Quaint find next to Kahler Inn and suites. The establishment is quite small with only one table for seating but opens into the hotel foyer. Drinks are reasonably priced and taste very good. Staff was efficient courteous and helpful. I will frequent them again.

This is the best Caribou I have been to. It is run very efficiently. I go early in the mornings on weekdays, and the girls in charge do an amazing job. The drinks are almost always perfectly made.

The barista was very nice and helpful. However the breakfast sandwiches/items were very very bland. Asked for salt and pepper, was informed that they have none and it wasnt even an option for them to order. If you do not have the capability of allowing customers to at the very least salt and pepper their food stop serving such bland food.

Wow! I used to work at caribou, and the two girl baristas here were just chatting away. Ignoring when the steam stopped and taking their jolly good time making the drinks. Really surprised.

Great coffee all around! I love that theres one right at at Mayo as I was needing a great cup of Joe! I wasnt disappointed

Came here yesterday for an vanilla iced americano, it was the best Americano I’ve ever had! Got to work before I realized they forgot to add the vanilla that I ordered. Returned today and they replaced the drink on the house! Left a happy customer! Extremely efficient and clean area! 10/10 will return again!

Caribou is pretty consistent with their drinks. Was so glad to see that the green tea latte is now on their regular menu (been awhile since Ive been to Caribou). This is more of a grab and go store and right now with this covid thingy they dont allow any inside seating. There are a few tables outside. There are also a little seating in the hotel that is attached. But you arent guaranteed to find any seat which is not good when you need to wait for someone who is at the clinic.

The coffee is decent. Often busy since right across the street from a Mayo building, but the lines are short and you can get a table in the afternoon. There are couches and armchairs in the lobby of the hotel that shares the space. A bit noisy.

Sandwiches wore bland no solt or pepper

This seems to be the only coffee place open in the downtown area on Saturdays now, which unfortunately makes them very busy during peak hours. The staff here are quick, efficient, and very patient with.... Frustrating customers. I appreciate them being open so I can have good coffee on my break when I work on Saturdays.

Ive been patronizing them 1 or 2 times a day. Go in to get change will not give change without a transaction. Ill buy my coffee else where!

Delightful. Small but efficient and, of course, delicious. Super handy when youre visiting the clinic. Located between the two parking ramps. You walk right past it if youre parked in the Graham parking ramp.

Coffee and tea is good. I am here for Mayo Clinic. I normal go to Starbucks back home (they always get my order right and give me a straw with my hot beverage no problems) however this place made me feel like it is a big deal and they are doing me a favor giving me a straw. Which is my preference as a customer to use a straw with a hot drink which is not hard for the staff to accommodate. (Without making comments)Customer service is very important in a bussiness like this. We come here with enough stress, we should not have an issue two days in a row with different staff members over a straw for a hot beverage! Is there a company policy stating no straws for customers with a hot beverage? 😓

This Caribou is very convenient when staying at the Kahler and also to Mayo Clinic. The two individuals working today were helpful and kind. They gave a coffee ground recommendation that I was able to brew in my room. They also provided me with a cup of half and half at a small charge to go with my coffee this week. Very appreciative for this Caribou at the start of a rough, busy week!!!

Staff was very short and came across as rude, very unpleasant considering I find the opposite at most other locations. As a location that serves a lot of travelers I would hope that they would at least try to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Hands down worst service ever. I keep coming back given its convenient location hoping it will get better. Its like a revolving door with new employees who do not care about anything except trying to leave their shift early. This location was pretty solid when Grant was the manager. Was one of two customers in the afternoon at 2:45 and the barista had to look at the screen 9 times to make the mocha. Pretty interesting...

Staff was super friendly. Store was clean and conveniently located by a hotel. I ordered a plain coffee, which was available even in the late afternoon and still hot. Cream and sugar were well stocked. I only wished they had space for lounge seating that didnt belong to the hotel lobby.

This place is a dirty hotel. I came up to my room and noticed sink was not washed very well. I set my suitcase on my bed to unpack and felt something under my toes. It was some kind of nasty food that flung off my foot. I looked under the bed and it had not been vacuumed in a while. I sat in the desk chair and it was broken. I fell out of it. Stains on the carpets. Just a dirty place. I dont recommend this establishment to anyone.

I am a loyal for years customer with Caribou but disappointed in customer treatment. Total disregard, no eye contact, no thank you. Wont frequent this site. Many other Caribou options in Rochester. All it takes is a smile and thank you.

Worst location in Rochester, actually probably all of Minnesota. The few good staff that they had are gone. Now its mostly rude and incompetent employees who will rip you off on your order.

I work night shift in the Charelton building and myself and co-workers used to stop in every night for a latte before our shift but had to stop, it has become uncomfortable walking over there as it has become the local meeting place for men, not sure of there culture, but it is uncomfortable for me and some of my co-workers. I realize they have a right to hang out there, but its like its become there territory. Lately they even have one of there vehicles pulled up and there music blaring. I feeling like Im intruding in theyre space.

The service at this Caribou was no different from any other caribou Ive been to. It was awesome!The employees communicated excellently, cared enough to ask about my day, and even had some chat with 3 of them on different occasions.The location of this Caribou is unique. It is inside the Kahler Inn & Suites so there is an entrance/exit from inside the Kahler. There are seats in the Caribou and there are also seats of Caribou inside the Kahler which remain accessible even after Caribou closes. The cafe itself isnt that big but has everything that any Caribou has to offer!

My daily patronage of this location for the past 10 years has come to a close. The Caribou dark roast coffee remains the finest (five stars) but not this locations management and staff (minus three stars). I could go on accepting the long lines but not the gas station quality service. Ill be walking a few blocks and find a new favorite coffee shop.

Sunday June 18 I had a round casher she didnt know what I was asking and asked ask someone and they said they cant make a blended Mocha. I always go to the one on Market place Dr and they can make it for me and at the Mall Hyvee and both Drive throughs so I dont know how hard it is to blended up a mocha ice and mocha blended I work in Panara bread we can do that also and starbursts can do that to I dont know if I will ever be back I have got one in your store be for.

Were very nice and had good options. And convenient in Kahler.

If you live/work in downtown Rochester, youd appreciate the timings of this location. Staff is friendly at 5 AM and at midnight.
