This fastrac has the best employees- I work down the street so my coworkers and I order pizzas regularly. Linda the manager heard that my pizza wasnt ready once when I got there and she gave it to me for free. Linda and Carl (who makes the pizza) have the best customer service. They know me by name and make sure to always say hi. Its the little things. Thanks guys!

This place is more than just a regular gas station convenience store, its an experience!!! From soft serve ice cream machines, to pickles in a bag, and fresh hot pizza, theres something for everyone!It got pretty crowded on a Friday night so the check out line was surprisingly long.

Great gas prices and discounts. Very convenient layout. I wasnt sure how the layout would be seeing as the spot it is in looks like it would pose traffic issues. It doesnt at all. Best route of your heading East on 104 from Greece, turn right in, full up, then exit to Dewey AVE instead of W Ridge. Take a right at the light. And youre back in W Ridge :) easy as pie!

When I buy gas, I pay by (FasTrac) credit card. This is the only location (Ridge &Dewey) I have found that you have to go inside and prepay before pumping. Health wise this is very difficult. I will go elsewhere and perhaps pay a little more at the pumps to get away from the inconvenience .

I like this place. Gas is cheap and they have non-ethanol 87 octane fuel. This is a rarity, Ive never seen this at any other gas station. Drinks seem better than average they have ice tea and a huge cup is like $1. Sodas and stuff are the same everywhere. Food like pizza and such is a little rough, good if you like gas station food. Prices in general seem lower than average. There is a nice seating area and bathrooms. Although its odd to say, this is probably my favorite gas station in the city. I like fast trac in general but I dont eat their food anymore. I think I got sick one time from under cooked chicken on the pizza but this was at a different fast trac and its always a risk with gas station food. The parking lot is nice and large and there is even a light at one entrance which helps since 104 can get really busy. The location is ideal. Overall great store.

Every time I have ordered food/pizza from this location they never take my name. My order is never ready. The staff behind the counter (not all staff, but most) lack customer service and are most times extremely rude. I love the food, my kids love the food. It is unfortunate that the customer experience cannot compete with the fastrac name.

Its a very good place it has icees,different types of 🍕 and more and the rest of it is just what corner store would have like chips, soda and candy.

Stopped by to get a few things at the store, was told they close at 10pm. I pull out the parking lot and it’s 9:49.

I would love to share the details of my experience but I walked all the way over there and they were closed I went online to see what their hours were because I was told 24 hours they were open their website says open 24 hours I walk all the way over there and they are closed not really happy right now

Fast service and friendly staff.

Dont waste your time coming here. Go to the next closest gas station. Pumps never work. Attendants are rude and never willing to help. If you go into the store to buy something you will wait at least 15 minutes in line because only one person is working behind the counter.

This is one of the few gas stations to offer both ethanol-free premium and ethanol-free regular, and at good prices. Great food options for a gas station, too.

Fastrac is a great gas station and more. All the newer locations like this one have a great selection on the inside of fresh coffees, flavored, decaf and several varieties of each. Good strong coffee. Good breakfast sandwiches too ! Too much to say in one review, inside clean and crisp, pumps outside are fast, clean, well lighted and pay at pump. Ok and join club and get about 10 cents off a gallon ! Good dealio !

First impression is the sign on the door. Rest Rooms Closed. And don’t ask! Place was filthy and Well it fit the women behind the counter totally Rude and Vulgar I’ll never go there again for anything!! If I could give a zero rating I would.

This Fastrac has the misfortune of being located where it is located. Not all staff can be considered in what Im about to say. 4/11/17 their ability for people to use membership cards were down, but they were able to use a smart phone to allow credit/debit transactions. A lot of people were annoyed, rightfully so. But one staff met this challenge with a smile and was able to defuse several annoyed customers who were being rude jerks from becoming rude-er jerks with a simple smile and friendly response. Take note hood-rats! You can be from the hood but have integrity. This gentleman proved it was possible. Wish I had his name to give credit where credit is due.

Only place in Rochester to get gas or supplies. Always the lowest price for gas with the member rate and service with a smile, they are always happy and go out of their way to help.

I have a Fastrac member card. Use it so you can pump gas then go in and pay cash. On Thanksgiving Day, with no signs outside, they required me to prepay. The point of the card is not having to prepay. Too many drive offs they said. They then told me to go to the drive-thru to retrieve my card. Left me and my wife sit for five minutes. Then told me they lost my card and if I gave them my drivers license theyd issue a new one. The attendant who took my card looked through the drive thru window then walked away and made a dismissive wave.

Free air pump has a nozzle that will not seal. Handle to flow air is stiff (may be frozen but seems to be binding up.) Compressor does seem to function. Upon repair of this equipment and chance to test it, I will modify my review.
