Multiple times we came for a tire sensor alert and they couldnt figure it out. Making us come back and forth because it would go off and on. After ensuring us that it wouldnt come on again. Their excuse was it was due to the weather making the tire sensor go off!! Needless to say that wasnt the problem. It wasnt until we went to Subaru Monrovia where they fixed the issue and it is still fixed. We have scheduled multiple oil changes there and for some reason they never have us scheduled even after confirming the appointment with the service department because they fail to send the confirmation email. We bought our Forester here and the sales people were great. The service department has been nothing but a bad experiences. Definitely will refrain from coming to them in the future!!

They stole $3500 by not properly fixing the vehicle. They refuse to honor my warranty. Nick, Tom, and Julio are all dishonest scum. Subaru wont take any action to fix their own mistakes. What a horrible company.

I drove in 45 min of traffic to go to this dealrship for service. I live 10 min away from another dealership, but riverside is always best.

The staff at the service department were friendly and extremely helpful. The great experience starts right when you drive in. A machine takes pictures of your tires and calculates, real time, if the tread and alignment are still at safe levels. The employee I was working with even took me back to the garage to show me exactly what was wrong with my car. The brand-new waiting area was great, as well. Free wifi, nice seating, and plenty of space to socially distance from other customers. I had a great experience buying a car from them a few months ago and Im equally impressed with the service department.

Good Referral and discount thru Costco. Just manage your time at Sales and beware of up-sales and possibly extra warranties.

Awful experience. Everyone who works here are liars. Do not trust them. We drove an hour and a half after speaking with a salesperson twice, and they tried to screw us over at the last minute.

Went in there with a family member to purchase a brz with $20,000 cash in hand the sales rep was very rude because the buyer was 20yrs and said no we wont finance u keep in mind the car was only $23,999

They give me price for a car that they don’t even have in stock to make me drive to them . Then, they tried to sell me any other car. Just, scam. Do not go to these people.
