Amazing experience! The body work took only a few days and the work was perfect! The staff kept me informed every step of the way about the status of parts, painting, inspection, and settlement of the claim. Much better than my experiences with other body shops! Thank you Joon and Tony for making this as painless as possible! I am definitely glad I choose DARCARS!

The put my car back together in perfect condition!!!!! I dropped off my nissan with DARCARS for a bumper and tail light repair. Im not great with cars, but I know they had to completely replace the bumper and realign my trunk. I had scratched paint on the side of my car as well that they repainted. I was BEYOND relieved that they were able to match the new paint to the existing paint color! Even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car as well! It looked just like new and drived just as smooth (I have the sports model). I went through my insurance and they collaborated well together. Kept me up to date the whole way through. I couldnt drop off my car until after they ordered and received the car parts though. So, depending on the damage, you may have to pay your deductible upfront and leave before you drop it off. In my case, I came in and gave them my insurance claim, paid my deductible that day, but had to leave and come back about 3 days later when they called to let me know the parts had arrived. Also, my adjuster told me that the repairs would only take about 3 days, but my car was in the shop for about 2 and half weeks. Apparently the bumper was delayed in shipping or something like that. But I guess once the bumper did arrive everything was smooth sailing because I was able to pick my car about two days later

My 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Pick-up truck was involved in high impact head on collision and sustained serious damage. My truck was towed to Darcars Collision Center of Rockville. I was extremely impressed with the service manager and his staff for taking great care of my new vehicle. I was kept well informed on the status of my vehicle daily. The Collision Staff at Darcars closely evaluated my vehicle and accessed the damage accurately and honestly. I would highly recommend Darcars Collision Center of Rockville for future service.

Terrible experience one month and 2 weeks my truck is not ready, I call my self to found the status of my truck most often. This the way I took my truck home, inside is dusty look my truck is garbage and the shop.

Wow! The staff couldnt have been more helpful and professional. We had rear bumper damage and the work the collision center performed was the best I have ever experienced from a body shop. The paint job was perfect - our car looks brand new! Thanks to the manager, Tony, and his staff, we were also back on the road quickly! To top it all off, the price was great too! I 100% recommend DARCARS Collision Center!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the level of professionalism, transparency in communication and support Darcars Collision provided me during my recent claim- specifically by my estimator/contact, Ramiro G. My car was stolen and I had to go through a claim with my insurance provider for the repairs, and Ramiro made the entire experience seamless, simple and was clearly always on the customer’s side. My car required an extensive amount of bodywork repairs, and Ramiro kept me up to date throughout the entire experience. I discovered a few issues following the initial repairs, which were due to insurance and not the body shop, and Ramiro immediately followed up and contacted the insurance company on my behalf. I strongly recommend this shop due to everything the above but also because of how simple, honest and supportive they were through the entire experience. Thank you, Ramiro, and Darcars Collision! I will bring my vehicles to you from this point forward.

Three months ago my 17 year old son noticed a number of scratches on his new Toyota Corolla. The manager of the collision center spent 20 minutes buffing the door and the car looks as good as new. This gesture of good will meant the world to us.

Horrible experience. We had a small problem with the door of the car. It has been two weeks and the car is not ready. Customer service is horrible. They don’t keep their promises so they definitely should not be trusted. They failed even to notify that the car won’t be ready. They never call you when they promise they will. Will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional and unreliable.

I took my 2008 Prius back to the Collision Center because the paint on the front corner panel had faded (done about 8 years ago). Not only did Tony do the job for free, but he also gave me a rental car! Though he said the job would take 2 days, it was done in one and looks terrific. The receptionist and rental person were also efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend this business!

Very nice staff. Lady in front office seems to have a hard time focusing on what she was supposed to be doing, had to go up to her desk and remind her I needed a quote and someone was out to give me one almost instantly. Once my car was looked at I got a quote pretty quick. Will update if I choose to get repairs done by them.

I waited twenty-two days for the repair of the door, they had called me to tell me that the car would be ready by Friday, instead they made me wait another four days. With the result that the painting on the door is full of dots, quality of work really bad, customer service even worse. No one who apologized or mortified for the four days of waiting more than they had told me. Waste of time and money !!!!! Never seen such a horrible service in my whole life.

I took my Toyota Tacoma to darcars to collision center of Rockville for repairs to the front damaged. I did $7780.00 dollars worth of damage and had suctural damage. The repairs took 2 1/2 weeks and was worth the wait because the repair were done so well you couldnt tell.Id recommend Darcars Rockville collision center to all of my family and family.

