The servers here are super polite and hard working. They are very short on staff so it was about a 20 minute wait to get a cup of tea. It just was because of the sheer volume and the lack of help that I had such a long wait. Once I made it to the window the service was super fast. Bravo in such a difficult time

Rude girl took my order and then I found a dead fly in my coffee after I already took a few sips. Never go here. Waste of money. I had to throw my whole 32oz coffee away and when I tried to call, nobody answers and the voicemail is full. Called several times and they just hang up. Worse than Dunkin Donuts

Maddy seems to be the manager or something. Totally rude! No reason for her to be so rude to the customers & the employees. She should not be in charge if she doesn’t help or doesnt have manners.

Man, I just wanted a strawberry smoothie with whipped cream from this hut because I used to work here and like to see my old coworkers sometimes. They put whatever type of flavoring in it, I was thinking like 7 pumps of banana or whatever. I don’t know, it just was not good at all and I know what a strawberry smoothie tastes like.

Sandwiches were still frozen in the center. The tea was incredibly over-steeped making it was super bitter. The hash browns were mushed into a ball and not well cooked. And the pick up windows metal shelf was disgusting, covered in grime and like half a pound of coffee beans :-( sad because i used to come here years ago and never had this type of experience.

Any of the locations are good coffee stops.

Today, I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was at the window, which is fine cause maybe they were doing something else, but there were no cars in front of me nor any in front of the store. The girl who greeted gave me a really ugly look before opening the window, I tried telling her my order which I had to repeat cause she couldnt hear me, but I would assume it was because the music seemed louder than normal. I told her my drinks, which got mixed up on sizes and what food I wanted which I watched her throw hard out back, because they need to be heated up. When I pulled up, I waited about another 5 minutes and it was the same girl who seem agitated still. I felt too uncomfortable at this point to correct her about my drinks being the wrong sizes then what I had said. I never have had an experience like that at this place.

To the girl who just talked me into getting a drink I never usually would get because of how picky I am, you’re by far the best employee I have spoken with at aroma joes in a very long time. I’m mad at myself for not getting your name but I just wanted to say thank you so much for the drink &’ your extremely wonderful service.

The staff was very nice and even offered to make me another drink if I didnt like what I ordered. I got a grapefruit pomegranate rush, yum.

This is definitely one of the slower places to get coffee. Inside you will wait as cars are served at the windows.Other than that, go for the Irish kicker with an extra shot of espresso, and the cinnamon rolls are superb.

Excellent service. We stopped for a snack, were less than excited by the muffin selection, and were directed to Aroma Joes next door. How often do you encounter customer satisfaction as a top priority in todays business climate? A big Thumbs Up to Stop-N-Go Deli. We did buy sodas there, and found their convenience-store selections to be good. Well go back on future trips.

By far the worst Aroma Joes experience I have ever had! Two out of 4 girls were terribly rude! The blonde kept walking by and glaring at the two men that were waiting as well as myself without saying one word. A reminder why I go to the Portsmouth location on Woodbury Ave. I WILL NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Waited a good 10 minutes to order and apparently it takes 5 minutes to make a coffee.

Never an unfriendly face there... I go out of my way to visit this location. Good coffee, and I really like their Rushes. Dont forget to tip, these folks work hard!

I was employed here for two years. I stopped in to grab a drink and needed to use the bathroom at the hut I use to work at and when I asked for the bathroom key I was told it was “out of order” by an old coworker, however, when I texted the manager I was told that it wasn’t out of order and last time I checked, it is illegal for a place that serves food to not have a bathroom. I’m really not impressed at what Aroma Joes has come to. They use to be known for their friendly out going service and now it’s like the people working really don’t care about the customers. That is the exact reason why I left. This has steered me away from wanting to get drinks from there anymore given the fact that employees are allowed to treat customers like that. Completely unacceptable. Moreover, the location on Milton Road never gives me any problems.

Espresso is too acidic and not robust. The breakfast sandwich Ive had twice at 2 locations... and i threw them both away; not sure how they pass as food. Why 2 stars then? I know people who swear by their ice coffee.
