I was expecting a WOW factor going to this place but absolutely got the opposite. Went in there asking for an item on the menu & the girl in there didn’t even speak up to answer our question so we asked twice and then she looked with a blank stare on her face & then said they don’t make what we asked for. How do you not make something that’s on your menu. That’s fake advertisement. We were very disappointed going here. Don’t waste your time.

The pre-made icecream pops or whatever they are call are soo good. We always buy extra when we visit so we take it home for another day.

Lady was grabbing the ice cream with bare hands.No gloves. She was using a scope but she was holding down the ice cream while she scooped up the ice cream with the other. Disgusting!!

I wanted to post a food pic but it looked so good I couldnt stop. I look forward to a return trip. Prices were fair for the quality of the food. They have a lot of good reviews for a reason.

Awesome hole in the wall with ice cream, fruit treats etc. We really enjoyed the treats they made for us.

There was NO ICE CREAM. It was almost 3 p.m. and they had JUST taken the ice creams out to soften. I asked for an elote loco with Takis instead. No Takis. Only hot Cheetos, which was only one of the 3 options. My husband and I were going to order something, but were immediately turned off by the lack of options. The young lady helping us was polite, but the business itself was unprepared and very empty as far as product. Im giving them 1 star only because our kids enjoyed their elote loco. We are from California and have been wanting a fix aside from home made antojitos, so we were extremely disappointed.

Amazing ice cream - excellent classic flavors as well as unique traditional Mexican flavors. The ice cream and cream pops come from a creamery in North Carolina (so I was told) - small batch style. Hidden gem. The Besos de Angels was amazing!
