My expectations were met greatly with my recent order for a family member who lives in Roanoke. I appreciate the staff at this location meeting my change in address and delivery that was timely. The recipient of the arrangement commented how fresh the fruit was!

The chocolate that is used for fruit dipping tastes like an off brand chocolate. The chocolate that should be used should be Godiva chocolate or something comparable based on the prices of your arrangements.

Great service and staff. Cost is the reason for the 4 star, not a 5. Delicious none the less.

Very awesome store theres one worker dont know her name she was very sweet i ordered something for my mom and the ballooon was deflated a little she fixed it the next day gave ny mom a new balloon n even hooked her up with some chocolate strawberries thank youu

Ive ordered gifts from here for years and Ive always been very happy. The arrangements look EXACTLY like what I pick on the website and they are very fresh and tasty. Delivery is always on time. One year when there was a threat of snow, they contacted me to make arrangements to deliver on a different day, a day early at no extra charge. They were very friendly and helpful.

A step above the rest!!! They took care of me even though I waited until the last minute!!! Cant thank them enough!!! Highly recommend them!!! Thanks again!!!

Ordered a Valentines gift for my wife and had them deliver it to her job.I called at 3 oclock to see what happened they told me it would be there in thirty minutes.I called them back at ten minutes to five because my wife was mad everyone she worked with was getting gifts and she didnt which made her feel bad and me look bad.I called at that time because my wife was getting off at 5. Lady on the phone told me call my wife and tell her to wait the delivery guy was walking in the door.There went the surprise but i did she stayed till 5:15 no gift.I called the next day and got nowhere (was my fault to )which i was told i would be called back that day by the manager who said she would have her boss call me. Im still waiting.
