This place is amazinggg!!!I’ve been going to Auto Express for over 5 years. These guys are great! Great service, respectful, and honest. They are honest and have a level of integrity that has brought me back for years and I’m happy to support their business because of it. I’ve been so so many places that have been either dishonest or have tried to take advantage of their customers. I’ve never had an experience like that here and really respect these guys for all they do.I’d definitely recommend Auto Express!

First time here, the repair shop itself is located right across from 7 eleven. Friendly and knowledgeable expert service. The wait wasnt long either. Prices were kind of steep but it was fair, full synthetic oil on its own cost around 38 bucks so out the door I paid 60, and other places usually charged me 79.95 so its a win win.

I have been going to this garage for my oil changes, tire changes, A/C repair, transmission issues, and other major repairs for many years. I have not had a bad experience yet. While I have had some problems with work they might have done, they have been quick to fix the problem free of charge. They are trustworthy and will not do repairs that are not necessary. Great service and integrity.

Great staff and owner here. Brought in my older car for a suspension rebuild and a tight schedule and the gentleman who helped me seemed to have a genuine concern for my predicament. Quick and affordable

Good shop. Oil changes are quick and way cheaper than Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. Yet, they dont skimp out on the oil. I also had them do a couple of repairs my my truck and my wifes car. Prices were reasonable. They diagnosed the problems correctly and did a good job with the repairs because they problems are gone and havent returned. My advice... find a good shop and stick with them.

This place has everything for your car needs. Full synthetic oil change for $55 is not bad considering how much a quickie oil change place will charge. They gave me a wait time estimate of 20 minutes over the phone and they kept their word.They didnt offer a synthetic blend option but for the price of the full synthetic, not going to complain.I had my tune-up done here on my old car and I could feel the difference (power, fuel efficiency). They also informed me that my suspension was going (which it was).They have a $15 dollar coupon on Yelp for first time customer.

Its always hard to find a good place I can trust. My dad used to take care of all my car maintenance and things of that nature but since hes passed Im in my own and I dont trust just anybody! Im so glad I came to these guys! I knew from the beginning my car was in good hands and I was right! Service was great and all though there was a bunch of cars ahead of me they still managed to get me out of there in a hour just in time for work so I really appreciated that. I moved to California 6 years ago, and one of the most challenging things to do in a new city is to find people and places you trust as service providers. I have been going to Auto Express for the past 4 years and, as one of the most cynical guys around when it comes to auto repair places, I can comfortably say I truly trust the guys at Auto Express to be honest and provide a fair price for work that needs to be done. I noticed other reviews mentioned Hue as the owner. He is actually the owners brother and a stand-up guy to talk to about your auto needs. They recently repaired my alternator and it was a first time I let an oil change place perform any type of major repair on my car. Awhile back, I took lunch for the shop as a thank you for being a place I could rely on. I might do it again for good measure. And for the record, I have no relatives or friends who work there. I am just a satisfied customer who became a loyal customer over time. I know they cant make everyone happy all the time since there are too many people out there who are looking for scapegoats when it comes to things wrong with their cars. If you go there, they will treat you fairly and in a very professional manner.

I had an unpleasant experience at this auto shop two weeks ago. I dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday morning around 8:20 a.m. My vehicle was inspected and a diagnosis was performed. One of the service technicians called me about an hour later to explain that the radiator, two hoses, and the thermostat were leaking. He recommended replacing the parts previously mentioned plus the gasket for the new thermostat. The service technician demonstrated confidence in his recommendations, so I agreed to pay $602.55 in repairs and labor. I waited until 3:19 p.m. to receive a call notifying me that my vehicle had been serviced. I picked up my vehicle within about 15 minutes of the phone call. Upon arriving at Auto Express I waited at the window for someone to come assist me. After waiting and waiting, I finally called the shop to let them know I was standing at the front window. The following day, Monday, as I was driving home from work, my car began to overheat again. My significant other was able to get my vehicle back into the shop on Tuesday morning. The service technician that inspected my car the second time, determined that my vehicle had a blow head gasket and recommended replacing the engine. I was never offered a written estimate for this diagnosis. The shop managers only solution was to calculate the amount I paid for the parts and apply it toward a new engine. I am highly disappointed in the quality of service I received here.

I have taken my 2013 Dodge Journey here twice and have experienced nothin but fast, friendly and affordable service. I recommend them to anyone who loves local to the 91 Fwy. and Pierce St. in Riverside!