I picked my car up from the center after collision repair. Immediately, upon the porter pulling my car up for delivery, I was in shock! It appeared that my bumper was repaired by mail order; as if the vehicle was not available for color matching. I spoke to the assistant body shop manager, which actually advised me to take my car somewhere else in attempt to have the bumper ( which was much lighter) match other parts of the vehicle. He also advised if that did not work, then he would see what he could do. This manager and I went into his office and returned to my vehicle at which time he stated “the color was definitely off”. I have been advised that having others to do work on the vehicle may actually negatively influence this shops willingness to correct the paint job. I rated this repair a 1 only because 0 was not available.

WORST PLACE EVER.Absolutely 3rd class service! They kept my car for 4 months. FOUR F***ING months.After 2 months, they actually tried to pass on the car back to me without fixing it. OH YES, they got paid by the insurance company alright, but they just forgot to fix the car. Within 2 minutes of driving, it was obvious that the car was pulling to the right. When I called to complaint, the front desk lady tried to explain it away as a tire pressure problem. When I tried to escalate the problem with the repair agent, he first denied the problem and then tried to explain it as a “temporary issue due to a new tire.” Yeah RIGHT!He then give me an alignment spec sheet, showing a bunch of number to prove that he was right. The printed out specs showed that the alignment was NOT within specifications, thank God I took the time to understand the numbers. WHAT A SCAM, the repair specialist did not know how to understand the computer diagnostics printout!I had to get my insurance company (State Farm) involved. State Farm told them that they needed to ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM, not just collect money and then PRETEND otherwise.For the next 2 months, whenever I called, the repair agent had “just stepped out for lunch”; was “with a customer”; or “went home early.”2 more months later, count it, TWO MORE F***ING MONTHS later, they finally fixed it. Then they tried to tell me what a great big success this whole operation was, because they “went out of their way” to take the car to another dealership and got it fixed.F*** YOU GUYS!I should have known from the start. I should have gone to another dealership to begin with. What a bunch of nitwits!

This place is so awful on customer service, does not know how to cooperate with car owners and lack of communication as well. I would never get my vehicle fix at this place based on my personal experience. My vehicle was towed here as it was involved in an accident, told Dan Nasuta to let me know first hand what its going to cost and everything before getting approved by State Farm as theyre Select Shop of this insurance company. No one contacted me, I had always called to find out whats up. Two weeks later, they called and said it was done, was not able to pick it upon that day as the shop was closing soon, it was almost 5 PM when they called and they close at 6pm. So, came back Monday on 1st of April and when I got there my vehicle wasnt even ready to be picked up, missing hood deflector, grill was mis aligned and the bumper on both sides where the the side fenders meet at the bottom of the headlights was not right. It was a horrible experience to begin with, like I said NO calls from Dan other than how much the estimate was but when it comes to updates None. Failed to let me know that it was not ready, was told that when they got the hood deflector it was damaged from the box. Anyways, Im still waiting on the update, State Farm already extended my rental for 2 more days and hopefully I get a phone call from Dan before hand. Good luck to all of you who decides to get your vehicle fix at this place.

Overall the experience could have been better. I came in for an estimate and I was very clear it would be being covered by a third party. Got the quote and agreed to have the work done. Come back 5 days later to pick the car up, get the guy who hit me on the phone to make the payment, and service manager Mr. Nasuta says, “we don’t accept 3rd party payments.” Wait huh? So you don’t accept insurance payments for claims? “Of yea we do accept those payments.” So you do take 3rd party payments? “In that case yea.” Do you have it posted anywhere that you don’t take 3rd party payments? “No” does it say on the estimate that you don’t? “No” but we never do that they tell everyone when they drop their car off. Well clearly I was an exception. Me to the ladies at the desk did you tell me this when I explicitly said this is what I was planning to do? “Uhhh we don’t remember.” I’ve never had this problem at other shops when people have hit me and wanted to pay the rental and repair costs themselves to avoid their insurance. I would never use this collision center again for this type of repair as they make you assume the liability of getting reimbursed instead of taking payment directly from the other party. The work itself was done satisfactorily if slowly for the amount of damage to car. They appear to have vacuumed the interior of the car and “rinsed” the outside prior to me picking it up. Mr. Nasuta didn’t do a walk around inspection with me prior to me taking possession of the car which I thought was a bit unprofessional. Car rental was closed so I had to return it myself across the street. Needs improvement . . .

We are cheated by this dealership.never trust the agent told you the price.when you allow to buy the car, they would add many things on the price but you didnt know,they dont tell you if you are fresh, first time buy the car.it s bad credit for this dealership.
