I went to Shuffle Music due to its convenience from the Eastman School, and I was treated excellently. I brought in a trumpet mouthpiece that needed a little repair, and they were able to help me extraordinarily quickly and for an unbeatable price. With a fast and inexpensive repair, you might expect a lack of quality, but this is certainly not the case. Excellent work. I will be back soon.

5 years ago I brought my fathers 60 year old clarinet to Shuffle for repair. They told me upfront the repair would cost more that the clarinet was worth. But it was my dads so it was sentimental. They did a beautiful job, and continue to due maintenance on it. My daughter is still playing it. We highly recommend the great, courteous, and skilled folks at Shuffle Music. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive to get there.
