We ordered online and picked up at the store. The batteries we ordered were not in stock but we were told they would be in on Monday and on Monday they were in. We went in to pick them up, showed our ID, the guy brought them out to our car. Great experience all the way around. We always use these guys, always have, always will. Never have had a problem.

I needed a new i6 phone battery. I went online to the general web page and in Search I put in my need for the i6 battery. The web site took me directly to my closest battery plus store, offered my PLENTY of appointment times starting that day AND a $10 off coupon for using the on line scheduler. I made my appt and actually arrived 20 minutes early. The great employees greeted me friendly, went ahead and took my phone, explained what he was going to do. 15 minutes later it was done. AWESOME!

I had to return some LED light bulbs that would not work and I was treated like I was a bad person for bringing them back.I spent $400 on a battery two days prior. I spent $45 on light bulbs that didnt work so I brought them back and they tried to make me feel like an idiot because the their bulbs didnt work.I would give it a zero if I could

You cannot find a better place to get batteries or light bulbs they have everything you need if they dont have it they can order it! Their warranties are amazing! And their service is better than any other place you will find! I had a problem with my motorcycle battery right before a big trip and my daughter and I called there 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and ask them to please wait a few minutes so that we could get there to return a battery so that it wouldnt ruin my trip. They stayed late to service us and take care of our needs! Great people work here. Went there to buy replacement bulb for my flashlight. The gentleman told me that there should be an extra bulb in the cap. He looked and there was an extra bulb. I was not aware. I guess he could have just sold me another bulb but no instead he informed me and saved me a few dollars. Great business move since he created trust so I know where to go when I need products in the future. He gets 100 stars.

The last battery I bought from you went bad but was out of warranty. So I purchased another and it went bad as well. Luckily this one went bad while under warranty but I would not purchase another.

The manager Ralph did an awesome job cutting a new key and programming it for my Nissan Frontier. He had slight issue with the new software program and stuck with it until he and tech support figured it out. This is the ONLY place you should go to get your automotive keys cut and programmed. They charge half the price as a locksmith and their service is great!

I came in tonight in a panic!! My cell phone charger fried my cell connection. The phone was dead and the only way to transfer contacts and PICTURES was to get it juice. A nice fella asked to help and I started my manic need for help. THIS INCREDIBLE WOMAN took apart my phone and put my battery on a charging thing. I was able to come back at 7:40 pm get back to Verizon so they could transfer all of the info on my old phone. YOU ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE THIS AMAZING WOMAN WORKING FOR YOU!! Staff was great, they get five stars.BUT...but the prices are outrageous...ONE STAR...My advice: no matter what type of battery you need, browse online so you can find the best deal. A four pack of LR44 (357) was over $11 at this store. Lesson learned.Maybe some type of discount or promo, a frequent buyer program, or something to offset the cost would be nice. I was a first time customer and not likely that I will return unless it makes sense.

I never thought about getting a car battery from batteries plus. For some reason I thought they just had small batteries for cell phones and other electronics. Today I needed a car battery and I found out Batteries plus carries car batteries. I went there and they were very helpful and had a large selection of car batteries. A nice Lady working there pulled out the old battery and installed the new one . It was an easy hassle free place to get a car battery. Prices competitive with Walmart and cheaper than the parts stores.

Website says Batteries Plus Bulbs is committed to recycling spent batteries and light bulbs as a means to reduce waste in our landfills, but when we brought bulbs in to be recycled, the clerk said that we dont do that here because we dont have a big enough dumpster. So much for reducing waste in landfills!
