This has to be the best donuts all around. These are not round small cakes. These are yeast dough donuts, light, airy, and so delicious! You can get filled, cream, jelly and curd. These are awesome donuts. And get HOT AND FRESH these are great with the ice cold milk they have, or you can have coffee. I love the ice cold milk with the hot and fresh.

What can you say about an awesome donut place other than hot hot hot sign is on ......means dancing fun and money in your mouth definitely recommend Krispy kreme.......when the hot sun is on theres nothing else like it

DA drive thru person argued that they only had 4 halloween donuts in their menu. From picture of their menu I see 5. She was relentless about it. One menu was mini donuts as the same color as Halloween donuts.

I drove over an hour today to get fresh donuts. When I arrived around 8:30am, the HOT sign was off. I was told by an employee during a previous visit that the hot light is on from 6 to 10 both a.m. and p.m.Although the sign was off, I went on with my order. The two dozen glazed donuts I ordered were room temperature. I parked and ate one. Not happy at all.While I was parked we noticed the hot sign had been turned on. I went back through to get half a dozen warm glazed donuts. I asked at the intercom if they were warm and I was told yes. When we got them they were colder than the first order. They were so old they were stuck to the box. We had to pry the donuts off the box in pieces to get them. You could turn them upside down and the donuts still wouldnt fall out of the box.Very disappointed and I doubt Ill be making the trip anymore expecting hot donuts.

When we are in Roanoke we usually pickup a few dozen 🍩 from here. The last few time the quality and taste hasnt been the best. They also need to work on the staffs attitude. Will definitely return hoping the quality changes back to the upside. I will then revise my star rating.

Poor service always slow as molasses and the fact that I heard them ask people for their vaccinations and then proof of the vaccines I am NEVER GOING BACK! Stick to doughnuts and leave people alone! If you were half as concerned about your personal hygiene as you are people’s vaccination status maybe your appearance might reflect some professionalism! Legally you cannot ask those questions. But I am free to never ever buy doughnuts from you again!

National Coffee Day at Krispie Kreme was Great !! The place smelled amazing and the (free) coffee was just what the doctor ordered. Even if it werent free, the coffee is worth a try !!!

Very delicious. A nice variety of donuts, coffee, milk and other drinks. The red light, when it comes on, means fresh donuts. You can see how they are made to. Very friendly staff. Place was clean and service was fast. Indoor seating and public restrooms. Definitely reccomend .

What can you say about Krispy Kreme loved it Krispy Kreme hot now donuts you cant beat them got a few of the summer thing donuts very delicious wish you could get the same quality at the store when you get Krispy Kreme and not have to go to the main store to get quality but if you can get to the main Krispy kremes its worth the trip youll never regret it

The first time in a Krispy Kreme since the one burned down on Melrose Ave. It was quite interesting gaining a perspective of the process of making the doughnuts, as you can clearly view much of the process. The product was of course at its freshest, very tasty. I look forward to my next visit.

Love me some doughnuts. The only thing it didnt take off my coupons. I ended up with 50.00 dollars worth of them and had to throw away half of them. It was busy and I dont talk very loud. Still I will take all the time I need if and when I go there again

A customer was cursing out the manager because he was asked to put on a mask. Everyone knows that we are supposed to be wearing masks and the manager even offered to provide a mask. It was clearly posted on the door that masks had to be warned. The manager handled himself with kindness and Grace and went above and beyond. I will go to this Krispy Kreme location forever.

I drive over an hour to get to this Krispy Kreme location and do so in the morning when the hot light sign is SUPPOSED to be on as it’s crucial that I eat my glazed while they’re warm and fresh.I have on several occasions arrived DURING the hot light hours to find the sign unlit and received room temperature donuts. During my most recent visit not only did this happened but while we ate in the car, they turned the light on. So we went back through the drive through and specifically asked if the donuts were warm. We were told yes and sure enough... the donuts we received were completely room temperature.My addiction to Krispy Kreme is definitely waning.

Its the best in classic doughnuts, and they frequently have some ridiculous special going on for a new flavor. But the best/worst time to go is when the hot and ready sign goes on, nothing beats a hot classic glazed so long as your not 20 cars deep waiting for it.

I got a dozen of their fineist which happens to be original glazed delights. Also had to pick up one of those with the chocolate on the top and the sprinkles on the top of that. Also had to pick up something to cool my dry throat, something the wet my whistle, latte vanilla caramel drink. those types of drinks are expensive like they are everywhere overpriced because they can get away with it. So I just had to remove the star from there five star review and make it four no more overpriced drinks those drinks shouldnt be more than $0.79
