I bought a new ranger from raceway Ford a few weeks ago the purchasing process was great no issues two weeks later the truck has major issues it will lock up the rear tires sometimes when downshifting it’s unsafe to drive and raceway Ford can’t even look at it for a month I spoke with the sales manager about my issues she was nice on the phone but did not follow up when I called her back she was not much help nor has she followed up since Do Not Buy A new Ford the Dealers Nor Ford corporate will help now I have a new truck that I can’t drive and no rental truck this is horrible this will be my last Ford never ever again

Best car dealer I have dealt with. I just purchased a brand new Ford explorer and the experience was great. John Wachenheimer was the sales rep. I started the process online and than drove to dealer to finish the deal. John was friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward with me.
Here is the deal. I have a 2019 hybrid i took in because the check engine light was on. Alan leon told me it was rodent damage. I asked them to look into a cruise control issue. One whole day and they had no clue. After going for service every 10000 miles i was now being told by raceway my service was every 5000 miles. Raceway was also telling me i was getting close to needing brakes which i thought was fine cause im at 50+ k miles.I took the back to colley ford because i bought it there and frankly i hoped to get a deal on repairs. There was no rodent damage. My cruise control issue was from bump my brother in law got into. My brakes are not even half way worn and my service is at 8000 miles now.Raceway is a pack of thieves. Id recommend going anywhere else
I took my vehicle on Monday the 13th, for what seemed like a computer problem. Which was previously replace here in May of this year. To this day they have not given me a complete diagnostic test results. I feel like it has taken too long and seems ridiculous that they have not given me at least that. I need answers.
Although a part had to be overnighted, service was good and my seat belt works perfectly now. They gave me free Lyft service to and from the dealership. Car wash broken down again.
A work in process with part on order. Problem, though not serious, has been intermittent. Service department has been accommodating.
If you dont know anything about financing or vehicles I would HIGHLY ADVISE YOU BRING PEOPLE WITH YOU WHO DO.I luckily received a fair deal on my truck but it was only because it was either they gave me a better price on the truck or honor the price they gave me and confirmed via email text and voicemail from the dealer which would of been about 10,000 dollar difference in the purchase of the vehicle.even after this, the truck I bought was exactly what I was looking for and worth the trouble. This dealership and every single person who I interacted with aside from the mechanics were always at a lost and unsure what whats going on. cause after taking the truck home I found out that on top of about 5 other issues they sold me the truck without proper key.I bought this truck in march of last year. I am still trying to get them to clear the title on my truck before I have to seek legal aid. Cause apparently the clean title truck they sold me has reported structural damage on the CARFAX.YES THIS ANOTHER ATTEMPT of me getting someone from this dealership to correct this mistake. Literally not even asking for anything but for them just to submit the information they have to clear the trucks title.

They were so nice and made me feel like a celebrity. I have gone with many friends and family to buy cars and know how unpleasant the experience can be. Brock my salesman was awesome and really knows his cars. I learned things from him I never knew about the new automotive technology and Ive been in the automotive industry 11 years! Avoid STERLING wasnt helpful at all drove 1 hour to get there and was a complete waste of time. Id suggest to go some where else all together than unless your ready for disappointment. COMMUNICATION IS KEY IN BUSINESS/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Id like to share my recent great experience with this dealership and the humble people who helped me purchase my new F250 pickup truck.I was handled by two salespersons named, Edwin and Rick, they are both humble, patient, and courteous. they were fair negotiators and gave me an excellent value on my trade-in RAM 2500.overall I got a great deal and great experience. I drove 70 miles to that dealership since there was a shortage in F250, but I dont regret it since it was worth it. I recommend doing business with them.
I posted this review a month ago, but it never posted and I nevr received a reply. I just wanted to update that I was strongly leaning towards returning to give the dealership one more time but decided to avoid and get another car manufacturer instead. Its a shame.Hi. So, im shopping for a new car. I am really interested in the new upcoming Maverick or a PHEV like the new Escape. I arrive and park in the lot. Its a Monday so im assuming it wont be that busy. I make a small lap around the front entrance and see that a sales rep is showing a car to a family. No acknowledgement so far. Ok, maybe hes busy and another rep will greet me. I proceed to look again at the cars. Whew $5000 markup on the Ranger? Ok. I ask myself if the dealership will do the same on the new upcoming Maverick. Definately a question to ask the sales rep once I talk to the rep...whos still helping the current customer. Ok. Let me walk inside. I slowly make a loop inside the showroom. I see a couple of really nice Rangers. I slowly walk some more. I SEE A PERSON SITTING DOWN! WE MAKE EYE CONTACT!.... nope. He just goes back on his phone. Ok. I look in an office. Two gentlemen are talking with a woman at the desk.... no acknowledgement.... I proceed to slowly walk out the door, pausing just a minute to notice that the outside of the door says pull... (pause)... and I open the door. I make one last glance towards the sales rep. I overhear that the sales rep stated most of the newer cars do NOT have cd players.... (what he should have done was use that objection as an enhancement tool, but thats a different story for a different day), I wait outside my car an additional minute and see a now hiring sign (hmm. Any correlation?) And one for the NEW Maverick!..... letting me know I could come in to reserve one... (well, not so much) oh, the irony. Vis a vis Raceway Ford. You definately lost my business. If no one can even acknowledge a potential cuatomers presence, how could I expect any customer service?

