I come here every two years for my motorhome smog. Its older 1995. They never disappoint. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I left to work in the morning after dropping it off around 830 am and around 10 it was done.I was happy. Price isnt too bad either and close to home for us in woodcrest area. I highly recommend.

I bring my car on this shop for flexible pipe replacement and they want to change the whole exhaust system pipe and they want to charge me for 2300 plus labor. But all i need just to replace the flexible pipe and weld it thats all. Its very simple process if i have a car lift i can do by my self i dont know if they want to make money or they dont know how to cut and weld the pipe. 😩

Ive been dealing with woodcrest Auto for a while and hes been good to me they do a lot of good work there I care my vehicle to get smog there.

During my first visit to Woodcrest Auto, I was greeted by Kevin the Service Advisor who was very professional and he also explained step by step what work was needed. He was also diligent in calling to make sure that I was updated about any changes when my car was being serviced by Woodcrest Auto.On my second visit I took my van in to get a diagnosis and the owner assisted me and assured he would get me a quote on the work as soon as possible. I received a call immediately after and I was advised what work was needed to repair my vehicle. The pricing was fair and I gave them the go-ahead to complete the work on my van. I also let the Owner know during that phone call that if Kevin the Service Advisor did not provide top notch customer service during my first visit I would not have returned back most likely.The Owner was very professional and respectful as well.I highly recommend Woodcrest Auto for any auto repair needs you may have.

Ive been taking my cars here for several years. Their work is excellent (and they stand behind it), and their prices are fair. They once kept my van for three days, test driving it several times, and then called me saying they couldnt duplicate the problem I had reported - with no charge to me. After getting my van back, the problem had indeed disappeared. I TRUST Steve and his guys.

ANYONE who has actually had their car worked on here and know the staff will know it’s a mixed group of employees and they are very respectful. Want a trustworthy mechanic in Riverside? In and out for my smog check. Automatic submission of my smog results to the DMV. Very professional. Walked a block down the street for food and to wait. I will definitely return for my smog check. They need new chairs in their lobby. They might be from the 70s.

This place is a little bit out of the way and difficult to notice from the road but they provide a great value for the money in my opinion. I got a smog check here and the mechanic was very polite and timely despite the power failure earlier in the day that required him to restart all of the computers in the building.

Always had great service here, the shop is honest and has integrity. The employees are racially diverse as are the customers whom I have seen. It is sad that this individual Mike, aka Bill Knick, Tom Hanks, Tommy Lee and Susan Longbottom, has noting better to do with his or her time than slander a small business. Mike has stated in other posts across social media that I am a employee. This is not true. I am a customer that is upset that someone is spreading lies about a great business that I appreciate. I dont use social media very often, but I wanted to give support to a great business. There are great people at Woodcrest Auto Service. Go see for yourself. Google needs to remove this entire thread of lies.

Ive personally worked at a smog shop for 2 years and I can say they do a great job here.Had 3 cars smogged here now. Friendly, Fast, Convenient and decently priced.

They are cheaper than the smog place across the street, and they are also a full service auto shop. I called several places in the area, and there price is very competitive. The waiting area is also kept cool and plenty of magazines. The newspaper was current for today.The technician was nice and also he was moving quickly (in the summer heat), pretty clear he did not want anyone to wait too long. When another customer tried to get a smog with his check engine light on, he was very polite when he explained that it will automatically fail, and offered to help solve the check engine light problem.When my test came back he said I almost did not pass, and explained some of the reasons, suggesting a minor tune-up to reduce hydrocarbons (unburned fuel).

Fast and friendly service. I have been there a few times, once for repair and also for a couple of smog checks. No guys pushing for upsells or telling you your car is P.O.S. and you need to spend 5k. Theyre honest guys.

I was denied service!!! I went to this establishment seeking help for my car, and was told after walking in that they didnt want to help me and pointed at the door for me to leave!!! I have never heard of a business doing this kinda of thing in such a nice community!! Such a bad smudge on the whole woodcrest area!!! Shame!!!
