Was looking for a Tundra in my price range and a specific style, searched online for a while and visited dealers in my area but had no luck until I saw a Tundra on Fuccillo Toyota on Grand Island. Came back to Fuccillo for our NY Inspection.Also to check a slight dripping of oil coming from underneath our car. 30 min. for the inspection and no charge to check the leak. I asked them to please top off our oil and was only charged for that. We were expecting a labor charge for checking the leak. Just a loose oil plug... The service team at Fuccillo has far exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you for another GREAT EXPERIENCE.

In many ways, it is a great place, but if you have a problem, such as a salesman promising something not part of their normal process, the company might ignore it once they get your money.

Have least several vehicles here. But this time, young salesman was not very good. He hade wait for an answer he should have had in five minutes.It took 30 minutes. And he got not sale anyway.
