Needed to get a tire patched as I had a flat tire from the previous day. My experience was solid. The people at B & B are professional and courteous and the price was reasonable for the job that was done. I will be returning when and if I have other issues that need to be addressed. I was very impressed with B&B tire. I called ahead for pricing on 4 new tires. The person I talked to, I believe his name was Tim, spent quite a bit of time going through the options and the pros and cons of each tire type. He told me ahead of time that if I could leave the car I wouldnt have to wait around so long because they can be very busy. When I arrived everyone was pleasant even though they were actually very busy.Once I got the car back I did have some problems. One of my lug nuts was missing and the car appeared to be driving worse after the tire change, with shaking at high speeds and with breaking. I called and talked to someone who told me it may be the rotors. I bought the car back in, they put it back up, check the balance on all the tires. The gentleman there took the time to show me that the stud that the lug nut was on was obviously stripped, and there was rust on it so it was not done recently, which accounted for the lug nut coming off. After they checked the balance they had somebody go out and drive with me to check to make sure it was better.So the short version is that B&B tire went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and didnt charge me extra for doing it. I was not the happiest person when I brought the car back, yet they remained pleasant and professional throughout the whole interaction. I came away feeling very positive about the entire experience and highly recommend their service.

I had a good experience with B&B they fixed a couple things with my car. We had a minor issue and they definitely helped make sure it was corrected. I will definitely be going back in the future.

What can I say I needed a new tire good thing was they order it came same day ofc got me up and running by later that day....But my bonus points comes from the fact they found something that was very important and put a fix to it Without the extra charge.... Well for the first day when I got there I thought was only going to be an hour or so whatever to do the work but I told the service man I needed to balance all four tires so Ill wait an hour and a half or so and get home after I paid and realize that they rotated and aired my tires up didnt even balance them. So then I have to return the next day and of course they honored the payment that I made the day before to go ahead and balance them but they did not re- rotate them. I did not need them rotated in the first place because I just had them rotated two week prior which is the main reason why I figured out that I needed to balance them but I guess you pay for it to get yall need to work on that

Nick was fantastic going to help me pick out a set of tires I came back in again for a rotate and balance and oil change. Took care of me quickly and at a great price! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing group of people here, would 100% recommend to anyone i know. Went in for an alignment, decided to wait on my truck and ask the guys in the office a bunch of questions and everyone was nice as could be and answered all of my questions, then i was informed my alignment was pretty close to perfect so they weren’t going to charge me for it (instead of charging me anyway like most places) and walked me through how to repair my bumper instead of charging me to do it. again great place 10/10 experience.

This was my first visit here and I will absolutely be returning. I am always hesitant to try new places but after reading reviews and hearing good things from others I made an appointment for an alignment and will be a returning customer from now on. I felt heard in regards to my concerns and not once did I feel taken advantage of (I specifically told them I may need 1-4 new tires and was told I don’t need them at the moment unless I wanted to). I have had different experiences with other shops and appreciated the integrity. It shows they care more about their customers than the money, and that to me speaks volumes about a business. They will absolutely get my business again and I will refer others to them whenever possible.

I purchased a battery there. I asked him to get me a specific brand battery and they substituted with another brand without telling me that. They called and said I could come pick the battery up when I got there it was of course the wrong battery the guy proceeded to tell me that one company makes both batteries so they should be the same and that was absolutely not true. (Please see statement below!)After further investigation I did find that the B&B tire rep. Was correct in stating that Interstate Motorcycle Batteries are actually Yuasa Batteries! That only pertains to Motorcycle Batteries! The Warranty on an Original Yuasa Battery is better than the Interstate Battery warranty. My apologies to B&B!

Great service & on it in a snap! Charlotte to Tampa and my front tires went bad fast. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Seems to be a good chemistry with there crew also. I’m sure they’ve saved more folks than just myself. Reminded me of a pit crew.

Excellent work, very honest when doing my wheel alignment, didn’t charge me for it because I didn’t need one. Just charged for set-up and straightening my steering wheel. I will definitely use them in the near future since my Jeep has a lot of custom work on it with lift, 37 tires and 20” rims.

Went in because I had a tire with a nail in it. Short story long, they were crowded and had me out in about an hour or so, maybe less. These folks at B&B know their stuff and Ive dealt with them in the past. Nothing but quality work in my experience with this store.

