Paid to have my car towed there to be fixed. The address on Google, (that I gave to the towing company) was the businesses previous address. So my car was dropped off at the wrong location. Contacted 11th st auto about wrong address on google, was told they would contact owner to see if they could help solve the issue and No one returned my call. I have to pay someone else to tow it (for a 2nd time dur to incorrect information on company Google site)Im out 80 bucks because of this issue. I will NOT try to use this company again.

Had rotors replaced on the front of my car. Heard a rattle coming from the front. Went back 3 times. Told the first two times they didnt hear anything. The 3rd time was told it might be something under the hood, but they werent sure what it was. Took it to another shop and was told the clips were missing on the rotors/calipers. Had to replace the rotors again because the clips cant be purchased separately. After contacting 11th street automotive they refused to compensate me for the work I had to have done for the same job. I was also told I purchased my own parts when my receipt clearly shows I paid them for the parts. Their work and record keeping is very poorly done. They are also very high priced. I paid them 240.00 for labor and the other shop was only 80.00! I also reported them to the BBB and the Illinois Attorney General. There response was it was the serpentine belt. Which they had replaced all the belts on my car prior to the rotors. I have never heard of a belt rattling when you hit a bump or pothole going down the road. They also took me for 1000.00 on struts thinking that might be what was causing the rattle.

I took my vehicle just for the blower motor and ended up spending over $800 for other things that they said I needed also paint on my car was totally destroyed from sitting in their lot under the sun! Instead of giving a one Star I wish I could give zero!

Had them repair my vehicle, and in doing so the mechanic David Smith which no longer works there decided to help himself to $65 i had in my center console. When i told the owners what had happened they acted like it was no big deal and sorry about your luck attitude, They just lost a great customer!!!!

They aren’t honest with the customer. They change some parts not related to the proplem and charge you expensive labor without fixing your car problem
