Super nice guys but i was told by them they dont fix A/C or work on vans anymore. I had a issue where my van wouldnt pass smog and i needed to get that fixed before my tags expired but i had to go somewhere else that i didnt want to go because the place was to expensive but i had no choice. I hope you could get back to working on cars again because i prefer your work instead rather then that other place i took my van which cost me to much money and now i gotta go back to them because my radio dont work after they worked on my van.

Great work.I have a special needs German car, and I needed to fix the air intake, you know the one part that is hidden and unaccessible by every other part of the car. So I came to Cali Streets-- they did a great job.I came when half the city thought: services here is great. It was so busy. But I am not regretting that I came.Bring a book or schedule some free time, when it gets busy it gets busy.Im going there today for an oil check up. :)

I toke my vehicle to this shop to have it repaired and explained that the vehicle needs to be able to pass smog, so it has expired tags. I had it towed to him so he can get started on the repairs. I waited for a week or so for the shop to call me and tell me that its ready or to even tell me whats wrong with the vehicle, I had to call him and ask him about the vehicle and remind him that he has my vehicle. So it went on like that for a month until i started to just randomly showing up to the shop asking them for my vehicle. He started playing games and saying the vehicle is ready then when i show up he tells me that he needs more time, because hed tell me its finished and when i check the vehicle the check engine light is on and the vehicle has all this smoke coming from the engine. then when he sees that he tell me oh i just need a little bit more time so he can adjust a few more things. They never even repaired it and wanted me to pay $2,390.00 for repairs and labor. when i got really tired of him having my vehicle for so long i asked him to see my vehicle so i can pay for whatever and never deal with him again he begin to lie to me and tell me that my vehicle was at one of there special storage facilities, because he had no room for it there at the shop, even though they were supposed to be still working on it. So he asked me to pay for it first then hell go get it and i asked him why doesnt he wanna show it to me, he replied by saying because there storage facility wasnt that close. I got tired of his games and called the police. the police notified me that the vehicle is at the police impound for being parked in a residential neighborhood and that it has accumulated to parking citations. i had to pay for the parking citations and the impound fee, it was in the police impound for 30 days and cost me over $1,600 in just impound fees alone not including the parking citations and other fee plus i had a lot of missing items from the truck of the vehicle all the way to the glove compartment. they are not honest or trust worthy and the worst machines ever it was a nightmare the worst people ever, they are liars cheaters and thieves.

Very bad experience I came in one day to get a quote on some wheels and tire package and I decided to go with it left my deposit and they got me leased told my the following day to bring my car so they can work on it I stopped by they told me to come back in a few hours that’s my “rims hadn’t got there yet “ then I came back they told me to come back in a few hours they would give me a call when they were ready . Never called me the entire day . Following day they said they never received my rims . Leaving me waiting for nothing I decided to cancel my order and they wouldn’t even refund me my deposit or not even an apology. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE .

Great service and really quick turnaround. I had a puncture on the sidewall, took it in an couldn’t be fixed. They ordered me two new tires for the front, scheduled the next day after work, fitted and out the door in less than 30 minutes. I’ll be going back for the rears real soon. 👍

Great service and prices. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the quality of the brake pads they use. I had to get a brake job two years ago at 39,000 miles. I went to Cali Streets, they were friendly and reasonably priced with great work. Now on to the pads. I just had to return for another brake job two years and 25,000 miles later. Seems a bit to soon to me. They did give me another great price so it was all good. Just wish they would have lasted a bit longer. Thats not to say that it could be my driving habits so I am going to try to take it easy and see if these pads last longer. That said, I definitely recommend Cali Streets. 👍

Excellent customer service and great deals on tires ...when returning for a repair on a tire. I was welcomed in just like if I was going to buy a new set of tires and helped fast with honest timing estimation giving up front for the repair.. This is also a all in one shop. They did not hesitate to help me out with an oil leak in my vehicle which had nothing to do with the tires but yet still provided help.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR/TRUCK HERE!!! I brought my truck here to get brand new wheels and have them balanced. After a week the weights that balanced the wheels fell off and scratched up the inside of the wheels and they refused to replace them or reimburse me. Very disappointed and dishonest after paying $1,200 dollars.