I drive an F150 but know absolutely nothing about tires and wheels let alone horsepower and mechanics. Nick was awesome to work with, took time to help me pick out a set of tires and wheels that looks great with the leveling kit they installed. If you’re in the Charlotte area and looking for an upgraded look, run down to B& B and ask for Nick, great garage and good people.

The staff works hard and cares about the customers. Even if there is a miss communication no one is upset. They just do what ever it takes to correct it and move forward. When you have an appointment they are ready for you. Better than a Doctors office. If you need tires or service this is place to come.

We brought our motorhome in initially for valve stem extensions. First, I want to say they have a very organized process. Many technicians are handling each customers needs. The owner ( Nick?) came out to explain the condition of the rear tires/duals. He recommended new tires ( we knew this was a possibility). We left for them to work on it. Received call few hours later it was done. Picked it up before closing without incident. Nice guys, would definitely return if needed.

Had appointment for a front-end alignment and found a bad tie-rod end. Rescheduled appointment to install and continue with alignment. Tech was sick and had to reschedule again. Third times a charm, couldnt be happier. Front end doesnt make noise and steers straighter than ever. Thank You😊

I have had several experiences with this company. One time they took longer on a vehicle then what was promised and the owner called me and gave me a discount for the troubles. Another time I brought my truck in and asked for a service that they already did a couple months prior and they were honest with me that it did not need to be re done. They have patched tires instead of replacing them. All the work that they have done has been great quality with good communication. I would highly recommend them!

Greatly impressed with all of the work they have done for our business at Hudson Fence Supply.

My wife too our 2006 Ford Fusion in for a Bering to be replaced on the drivers side. She told them that her brakes were low and were squeaking. They did the repair and have her an estimate to replace the brakes. She turned it down because brake job was too pricy. We also has a alignment done at the same time. She drives it home and as I’m changing the brakes there were two issues not addressed if they would have even inspected it they would have seen it. 1 the drivers side brake shoe on the inside was reversed. 2 the tie rod end a important part that controls steering was about to break. How is it even possible to do a alignment when you can move the wheel left and right 1-2 inches? That much play in it. They say they do a comprehensive inspection but where was the attention to detail ? Very disappointed in B&B

For tire and wheel work I give them 5 stars. I have used B&B for tire repair multiple times and have always been very happy with the quality and speed. This particular review is in regards to vehicle maintenance: Their pricing is good. The maintenance I had done (fluid changes) is difficult to check the quality of, but I was let down in two ways.1) I requested full synthetic oil and was given synthetic blend.2) I requested a transmission flush. When I picked up my vehicle the bill was significantly less than quoted. The service writer read through my list of requests and indicated they were all completed. After I received my invoice and went home I looked closer and saw that there was no charge for the transmission service. I called back and was told that it was not done and that I should bring it to the dealer. I understand, and even appreciate, not doing work that the tech is not qualified for, but please dont tell me it was done when it was not.2a) The reason I was given for not being able to do the transmission service was a lack of dipstick... there absolutely is a dip stick on this transmission. Im not sure what that says about the tech.Conclusion: For basic vehicle maintenance they offer good prices and decent service just pay careful attention to your work order both before and after. Im not sure I would come here for more advanced work.

My husband and I are passing through and ended up with two flats on our camper. The rims were the source of the leaks. They were able to squeeze us in right away and get them both changed to replacement rims while they were super busy. Customer service was impeccable and super pleasant. I wish we could take them back to our state!

I would recommend B & B Tire & Wheel to anyone I know. I was quoted a price for my tires and alignment and that’s what I was charged. They didn’t try to persuade me to do any extra repairs even though my car needs other repairs. They did see that my battery light was on and found some corrosion on one of the cables, cleaned and tested my battery. It needs replacing and quoted me a price but since I purchased the battery elsewhere I declined. There was no pressure to purchase one from them and still offered to help me with future repairs. I found them to be honest and reliable. Check them out for yourself I’m sure you’ll agree!

Had tires, rims, lift kit and rails put on my 2020 Wrangler. The work and customer service was nothing short of amazing. My Jeep will have a lot of work done and it will see Nick and the fellas @ B&B Tire very often!
