Great people!! Friendly knowledgeable and honest. Had them tighten my college students alternator belt. What should have been a 10 min job turned into a 1hr job due to a stripped nut. They completed the repair quickly and correctly for a great price. Cant say enough good things about them!!!

I was referred them buy Mandy Olsen. I have seen the owner in the coffee shop many times I knew I was good reputation and trusted that he would do me Fair and honest any did surely so. It could have been much worse, with his honesty he got in there and showed me that it wasnt as bad as it could have been and saved a lot of money had guys stay over to finish the job and stayed within his quote I would bring my car to him anytime

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. There are few things more valuable than knowing a good and honest mechanic. The value and service here is the best. John and his team wont try to gouge you or recommend additional, unnecessary work to pad their bottom line. Took more time than it was supposed to and now I have a engine light on and it’s running worse than when they changed the part I bought myself..if they didn’t know how to do it they should have just told me..not happy at all..hopefully if I take it back they can make it right..I want my money reimbursed so I can take it to someone who really knows what their doing..engine light never came on until they worked on it..240$ for what? My car to runs worst than it did before I took it in!! And that say I need a new motor mount but they don’t do that really???

The other day I bought an $80,000 car and its its so low to the ground so low that my exhaust had ripped off after it bottom out the people at Automotive Experts were so kind and friendly they got me in quick and fixed it with great quality work Im so glad they are so flexible.. they definitely will be getting my thumbs up for great service

I come here when I need to get diagnostics or engine work done John is very knowledgeable and nice, however the one time I took my 2003 Pontiac Montana in I didnt get a response for 2 days which kinda bothered me, I do not place blame on John for that, however the person who does work the desk cannot multi-task and needs to be trained on customer service and call back when they say they are going to! but other than this one gripe I like getting my vehicles work done here and will return when my car needs work done thanks Johh! 😁

It was my birthday and I was on the way to work when I lost the drive in my vehicle. My boss referred me to Jon at Automotive Experts. Got down there at about 10am with a broken drive axle. By 11:30am, I was out the door and on my way to work and not out a ton of money. These guys are great and take the stress out of automotive repairs.

Took 2 hours for an oil change that they made seem like would take at most half an hour. Additionally, they recomendad I change my oil 2,000 miles earlier then the car manufacturers recomendad oil change interval.

Went in for a replacement of the window regulator on my 2000 Mazda Protege and they were done in a hour flat great place.

Had a GREAT experience with this automotive repair shop. We had our car in another shop for 8 days and they still didnt know why it wouldnt start. After paying towing expenses twice... I contacted John at Automotive Expert. He towed for a third time to his shop. I had just got home when my phone rang and it was John saying they found the problem and the car was fixed. WOW....