I took my car there to get the tired replaced since the old one popped. We called ahead of time to ask for a specific size and they quoted $185 for 2 tires new, which is about $60 cheaper than the first shop we went to. Unfortunately, it wasnt in stock; it would come tomorrow morning, and I was reassured that it would come in then. Come tomorrow morning, I drove over and guess what? It wasnt in. It would come at 1:30PM same day. Thats fine though. Stuff happens, things get delayed, whatever. We went at around 2PM, just to be safe. There were quite a few people there and we asked how long it would take. He said it would 45 minutes. That much is fine too, we could still get back in time just before traffic starts. Sitting in the AC-less waiting room 1hour and 30minutes later, we finally see them start to prop up the car to change the tires. 2 hours later, we drive from the shop after getting cooked in the heat and greet the lovely traffic for the long road trip back home.Loved the price and the friendly desk guy. Hated the wait time.

Excellent Experience . When it comes to an Auto Mechanic Shops it is almost impossible to find the right one, seems like every one of them out there are just ready to rip you off. Around two years ago I stopped there looking for four Tires, the Service was A+++, Quality and Price was very Fair for TOYO TIRES, I went back Today for a nail in one tire, Marco was very attentive and fixed it immediately under warranty free of charge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

Pretty bummed I bought this coupon card for a better value on my services. I have been there twice and had to wait over 2hours since they do not make appointments. I know waiting is expected but I think they should book appointments to help? I got an oil change and needed air in my tires and after 2.5 hours my oil got changed but no air in the tires. They also sold me this coupon card telling me that I wouldn’t have to pay for anything when I wanted the “free services” that are included with the purchase of the coupon card, but sure enough they find a way to charge me some sort of fee every time. Supposedly it’s the “disposal fee” for oil, which goes up about 3 dollars every time I come in? Don’t get it. They also seemed irritated that I wasn’t purchasing additional services that were not on the coupon card, since they don’t make much money from me that day. I bought the card because the kind sales representative was so sure that I wouldn’t have to pay a thing, but I had to pay unnecessary fee’s and the staff was unhappy when I didn’t spend more than that. Not very pleased..but I suppose they are a good value if you do not have that coupon card.

I called ahead and they helped me find my exact model tires and had them shipped to the store in about 4 hours. When I showed up it took less than an hour to get two rear tires placed. It was pretty much painless.

I purchased 4 rims and tires. They got scratched during installation.Marcos the manager told me there’s nothing he can do about that and that happens to 90% of the wheels that he installs.He also told me he could fit 35 inch tires on a 4 inch lift that he know nothing about.They just want your money they don’t care about their customers and their customer service sucks!! His license is also expired through the automotive bureau of better Business!!

I feel completely robbed! I took my car in because it wouldn’t start. On occasions it would but my engine light was on so I took it to Marco. He had it inspected and claims he did the work. However, I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM STILL!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

When it comes to mechanics I get very iffy because when most mechanics sees a girl and a girl who doesn’t know much of cars they sometimes take advantage of “what is wrong with the car” and I had to deal with it twice from different places. Coming in I already felt very welcome! The gentlemen in the front was very nice and made sure I knew he seen me although he seemed very busy. I thought the water pump and timing belt needed to be fix but unfortunately the head gasket was also messed up and that was going to cost a lot due to the make on the car. I was very grateful that the gentlemen let me know of the situation before doing anything and saved me a lot of money. For future car issues, I’m definitely coming back! I’ll be sure to let my family and friends know of this place as well.If the gentlemen in the front does ever read this, thank you so much for the honesty and amazing customer service

I had a terrible experience here and will never be going back again! I dropped off one of my rims with the tire still on it so that the rim could be fixed as it had bent when I hit a pot hole. I did this on Friday and was told that it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. After not receiving a call by end of day Tuesday to come pick up my stuff, I called in only to have the man working there tell me he couldnt even find any evidence of me ever coming in and that he would have to call his manager to see where my tire and rim were. He finally called me back to say that the rim was ready right before they closed so I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. I came in the next day and there is a rim there with no tire on it! I asked where the tire was to which I got the response oh there was a tire on it? So after that I once again had to wait for the man who was working there to call his manager to ask about the tire. The manager tells him that yes I did have a tire that was still in good condition with the rim so I then have to wait for them to find it. Once they finally found it it took almost 2 hours just for them to put the tire back on the rim and put it on my car. Mind you by this point I was already late for work and anxious to leave. Their reasoning for why it was taking so long was that there were other customers ahead of me. How could that be if I had been waiting to get my tire for 5 days at this point! That should mean that Im ahead of everyone right?! When I finally got my car and was able to leave I was even more shocked to check my bank account and see that I had been charged twice!! Thank god my bank reversed one of the charges but I will NEVER go here again. These people are unorganized and seem to want to do nothing but rip you off every chance they get.

