Great place to walk to after work nearby. Love the flavors and choices they have and sometimes there is special seasonal flavors too. People are nice in there and acceptable to all different people.

Friendly service, not a lot of seating. The food itself is very good, not overly sweet even though its a dessert shop. The employees serve you your toppings, they are not self serve. A very cute little place with unique merchandise and frozen dairy.

Our favorite place to take our large family for a sweet and refreshing treat! Al and his daughter are so courteous and friendly and serve their customers with joy! The artwork Madeline has on the wall is phenomenal and beautiful to gaze at while eating! The whole atmosphere is peaceful ❤️ Wouldn’t go anywhere else for yogurt! May God bless this business!

Experience was to be expected with covid still a thing, the sales associate hands you your preferred sized cup and you pick out the flavers you choose, at this location the sales associate then adds the extras you desire in the toppings area as a covid precaution Im sure but not all sweet frogs do that step. Still good either way. if new in town, if you dont have one back home i consider it a must go to like the roanoke star!

We love Sweet frog but at this one they dont allow you to put you own toppings on. We didnt like that.

I have been to this Sweet Frog location multiple times and each visit is a delight. The staff/ownership working each time are different folks yet each encounter I have had while fixing my yogurt smoothie dessert has been delightful. They are very outgoing, personable and accommodating with the customers. The lobby and restrooms and the toppings buffet are exceptionally clean and fresh in appearance. The flavors a good mix of tastes. I am not aware if that is a franchise direction or individual store policy and actually with that said I am not sure if it a chain establishment or small business ownership. There is artwork that a young member of the owners family created adorning the walls and it is great to view while having your treat. They are very helpful with small tastings of the dairy products and the toppings if you want to try before fixing up your bowl. I also very much enjoy the music they place in the store. Recommend this location highly.

Great place to hang out and get fed. The owner was onsite while I was there and engaged in some great conversation about his yogurt flavors and about life in general. Very gracious for his hospitality.

Broken machines since March. Same flavours since March. No small or medium cups in over two weeks. Dirty counters. Keep this up and the place wont survive the summer tourist rush.

Fantastic! Went twice in one day actually, LOL. My combo included vanilla, chocolate gelato, raspberry pomegranate and sea salt caramel. Even got a t-shirt!

You cant try flavors (someone who works there has to get samples for you), they dont answer their phone, the yogurt taste oddly bad, and it seems to be twice as expensive as other sweet frogs. Never coming back.
