I was recommended to have my vehicle repaired here by my insurance carrier after I was hit by another vehicle. They called for me to pick up the vehicle and I found no less than 5 things wrong with the vehicle. They missed a spot of matching paint to the vehicle that hit me on the bumper. Then I started to look for what else they missed. The seat belt would not retract by where they performed work. They broke a panel when they removed it to do work. There was missing bolts/ screws on multiple panels where they had performed the work. Then I drive it away and hear a noise coming from the area they performed the work. I tell them so they can address it when they are fixing all the other things they did wrong. They did not address the noise I told them about at all. I was told the manager took it for a test drive and didnt hear the noise. Another rep took it for a ride and didnt hear the noise. Even my 9 year old son did not even know what damage was done to the vehicle was able to hear the noise as it was later bound to be bad bearings in a used part that was put in the vehicle. I had to contact the insurance company who then had to contact the shop before they would rectify the situation.

The customer service was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the process and my car was completed earlier than expected. Very happy with my Key Collision experience.

Key Collision in Rochester worked in my subaru after being rear ended. They were fantastic! The car looks amazing! They were super friendly, professional and very helpful through the entire process. I will most definitely use them again if the need comes up!

Great place for repairs! I was rear-ended and my car was pretty damaged when I left it there. It took them about a month to repair it (due to parts arriving later than expected), but my car was like new! They did an amazing job, and my car was even cleaned which was a great plus. I highly recommend their store!

Very friendly and completed a day ahead of time. The only issue we have yet to resolve, is that there are still 3 marks that are remaining, from our vehicle actually being pecked all around the car by a tall male wild turkey who saw his reflection in our shiny newish car! Our neighbors witnessed this ridiculous event. Most of the damage was completed, yet, we also found scratching on the drivers side windshield AFTER the work, so not sure what happened, or why. Will hopefully get this resolved and give them a 5-star review afterwards.

The repair was done ahead of schedule and I am satisfied with the work. I still have to come back for additional repair but that’s due to parts arriving late from Germany. I will update review then but so far so good.

I just wanted to leave a review regarding advice they gave me here. I stopped by to get an estimate on some paint work I needed. The guy that looked at it said he could do it but they had a line of smashed up cars out back ahead of me. He then suggested a guy down the road that I wouldnt have even remembered if he didnt mention him. Anyways. Got into an accident with my Sienna. Both passenger side doors caved in B pillar and dog leg damaged. They had it done long before they told me it would be. When I picked it up it looked like nothing ever happened. Was worried about the pain matching as my van is a metalic with metal flake but it came out flawless. Great repair work! Had a little squeek in the passenger window but they took it in right away and fixed it while I waited. Just a simple adjustment on the trim. Also got updates by text all the way through the process. The employees are all very professional and helpful from the receptionist to the techs. Cant think of anyone else I could more highly recommend!!

Overall. I would go back in a heart beat. They had my car back to me so fast and my rental was beautiful my car was fixed very fast and looked like it was never in an accident.

Key collision did a great job fixing my door and I would go back in a heartbeat. Office staff was kind and patient and the garage man that checked out my car was great also answering any questions I had about the process. Progressive was the insurance company that handled my claim and they did a fine job as well.

I made an appt. for Mar.3 and was informed by Joanne that they open @7 am,when I arrived on that day, at that time they were not opened and when an employee,Jay,arrived,he told me that they didnt open till 8am. I waited for Joanne to arrive and asked her why she would tell me that they open at 7 and she immediately raised her voice at me and told me she did not tell me that,so I asked why she would think I would arrive at 7 if she told me they opened at 8? She called me a liar and it was over before it ever got started and conveniently the only person that I conferred with was on vacation,so if there was an issue,I wouldnt be able to refer to the person I originally dealt with, this is a deal breaker,I refuse to let ANY employee disrespect me or lie to me!!! Cannot be trusted!!

They didn’t lock the doors in my car and things were stolen because people were jumping the fence were they keep the cars and stealing stuff. I called key collision and mentioned stuff was missing and asked why my doors weren’t locked in Rochester and she said they don’t feel the need to because of the fence yet she was aware people were jumping the fence. Don’t trust them with your car over night cuz they clearly don’t care enough.

My repairs went long due to backordered parts, they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and even went as far as to provide me with a rental after my 30 days of insurance paid rental was up.Good people.

Seriously disappointed with this place. I brought my car here as a recommended shop from my insurance claim. They were very slow in getting back to me and eventually decided they didnt want to work on my car due to rust. I would have understood that part but was waiting for almost two weeks to hear from someone. Wish they just had the decency to call and tell me instead of making me keep calling. Thanks for nothing!

I wish I could put zero star.. After receiving the car, we heard same sound we noticed right after damage, we went to re-work but didnt get any fix instead they misguided us and told some other issue not related to damage. We had to go other mechanics who fixed it for us and told it was something with damage!!

I had the front end of my car fixed here. I noticed a few days after i got the car back that thr brand new bumper they put on the car was cracked. No other damage to the car other then the crack bumper. I called them told them about it they said bring it in. Brought it in they then said that someone hit me witch no other damage to the car other then the cracked bumper where it was cracked originally. Then after I said there is no way someone hit me they tried saying I hit a curb and ran up over it again no other damage to the car other then the cracked bumper. They refuse to fix it told us to make a new claim with our insurance. U can tell when they fixed the bumper they tighten the screws way to tight witch stressed the bumper out and it crack. I will never go here again and I will not recommend these people to anyone. It was a 4000 dollar job and a deductible through my insurance conpany. And I fully blame them i understand people make mistakes but its a 150 dollar bumper and u can clearly see they tightened the screws to tight and for them to not make it is ridiculous. Will never come here again!!!!!

I just picked up my 2011 F350, it looks like the day I bought it. They called me at least once a week to give me an update and they took care of all of the communication with my insurance company. Well Done!

As embarrassing as this is....yes Im not the worlds best driver here during winters in Maine. Unfortunately theres Key Collision of Rochester who I have brought my car to 3 times by choice. I will never bring my car to be fixed by any other place after an accident. The service and the staff have been incredible to me each time. My car is always flawless when I get it back, its fresh smelling and clean and they always keep in touch with me to tell me the progress. Joanne at the front desk is a sweetheart, and the guy there as well is patient and understanding. Definitely recommend them hands down!

Only went here because it was a Geico authorized repair facility. My car was totalled. Took it here for damages estimate. Took vehicle elsewhere for the actual repairs. I cannot attest to their work, only the customer service I received, which was good.

Ive had to bring my old RAV4 here a couple of times for repairs after people hit my car. Both times Key Collision worked with the insurance companies and did an amazing job correcting the damage. Paint and contours match perfectly and the repaired areas on the car look brand new. I cant see myself trying any other company.

They had all the paperwork already as soon as I walked in, got my rental car and was on my way within a few minutes.

The paint on my bumper doesnt match with the rest of the car, there is a dig mark on my bumper and there was almost an inch of dirt in my cup holders.

It took three visits to get stuff done. They rushed my car and put things together wrong. Second car I brought them had the same results. Theyre useless.
