating skills with my insurance company (insurance estimated 1/2 of the costs due to multiple aftermarket parts, which the Collision Center was able to upgrade to real BMW parts), -- but I got great customer service, regular communication by phone and e-mail, as well as the work completed in a reasonable amount of time. As a final plus -- the shop is within walking distance of the Twinbrook Metro, making getting to and fro a snap.
So they do just use original factory made parts for BMW which is fine by me. If you use an off brand insurer like GEICO, get ready for the insurance company to try and force them to use salvage parts, Chinese parts ... whatever. My experience was this added some time and stress to the process, but once we made it through these hurdles - caused by GEICOs attempt to simply not pay for anything other than the cheapest possible outcome - I ended up with a first rate repair job done with parts that were made for my car. Thank you BMW Collision Center!
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. We should have read the other reviews prior to bringing our car here. The shop didnt begin working on the car until after a week and a half of it sitting there. They blamed the insurance and the adjuster. Turns out it was the shop who was at fault. Throughout the process, I had to get involved and be the person communicating between them and the insurance company. After 2 months, my vehicle was ready and they held the car hostage for one week, over a 476$ check from the insurance company. When I tried to get this rectified, customer service was horrible, I was told no one was in charge and I had no way to escalate the situation. Then they finally told me I can pay out of pocket and my insurance would reimburse me. So I agreed, cleared it with the insurance company... get this, they tell me they cant take large payments on credit cards. After arguing more, they finally said they would make an exception. While this went on, the insurance company stopped paying my rental since it was completed a week prior. So now I am stuck with the bill for my rental as well, so I thought Id ask the shop to help with this expense and you guessed it, NO!! Like I initially stated, horrible shop, stay away. BTW, our car had $15,000 worth of damage and every other payment was sent by USAA. They treated me like I had some janky insurance and never took responsibility for their poor customer service and mess up.
I’ve had a few fender benders in my driving history and none had been as seemless as when I took my car to BMW of Rockville Collision Center. My insurance company asked me for the body shop of my choice and I randomly picked them as they were near my way to work. Just one phone call to BMW of RCC and they took care of the rest. I didn’t even have to call my car insurance company again. My car was in the shop for 5 days and I got a daily call from one of the shop guys to update me on the status of my car. Excellent customer services! And the fender bender was as it had never happened!!!
I cant say enough about the work performed by BMW of Rockville Certified Collision Center. I took my vehicle in for some M Performance upgrades, the skill of BMW of RCCC along with the quality, fit and finish of the product underscore why BMW of RCCC is your best solution to restoring your vehicle back to its ultimate driving machine status. You cant beat RCCCs price and their customer service is top notch!
I usually go to silver spring collision center to avoid this bodyshop. They will scratch/damage your car on purpose and on top of that their work quality is awful. They dont use factory paint and bmw parts and still charge customer more than they supposed to. Many BMW customer use this bodyshop because its so close to Bethesda/Rockville area but they turns away after first visit.
My car was severely damaged when a driver went through a red light and took my right of way. My daughter was injured and we were very shaken up with considerable damage to the front of our vehicle. Fortunately, I made the right decision after the accident and had the vehicle towed to the VOB BMW Collision Center in Rockville. From the very beginning I experienced a stellar service and worked together with Jeremy Wojcik, the branch manager, Courtney Morgan and Yvonne Medrano. Mr Wojcik successfully negotiated with my insurance company, GEICO, which was pretty tough to deal with because BMW only uses OEM parts and not JUNK parts. 8 years ago I made a very bad experience with another BMW that had been poorly repaired when the auto insurance insisted on working with a (not BMW-certified) repair shop; and unfortunately, I gave in. Since then we only had trouble with the car. This time I insisted on having the car repaired at the place of my choice - the VOB BMW Collision Center in Rockville. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The team did a tremendous job with an excellent part, paint and mechanical job. My BMW now runs great and looks perfect; simply what you would expect from your “ultimate driving machine.”
This isnt a review, just a warning that the navigation units in a BMW cannot find this location. It will take you to the Twinbrook Metro station, you then have to leave the station, take the first right and find the office.
Dont take your car here. Dont do it.
Excellent atention
