I wanted to come here because I didn’t want to pay a fortune for an exhaust replacement, and also the reviews. I was amazed with the work these mechanics did on my Grand Prix. They did a fantastic job with the exhaust and inspection!! It took about an hour just like they said. It was quick. Now my car rides smoother than ever. At any other shop it would’ve took longer. The reason why it’s 4 stars (I wanted to do 4.5) is that they gave me an inspection sticker for May instead of June, but no big deal. I still recommend coming here if you want the best service without being charged your entire soul for car repairs.

This place is legit. Wont sell you anything you dont need like many of the chain places try to and priced fairly. My go to shop in this area.

Staff was super friendly but I made an appointment for a tire change that they told me would take a half hour and I waited around over an hour and a half they just kept saying it will only be a few more minutes.

The reviews are accurate. They are the only place I take my car. You cant ask for a more honest, trustworthy auto repair shop. I had my car towed there one time. They thought it was the alternator. When they figured out it wasnt the alternator they didnt charge me for the work since they hadnt fixed the problem. I almost cried when they had to send me to the dealership where it took them 10 days to figure out it wasnt the alternator and replace the water pump. Ive been going here for fifteen years and continue to go here even though there are other options that are far more convenient now that I live in a different part of Rochester.

Hard to add more superlatives to the ones already expressed, but Dennis and the crew are fantastic. They never try to tack on extra work, and theyll always tell you if you have a problem looming on the horizon. I think there are three generations of Williams family members there. I have them work on both of our cars without any qualms at all. Great piece of mind!

I have found my auto repair shop. After years of using dealerships because they had extended hours and shuttles, I gave Mytee a try last year because my father-in-law suggested it when I had a really high repair quote from a dealer. I wasnt even sure if I should keep the car. Mytees cost was a ton lower because they limited the scope of work to only what truly needed to be done and had a better shop rate. They saved me a new car shopping experience.Since then Ive gone back for minor diagnostic and repair work on both family cars, and I havent been disappointed. Great service, very friendly, fast, very reasonably priced. When you see Dennis at work, you can see he cares for both his customers AND his employees, which is a big deal in my book. Its contagious. I was stuck in a snowbank just outside their shop and one of the techs moving another car noticed me. Within seconds he was out of his vehicle and helping me get unstuck, with a smile on his face and a have a great day on his lips.When it comes to auto repair you tend to wonder a bit - am I getting a good deal? Is this work really necessary? I dont wonder AT ALL with Mytee. I am never going to another mechanic as long as theyre around. I recommend them every time I get the chance.
