My experiences of buying or fixing an auto of mine has always been a very stressful time. Until a good friend recommended me to go to Xcellent Auto and meet Bob. He was very personable and had a lot of knowledge about cars, however he spoke to me so I could understand it. He has said to me many times that the brake pads or worn however it isnt something youd have to fix now. Thats just one of the many times he has saved me money and not using a scare tactic of needing to fix so many things that can wait. Im going there soon to get an oil change and even after doing just that to my car, you can bet he did something else to your car because it rides so much better.Bob does an amazing job on my car and he knows what he is doing. He doesnt come up with a bunch of things that are wrong with your car, he will say you keep an eye on this or that. Youll be fine for quite some time I just want you to be aware. Thats a class act and an amazing guy to do business with. Plus youll get the pleasure of meeting his wife who keeps things together at the front desk. Bob is 5 Star Awesome and SUPER Knowledgeable.A real nice guy and a professional.He fixed a wheel bearing and helped me get rid of warning lights on the dash. He does tires to so I did not have to take the van to another shop after he fixed it.I feel much safer driving my vehicle now with matched tires and no more warning lights.You can trust your vehicles at Xcellent Auto across from Caseys on Marion RD.

Not only is Bob my mechanic, but he has become someone who takes time to sit and talk with his customers. I have worked with Bob for over 4 years and since I am a single mom, I am always worried that I will get over charged and not even realize it, but Bob goes above and beyond to ensure that he is getting the best price. Bob has exceeded my expectations, and he makes me feel like a person and not just another customer.

Good mechanic work at a fair price!

Bob is great at his work and very reasonable. Hes worked on my Chrysler Town and Country, my VW Passat, and on my sons Ford Taurus. Hes even shown me once how it was a simple thing I could just do myself. Highly recommended.

Ive been looking at a truck there. And seen Bob downtown. Hes real professional and friendly. Im new in Rochester area. And hes going to be the only one that works on my vehicle. Gone to other places and they want the sale. Dont explain nothing to u Bob does. So think Bob.

Dont ever take your car there. He charged me $50 for used cylinder coil and $80 for cylinder coil replacement labor. It literally takes less than 10 minute to replace it. when I tried to bargain about it, he got mad, started yelling, cursing and started lecturing me about America. I kept my silence, handed him the cash, got my keys from him and drove off. I was not sure if that is how he is most of the time, or he was on something. He was so unprofessional and terrible, at some point I was scared for my life the way he was talking and moving the tools he had in his hand.
