I absolutely loved working with Marcus. I had my heart set on a ford explorer, but I fell in love with a GMC Terrain the second I pulled into the lot. Once I sat in the car, it was done for. Well where do I begin. Marcus and the team hear are amazing. I had contacted them a few weeks back after I had been looking for a dodge Nitro and one popped up on their lot. I live 2 hours away so i worked with Marcus through email and message. But then another team work sold it. So started to look else where some of my local dealers are pushing an rude. When I know what i am looking for that is what i want. So over the next week after Marcus came back. I continued to message him asking question on certain car. Finally set up a time drove there Marcus knew exactly what I would be test driving etc. Wr had all the paperwork done. It was just waiting for me to decide what car I was taking home to finish it up. Let me tell you this team is simply amazing. They will help you out 100%. you be honest they are honest. I came home with the a dodge durango drives like a dream low miles and simply amazing. Was a great buying experience. If i had any thing negative to say. Lol put more gas in for your customers. Exspecially when they buy the highest car on your lot.

Great customer service friendly staff and good pricing on cars

I bought a used Honda Odyssey here. I was interested on a Sunday & Teddi met me there to let me test drive it. I ended up purchasing the vehicle on Monday. Jessica did the paperwork & was very friendly! I had a question she didnt have an answer for & Marcus helped. Teddi seemed knowledgeable. He also sent me money to fill up the gas tank!

Bought a 2007 rav4 from them. Always fast to reply when it comes to them getting money. When you need help afterwards good luck though. Got t boned and my local gov. Lost the title. My only way to get a new title is through this dealer and it’s be 5 MONTHS. I understand a month or 2 as it takes time to get the title but 5 months?? (Update it’s been nearly a year and no help) had to get a BONDED TITLE. I would have paid for it, and all you have to do is submit a file.They blocked my number from calling it’s always busy. But I call from another phone and it rings. BE CAREFUL buying from this dealer as they won’t help you when you need it and are only in it for money!!

Don’t recommend!!! The car I bought was trash. I currently can not drive my car because the car is leaking oil onto the exhaust, the power steering is also leaking, and a/c also leaks. The car has many more problems. I understand that it’s a used car but you guys could have at the very least given enough oil to be in the safe zone. The manual the came with the car isn’t even the right one for the car. The car was not cleaned before the purchase I found a hat, bags, flashlight, and random papers.

Best costumer service they try to do the best deal and payment for you that is very nice also the thing that I like more that they make you feel comfortable and they help you when is you first time

Amazing place to work, going to keep getting better

I bought a vehicle about a month and a half ago and its been nothing but problem after problem. A/C went out after 2 weeks. Just replaced a tie rod and 2 ball joints. And it still has multiple issues. Needs brakes, alternator is going bad and today, the front end started smoking. I will not be a repeat customer

These guys are horrible. “Support black business” psh. Quit going with hype. SUPPORT GOOD BUSINESS, quit going off of trends no one should support you. You don’t care about the customer at all and it shows.They sell junk cars, and when you get off that lot they will do everything in their power to not talk to you.There are thousands of dealers out there that are better to choose from.DONT GET SCAMMED

Very unprofessional mechanics here. My daughter went here seeking help because her new 2008 Nissan Altima SE wouldnt crank. They quoted her 5000$ and told her she needed a new motor, once she told me this story I checked her motor out and within 10 minutes I found out she needed new spark plugs and the engine worked like new. Imagine that. It is truly a shame in such a bad time they like to mess with people and gouge them out of money. You have lost me and my daughters business sir.

Smooth process and real people.

Terrible service, was talking to a salesperson for a day, planned to visit and buy a car and got it sold underneath me, wasnt told about it til i got there and they expected me to want to look at a different car when i expressed interest in the charger. Also it smelled as if they were baked in there. Rather not go through an amateur sales group that seemed sketchy. Marcus was the only helpful person there but seems to be out of the loop

Seemed like a good purchase when we bought a 2008 Cadillac Escalade, but we have not had a great experience with professionalism and being taken care of as agreed upon. Spent a lot of money and were told the door handles wouldBe replaced as they were loose and not great, picked up the vehicle and only one of them was replaced. After texting and calling for over two months and not hearing back or being given an answer that didnt seem satisfactory (“part isn’t in, they sent us the wrong part, you won’t be forgotten, etc”), we never got it back in to be taken care of. We had to replace the rear shocks right after purchase, they had holes in them, and there is a crack in the rim on one of the tires that we noticed because of a slow air leak. We’ve put in about $1000 into it since purchase (rear air shocks, rear rotors, new rim, door handles). I just ordered the door handle (and another one that broke off when we opened the door a week ago) from Rock Auto in 2 days, and I replaced it myself. It’s not about the door handle, it’s about the principle of the negotiation and agreement. I would not recommend to others

Now the day after buying vehicle, brakes and calipers have to be replaced. AC doesnt work even though it was said to be in great working condition. Wolf in sheeps clothing, BEWARE!☆☆☆Date as of MayV 2021On May 2nd of 2021 I put gas in the vehicle that I purchased from Dream Team Auto and at when I came back out from paying for the gas I turned the carIOn and when putting it into drive it would not go forward or reverse. Tje transmission was put. They knew this vehicle had these issues and sold it to family anyways!!!

The Dream Team is just that! All my questions were answered, negotiable, and kind. We were concerned about some rust on the vehicle we were interested in, and they sanded and repainted the major areas. Something most dealerships would not go out of their way to do. Overall a great experience!
