I purchased a vehicle from the Henrietta location and have had nothing but problems. They only give you a 6 month warranty so anything out of that is on your hands. In LESS THAN a year of having the car, it needed the following fixed.Cam Solenoid ReplacementCatalytic Converter ReplacementNew BatteryNew Balls Joints and Shocks AND an AlignmentNew Tire..and now the car is making a grinding noise which means Ill be at the Dorschel service center YET AGAIN to see what is going on. There is no way they are doing due justice in checking their cars before selling them. No used car from a dealership should have this many problems in such a short amount of time.

I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima from the Henrietta location in the beginning of April 2021, and in the last 3.5 months my car has been nothing but a problem. It seems that every week there is a new issue arising, my first red flag should have been that they let me drive off the lot with a broken trunk latch and tail light. Those two repairs were thankfully repaired with no charge, but since then I have had the following wrong;-Passenger Headlight-Wheel Barring-Alignment-All 4 tires needed to be replace due to balding- Rear brake pads (1st time)-Battery-Engine sieze repair-Passenger side door handle-Passenger side door latch-Rear brake pads (2nd time)-Caliber replacementI still have two undiagnosed issues with my car that I cannot afford to get fixed because this car has completely drained me. To say I am disappointed would be an understatment. This company has not been helpful at all and they do not answer the phone or return calls. This was my first car and it has made me not trust a single vehicle and has completely put me in a bind. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went here last Wednesday after just leaving northwest auto mall in Spencerport that had no interest in helping me. Met with Otis and gave him the rundown of my situation trying to trade in my car. Absolutely egregious customer service. Our experience was as if the whole office was in on a bet to see who could belittle and verbally assault the most customers in the most condescending manner. It was almost as if we were in a prank show. First off, Otis, our sales representative, claimed to have a 852 FICO credit score. There were no prices or milage on the cars in the lot. We wanted to see the 2009 (I cant exactly remember the year) Subaru Outback. The body and frame were in MINT condition. He claimed he couldnt show us a vehicle until he ran our credit! Unbeknownst to Otis, my girlfriend and I walked in with $5000 cash, a 636 & 753 FICO score. We would have financed about 4ish grand. We walked out because there is no way I am allowing a credit ding on my fantastic credit report on a vehicle that Im not allowed inside of. Out of principle I will never ever be a patron of this dealership.

I went in with very low expectations as this was not my first stop in my journey to acquire a reliqble vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when they came back with a list of 8 or 10 vehicles I could likely be approved for. I made a selection from the group and they went to work. I had some severe bumps in my credit history (repossessions resulted from a severe injury at work) My salesman (Otis) came back with very reasonable terms and I left with my car that day. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a car!

I do not recommend this location what so ever. I scheduled an appointment but had to wait for about an hr- Otis was working with another customer and refused to let his coworker help me because hes a greedy salesman who doesnt have the customers needs in mind. They ran my credit app through far too many banks and dropped my score so low it took me two months before I could be financed through a legitimate dealership. Even after being disrespected and made to feel like a bother ( I must not have been looking at a profitable vehicle for him) when I asked about price I had seen the exact same vehicle for $1000 less with less miles at another location. Otis scoffed at me and said the price is what it is, you dont like it than you can go. So I left and boy am I glad I did. I ended up going to vision Nissan and an actual professional was able to help me even after Otis trashed my credit !

I would have given a 0 but couldnt. I am self employed and they wouldnt even finish my application because I am self employed. Saying you can quit your job at anytime. You can quit ANY JOB AT ANY POINT. What makes it so I cant get a loan even though everybody else who has a job can get one. This is so messed up. Didnt even run my credit so they dont know if I qualify or not. I work my tail off and probably make more money than they do. So wrong to treat self employed people this way. If you are self employed dont go here. You wont get anything not even a chance to run your credit.

