This place has by far been the best shop I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and efficient, they go out of their way to get the issues with your vehicle resolve in one visit, even if it takes them two trips on their own to the auto parts stores just to get you out on time and not having to wait or come back. Not to mention the great tea and coffee brewing experience there. My car got the best treatment and I walked out of there happy and did more than what I expected to get done for the wonderful price. Extremely reasonable there! If they had a 10 star I would have given it to them!!!!

They were informative and told me that my oil filter was not changed although when I bought car at lujacks they had been charging oil but not filter. The only complaint I have is island auto should have cleaned the oil up they spilled from filter. Oil was on alternator and belts and electrical plug-ins and upper part of splash gaurd. They havent contacted me back from the email I sent them to make it right. Now I hope they did everything right. I had full synthetic oil change.

We heard a snap sound and then grinding while driving our car, luckily we werent far from this shop so pulled in there. One of our rotars had snapped, our brakes were bad and there were some other issues. They got us in right away, fixed everything for a great price and we had our car back same day. Hands down the best auto repair experience weve ever had.

I stopped into Island Auto Care on a saturday for a used car inspection. The charge was much lower than inspected (under 40 dollars) and the inspection was thorough. The technician showed me all of the repairs in need of attention and allowed me to make an informed purchase . This was invaluable as i traveled a decent distance to look at the van. I did purchase the vehicle and was able to negotiate a somewhat better price thanks to a thorough inspection! I didnt have to wait around long and was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the services!

Great and respectful crew running this place!! Went in yesterday in a hurry may I add before work and these guys did a great job on my car, even broke down all my options on types of oil I can use to help maintain my cars life. tech was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about my car, the boss was even running around working on cars. I took my truck here for an inspection and was informed there was an issue. Adam explained everything to me and listed my options, helping me make an informed decision. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. As a single female I am sometimes concerned with being taken advantage of when seeking repairs and maintenance on my vehicle, but these guys made me feel very comfortable. I will never go anywhere else and will be referring all my friends!! Kudos guys.

Very highly recommend! Service was excellent. The repair was done quickly and correctly. The technicians were honest, trustworthy and prompt. The repair that I had was priced over $125 less than neighborhood competitors. I will go there again when my car needs service.

In my opinion, this is the best place in the area for any vehicle work. Their work has always been perfect for me, but more importantly, the staff are always friendly and helpful. They provide many free check-ups during appointments, and I have never felt as though I was being sold on services I didnt need. Prices are about what I would expect for the work being done, but they often have coupons online

Everyone should go here to get your car serviced. the staff cares about every aspect of your car and how it performs for you. their only concern is you and your safety while driving. 2 gentlemen kept me engaged in what they were doing and suggestions for my car. not once did they talk down to me or pressure me into more expensive options. I am so impressed with the customer service . will return to this shop for all my future service

I have said this before- I have my car serviced here, and only here. These young people are so knowledgeable and friendly that I tell everyone I know to go there. They never pressure me to buy more than needed, but educate me when something will need attention soon. Waiting area is very clean, as is the bathroom

I went to go get new rear brake rotors and pads and get a new starter. From the jump these guys knew what they were talking about, I didn’t have to do any explaining. Not only are the REAL professionals but they are patient, quick, and they’ll work with you. For these guys to be new they sure know how work the business the right way. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I usually don’t like to go to mechanics to fix my car but the staff at island auto care definitely changed my mind!
