Excellent service! Our salesman was more concerned about us than his own quotas, there was very sincere and genuine customer service. Well definitely be back again!

I was spoken too horribly at this location. Because of Chip I will never go there again. He made me feel so uncomfortable that I stopped going in to the store. Soon to realize he’s even worse over the phone. It was a relief when my contract was finally up.

I had ordered a platform bed frame from here which most people don’t put with a bedroom set as it is a platform and doesn’t do with a footboard and head board and gave the money already and got a text saying I was all set and they’d have someone call me well 1. He texted not called 2. First started off by trying to offer me more to buy which I didn’t want and then when I said I only wanted the frame he said they only sell the frames with bedroom sets or at full price. No where does it say ANY of that on the website. I had already taken my daughters loft bed apart for this and now she has no frame because of poor service.

This place sells used phones that dont work as they properly should, advertising them as fully functional ready to go phones. They wont make it right cause they purposely put a all sales are final on the receipt. 100% do not reccomend this rent a center or others if they operate as this. 0/5 stars, 100% not worth your money.

If I could give this place no stars I would CHIP is the worst person and is the SOLE reason I will NEVER do business with this place ever again the manager Jessie is nice but Chip alone is the reason to stay away he has poor customer service and belittles customers and has no class If I was the manager there I would Fire him for how he treats customers

Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Management and employees are rude and they talk to you like you’re a child. They tell you that you’re lying when your trying to fix a problem. They put words in your mouth to make you look like the bad guy. I will NEVER conduct business with them. Aaron’s, here I come!

This is the first and last time I ever go to this location. The workers there are VERY rude. Was supposed to have payment 5th payment free but yet they didnt do it. Phone calls start day your payment is due and then it doesnt stop. Ive tried talking civil with them however it gets me no where. Will NEVER recomend this location.

We have bought and rented from this location many of times. They are a great team and they aim to give you the best deal.