Nick was so patient and told my son and I that he could help us, but the cars were slim and I had to wait for a shipment, he also told us that it was going to be a little tough, but he would definitely help us. Otis Leach, our salesperson at Upstate Auto, really went out of his way to ensure the BEST customer service experience. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and left knowing we were getting a car that exceeded our expectations. Ryan and Matt are a joke.. I have never been treated like crap to this magnitude...I spoke to Matt yesterday and explained my challenging credit situation asked me for my social etc and explained he couldnt give me an answer due to the banks being closed and offer to give me a call back the next day. Which I was totally fine with. After 2pm I decided to call and left a message. At 4pm called again and expressed my displeasure of their customer service. And I was transferred to Ryan the manager...I explain to Ryan that Im not happy that Matt didnt get back to me and at least didnt give any courtesy call back. To just get transferred back to Matt from Ryan.. To leave another message to Matt...What a bunch of clowns...They aint getting a dime from me.Stay away from these clowns.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Was recommended by more than 1 friend and so glad I came. I went in Friday to look at an Altima but it hadnt hit the lot yet. Joe took us in and went over financing for the car and with my credit I was shocked to find out the price and interest rate him and Rob got me. Awesome people, no pressure. I came, test drove, and signed for my car this afternoon. Its like it makes them happy not only to make a sale, but see someone walk away happy. Surprisingly simple purchase experience! My salesman, Matty McLane was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Carfax report was right on the website. Great photos and wide selection of vehicles. The manager Kyle was generous with our trade and the paperwork was quick and efficient. Kudos to the whole staff at Upstate Auto Credit!!

I purchased a vehicle from here on 7/17/17 and I have had problems with this vehicle 2 weeks after driving it off of the lot. My vehicle has been in the shop 5 times since I purchased the car. Every time I have had to bring the car in they have provided me with a shuttle to and from my job. I have had a pretty good relationship with Justin the service rep that I have been dealing with. However, I started to get frustrated and discouraged as i have had to continue to bring the vehicle in. I have asked what else can I do about this vehicle. It drags when Im driving as if it wants to stall out. After bringing it in on the 4th time, I called and spoke to a manager named Rick. I explained my concerns with him and he started that he would call me back before Friday and we talked on Wednesday evening. I have yet to receive this call from him. Today, was my breaking point when I was told that my car was still not fixed. I asked for a loaner and Justin called and told me that I could get a loaner but I had to have a 100.00 dollar deposit. This made me even more disappointed due to I didnt have the money for this but this was something that should have been a courtesy due to the vehicle not being fixed. I called to speak to the branch manage B who has yet to respond to any of my calls. I an very disappointed AND SHAME ON YOU UPSTATE AUTO CREDIT.

Two weeks after the warranty ran out the muffler broke and the repair ran me about $1000. Its now back in the shop for issues with the O2 sensor that wasnt part of the muffler system that was replaced. Ive left two messages and gotten no response. They also changed the terms of the loan after Id signed the initial paperwork and taken possession of the vehicle, which made the payments near impossible. Shouldve listened to my gut and just handed the car back right then. Deeply disappointed and cannot recommend doing business with them again.

I see my post was taken down. I again wouldnt recommend this place. I bought a car months ago and now having to put $8,000 worth of repairs. New transmission, oil plan and axle........ only buy from there if you want to buy from a place that wont help you out when there vehicles break down. I have a friend that bought from there right after me and she is having major issues with her vehicle. I stopped and asked for help and they said they couldnt do anything. Then they called me back after I posted on here and when I called them they never returned my call....... very unhappy with my experience

After going to Crazy Cheap Cars in Oakfield and getting the run around and lied to I reluctantly agreed to my fiance wanting to check out Upstate Auto. I went in with a bit of a chip on my shoulder and already had decided I was going to get lied to again. After 20 minutes speaking with Matt McLean I was floored! Purchased my first car a year ago from here. Seems like what I used to love now is a stressful situation. I have spent almost the amount of the car in repairs. My third week having the car my front headlight blew out which turned into the socket blowing out. Since then Ive had other work for example, spark plugs.. Fuel system.. Oxygen sensor.. And now I need a new radiator. Did a walk in a couple weeks ago about possibly trading my car in but Im on edge and nervous the same problems will happen. I know car maint. Is very important thats why I keep up on everything but Im feeling like the money I spent here I couldve went somewhere else for a more decent car. Friendly staff though!