Unprofession salesman(I dont know his name but he is bald). Today 5/29/2021, I went and asked for information about mustang and a test drive for my son. The sales man was so rude. He said if you cannot pay for the upgraded model, drive the standard blue. I told him im looking at different cars and i want to compare them by driving. He said ok and walked away without showing us anything.

An exceptional service department! I had issues with a coolant leak and took it here and was taken care of very well. Doug-- my service advisor-- was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained the issues with my vehicle and my options in a way that was very easy to understand. If you have an issue with your vehicle, I highly recommend calling Raceway Fords service department and asking to speak to Doug.
Took my truck to have a problem diagnosed they found the problem told me what part was bad so now all I got to do is get it fixed.Also Matthew the service writer was a great help!

We recently purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible which we found online at Raceway Ford. Via a phone call was connected to John Wachenheimer who was extremely professional, helpful and made our purchase go smoothly. Only 1 issue which was not Johns fault. The check oil light came on after getting the vehicle back to Las Vegas (where we live) the check oil light came on. Took it to our local Volkswagen dealer to find out it was extremely low on oil. Feel this is something that should have been checked before we took possession.
I wanted to thank Steve Overton in sale for ALWAYS going above and making us feel like family. This is our second, and definitely not the last, vehicle weve purchased with him. Beware! We were buying a used F150; had an agreed on signed contract; had the finance completed and approved; had the vehicle detailed and waiting; had the check written; was told 2 minutes tops to complete transaction. Then the manager came out with a new contract for $1100 more and said I made a mistake, this is what you will have to pay. We were crushed, felt hurt, used and disrespected. They certainly did NOT live up to their motto- OUR PRIORITY IS TO EXCEED OUR GUEST’S EXPECTATION BY CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF RESPECT AND TRUST, AND TO BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS. Nope. Not at all. We eventually left with a sick and empty feeling without the truck we thought we had purchased. No attempt to bring us back. In fact, we eventually called and offered to split the difference. No contact by management at all. No attempt to make things right or rectify their mistake. Very disappointed and still hurting.
I researched prices on-line and found Raceway Ford to had the best price for the truck I wanted. Anthony responded quickly to my inquiry about the ruck’s availability and we made arrangements for a test drive. I headed down to Raceway Ford later with mey trade-in, Kelly Blue Book trade-in vale certificate, and finance pre-approved letter. Brock Lewis had the truck waiting for me out front. He gave me a quick tour, answered all my questions, and we took a test drive. Brock walked me through the entire purchase process, test drive to drive home.Raceway Ford honored their advertised price and gave me KBB value for my trade-in; no haggling, no surprises, no bullying. They detailed the truck while I signed the paperwork. Thanks Raceway Ford and Brock Lewis for making my purchase experience painless.
I brought my vehicle in to be serviced. I needed an oil change, tire alignment, and a part replaced. I made an appointment to have all of this work done. I was told by Mark, that it would only take a couple of hours for the inspection to be completed and the oil change and alignment to be completed. I decided to wait at the place as it would only be a couple of hours. I was there at 9am which is the time of my appointment. I was waiting patiently as the time went by. It was now going on 1pm and I asked what was going on. I was informed that everyone was going on lunch and my car would be worked on later. I decided to get a ride back home. This ride was not provided by the dealership and no courtesy vehicle was given. I received a call around 4pm informing me that my car was ready. When I arrived back to the dealership, I was told that none of the work that I needed done was completed. The oil change was not done, the alignment was not completed, and the part was not replaced. The service department had my car all day and completed nothing. They informed me that the faulty part on my vehicle was indeed faulty. They wasted my time. My whole day went down the drain. I already knew that the part was faulty, that is why I brought it in to be serviced. They reset my check engine light without doing any work on the part that needed to be replaced and told me to drive it around and bring it back when the light comes on. How unsafe is that? I would not recommend this service department to anyone. They will keep your vehicle all day regardless of your appointment time and promises made by the staff. They will put a bandaid on the problem and tell you to continue to drive your car.

I took a key I bought online here to have it cut. They did it for $10. NBD. Ford in Perris wanted to charge $200 only with buying a key from them. LOL how absurd to charge people SO much elsewhere when a machine does all the work. The parts guy at Raceway was top-notch, on the level. Will do business again whenever possible. If only they could price match parts online, Id go here exclusively.