At first, I thought this small looking auto place was just an oil change shop. However, to my surprise, they offer excellent mechanical repair (better than any of the AAA approved shops that I used to patronize). I went in for a normal oil change, and the mechanics discovered massive damage to my rear suspension due to an accident. For the accident, I initially took the car to a highly recommended mechanic shop in Corona that specialized in all aspects of mechanical repair (except body repair). They looked at the car and said that it was drive-able, and nothing was wrong. When I took the car to Auto Express for the oil change, they showed me what was wrong when the mechanic lifted the car to show the damage. Id never seen underneath the car before so that alone really impressed me.Im not stranger to accidents, and had another accident after the previous repairs to the rear suspension. This time, it was the front end and side fenders that were smashed. Basically, my car was totaled. I took it into Auto Express and the manager/mechanic inspected the damage and said he could fix for a certain amount that was affordable to me, which also included body repair. I thought there was a miscommunication in this situation, but he said, for a certain amount, we can fix all of it. They fixed all of the damage (front bumper, side fenders, windshield, smashed lights, blinkers, radiator, condenser, and paint). I was thrilled to see the results and happy to get my car from being unusable all together. Im grateful to Auto Express for their effort and expertise on basically rebuilding the front end of the car. And, they did it very quickly.I highly recommend Auto Express for your auto needs, plus any input the mechanics have. Thanks to Auto Express for putting my car back together, and not having to worry about finding another car. Now, if anything happens to my car, they’re my first contact for repairs. Way to go Auto Express – you rock!

I have been using this shop for YEARS...I have had them do everything from oil changes, to brakes to radiator and transmission and differential servicing. I have never been more comfortable with a repair shop. They have gone out of their way on several occasions to take care of me as a customer and I have seen them do that for others as well. One hour turned into 3 hours for an oil change! And then I was being charged $260.00 for it! When I only asked for conventional oil not full synthetic! My niece did a faster and better job and shes a student at a local mechanic school, and Ill just take it to Walmart next time

CAR SENT HOME WITH OIL CAP OFF, BIG MESS!Our son took his Honda Civic into this Auto Express for an oil change on July 24. When the mechanic wasnt sure what oil to use, our son informed him hed wait on the oil change. The mechanic slammed the hood shut, backed the car out of the shop and our son drove home 1.8 miles away. Smelling oil, our son checked, and the oil cap was sitting on the wheel well; oil all over the engine and a nice dent in the hood from the cap.

Service is very good, I recommend to do maintenance and change the oil, the boss is very friendly!

Grreat shop. I have been coming here for oil changes for 3 or 4 years. My car was pretty new, never needed repairs until now. I told them about the noise. They diagnosed it for free and gave me a price. I called around and it seemed like a good price. Dropped off the car at lunch and picked it up after work. No more noise. Pretty simple, nothing exciting. But I guess getting your car fixed shouldnt be exciting. They maide it painless. For that, I am thankful.

I would not take my car back to this place for them to put air in the tires! I am sure they would screw that up to! I have never been this unhappy at any other auto shop!! Im writing today because its 100 degrees where I live and Auto Express broke my working a/c along with all their other mistakes! And horrible customer service! If I could warn everybody, do not take your car to this shop!!!!And I had to give it 1 star or it wont let me publish this review!! I wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating!!

Ive needed an oil change for months. Every time Ive tried to get one, Ive been turned away because theyre too busy. I asked when the best day and time to come in. I tried those days and times. The response I always get is Sorry, were short staffed. My work is short staffed, but we have NEVER turned away customers, let alone multiple times. My husband swears by this place....is this just the policy for women? Id like to find a respectable place to take my car for a simple oil change.

Been coming here 5-6 years. Theyve always straight-up with me. I know enough about cars to know when someones feeding me bull. When it came time to replace my engine because a hose sprung a leak and my wife overheated it so badly that the engine seized, I shopped around. These guys ended up being the best priced and the ones I felt most comfortable with. 50K miles later, were still running like new. Theyve accurately diagnosed and repaired more things on my familys cars than I can remember. Im sorry to say I sometimes cheat on them and forget to take it to them first when I need repairs, but in many instances Ive ended up asking them to fix another shops mistake. Keep it up!

Place is horoble, went to this place for a quick oil change on my BMW it took 2 hours b/c they dont have the oil filter they dont stock them for high end car. IF YOU HAVE 2 hours to spare then this might be the place for you.

Honest and efficient

I have taken Jaguar to this location many time for the same problem. Once I was told my car was complete and found myself broke down 20 miles from home, waited over 4 hours for a tow truck. The next time I was told my car was ok, drove home and found a pool of anti freeze on my garage floor. took car back right away. Given the repair done, car ready again. Found the Coolant low warning again. After $2000.00 later my car is in their shop, and now I am told they will get to my car when they can. I guess so now that you have nothing to gain (money wise) to repair my car. I should have been given priority as a repeat customer, due to their poor repairs.

Save your self the head ache and go to the dealer. this guy charges the same price. $83 for a OIL CHANGE 😡 I will stay with crown Lexus for service .

Quick oil change. Great service. Free Wi-Fi and TV in waiting room. Everyone complaining about it always being busy just listen to yourself. If they werent doing a good job people wouldnt go. Be patient and get some free Wi-Fi.