One regret they are so good at what they do they are always so busy and the wait is sometimes long. The shop is clean and nice to hang out. This is an edited review from an earlier review, in which I have the facility one star. So here’s why I changed my ratings; I went in for a regular oil change and my car breaks needed some changing as well & I was having some continuous issues from a previous work they did on my car as well. I went in to find out that they had charged me for two tires but only put one on it. Somehow the issue escalated and the cashier basically refused to give me money or change that one tired that I already paid for & said “We don’t know what you might have done since you left last time” assuming i might’ve changed the tire myself or must be stealing from them. This was on top of $1400 fixes they were recommending. This irritated me well beyond measures and I proceeded to give them the least rating possible with a very bad review. Later that day, I get a call from the owner of the place, he had already read the review and he apologized for whatever happened and offered to make things better. He was very nice about this whole ordeal and I very much appreciated his honesty in the matter. He showed me his invoices from that day and what was going on and why they were thinking that they had already changed the tires. The owner actually took me in confidence and asked me to come back to get the tire changed. I went back few days later and got that changed, as well as oil and breaks. I wish they had changed the oil and breaks the previous day I went but in the end they worked with me so a i don’t mind it after all.I only changed the review after i thoroughly checked their work driving the car around and believing that they did do a good job. I am very thankful for the owner for taking a brisk action over the matter and actually making this right. Not many places do this and that’s why my one star review turned into a five star review. Thank you

I have gone to this shop about 5x total. They are very friendly people and have great service, but I have multiple horrible stories about their shop. First my wife had her brakes done there, and for multiple weeks after that her brakes were squeeling and making noise we went their 2x to have them look at them and both times they told us it was fine. They were not we went to another mechanic and they were put on backwards!?!? Another time I had my whole radiator flushed and cooling system replaced it took them several hours to replace the freeze plugs an kept braking them and having to call parts store to get new ones they messed up 3x. After the whole cooling system was replaced they put my main radiator hose on top of my radiator fan so when I drove away it shredded the hose and spilled all over the street. I obviously went back and they fixed it, but wow showed a lot of incompetence in their staff. Another time I went back to get a brake pump replaced. Once it was done they didnt adjust them properly and my brakes were stuck together. I called Eric the next day and told him about it, he really didnt say anything but sorry. I had to get my truck towed and repaired somewhere else.It was difficult for me to write this bad review but as a business owner myself and having done business with them for awhile I was forced to write this. The staff shows a low level of professional mechanical ability and half the time you feel like they dont know what they are doing. My wife and I now refuse to go to this shop and warn people about it. If you do go in please make sure your cars are taken care of properly.

I saw this place in the same great shop that Ive been going to for years calistreets tires, so I knew it was a try. The customer service was great, very friendly. They were fast and very good prices. Last year I had new tires mounted on my car from Cali Streets Tires. The service was good, and Marco was very friendly. I was told that the tires needed to be ordered, and the tires would be there in the afternoon. I called to see if they received the tires, and they told they received the tires. When I got there, the tires were not there. I had to come back another day. I understand mistakes happen, however I just recommend this shop to my brother, and the same thing happened to him. My brother told me that he paid in advance on Tuesday, and they told him that they had received the tires. This time it was the wrong tires. My brother was told that the tires will be arriving in 10 minutes, well 40 minutes later the tires arrived. Even after the tires had gotten there, the technicians were too busy talking to each other to start working on the car. Also they recommend to buy the Falken tires, because it comes with a free rotation, rebalance, air inflation, and flat repairs for the life of the tires, however on the receipt, it shows a charge of $95.00. So its really not free. They told my brother the same thing, and charged him a $67.00 fee. I had given a great review on yelp for Cali Street Tires. I am going to have to make some changes to that review.