Had to get my 2013 F150 towed here unexpectedly and they had the throttle body I needed in stock and got it put in just a couple hours which I thought was going to take a lot longer, I was definitely satisfied didn’t have any issues like other dealerships I’ve been to great job guys 👍

I had a minor issue and they stood behind the work to make it right at no cost to me. I do not write many reviews, but given my experience with Raceway, I wanted to share my experience.
Jared and Lisa went above and beyond their job to put me in a truck at a payment I needed to be at. They care more about their customers then the money theyre going to make thats the kind of dealer I want to be at. and I got great service about 8 or 10 years back when I bought a truck from there before and they got me the payment I wanted then to. I highly recommend raceway Ford to anybody than any other dealer to cut a great deal and get a payment you want. Thank you Raceway Ford for the great service you giving me twice.

The service department is easily the worst I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. My girl friend was having issues with her A/C, she had ESP, so obviously is going to take it to a Ford Dealer. And unfortunately this was the closes place she found with room to take the car in for work. Now I have worked at a Ford store for a good portion of my professional life, my entire family is in the car business, I have a very good understanding of what it takes to run a Ford point. I have never seen such horrific customer service and incompetent mechanics in my life. If we did this to a customer in my day at the store I worked at we would have lost Blue Oval for sure.From not being able to get parts in a timely manner, not tracking the shipments to even know if they will get them on time, first attempt to get the part they claimed it came in damaged. Ok yeah that is unfortunate but how is this our fault? After taking their sweet time to then find the part again they started saying since the repair was taking more than 10 days she now had to pay for the loaner car they put her in. Never in my life had I ever heard of something like this, especially since the loaner car was off their own lot, and not from Enterprise or something. After being annoyed with this we requested they put her car back together so she could drive it while we wait this indeterminate amount of time for the part to come in, and they refused.Finally the part comes in and their tech installed the part incorrectly, screws with the FOB for the push start system to work correctly, and now yet again the car is still in the shop.Never had I heard of such nonsense with a parts department being incapable of finding a part that is used for the current production run of a vehicle, never had I heard of a service department not putting someone in a loaner, off their lot, and then expect to get paid a daily rate after they were unable to provide a professional service to deliver the work in a reasonable amount of time. When their 10 day limit was coming up, being totally unwilling to accommodate, and then trying to pass off the car as fixed without even testing out the new component, which would have shown the job was not done correctly within seconds.There are a lot of Ford points out there, go to one of them, dont go to this one. These people are an embarrassment to the oval, to Ford Motor Company, and are the reason the car business gets the bad rep it has.EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: Will your review include why your service director saw it fit to resort to verbal assault on the showroom floor? The fact your mechanics seemingly incapable of correctly rewiring the cars electronics so that the lights dont short out? Not my problem your parts department doesnt know how to use the full resources of the Ford Motor Company to get parts, is incapable of providing service at a reasonable time, wont cooperate with the customer when you blow past the deadline. I already know you are a sorry excuse of a service department, just need to make sure nobody else makes the mistake of thinking you guys know how to fix cars
Time and time again Raceway Ford proves to be a place I can go when I need to either buy a car or get it serviced. This last experience was for a quick service I needed. They fit me in and I was in and out in less than an hour. Been coming here for years and dont see that changing anytime soon. Go see Paul he is the best! Thanks for Everything Raceway!

Love this place.The first time I went to the dealership an older gentleman gave me a super high rate and ripped me off.I returned the 2nd day BUT with my parents and was helped by a different representative and he got me a great rate!! My parents bought a car from him too.Also, their center for oil changes is amazing! I went to another shop and I got charged 100. I went to them and I got a courtesy car wash and oil change for 50!!! I am never going to another place for an oil change. They also offer cutest shuttles. On my way to work, I drop my car off and they give me a ride to work and pick me up.Shortly after I was mailed coupons for a free oil change. I recommend checking this place out for oil changes!!

So I came to Raceway Ford, I was greeted by a horrible salesman that was still smoking as he approach me no big problem there. He took me to go look at the raptors since I’m on the market for one and I asked to test drive the one that I liked and he refused to let me because and quote “ I didn’t look to be that interested in it” so he called his manager and manager came over and said that in fact I couldn’t test drive it. I told him that I get emails from kengrody ford all the time to go test drive the new 2020 Raptor and he said we send out does emails too. We do that just for marketing. So yeah that’s really bad advertising how can you possibly purchase and spend $80K on a vehicle you can’t even test drive. That is very stupid!
Parts employee Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable about our battery problemsHe tested them and one was good and one bad. I thought one was out of warranty but he researched it and both had warranty benefits. It great dealing with honest people that go out of their way to help customs.

Im very satisfied with our experience today. Bought a new car and the price was very good for a new car. The used car I looked at was nice but they found a way to get us a brand new car for almost the same exact price with the rebates and year end sell. Scott was the sales man and was awesome. Ford makes some mighty fine cars and trucks. The Ford F-150 sells more units than any other vehicle. My brother has one and he seems to like it pretty well. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Raceway Ford would be a great place to start. The F 250 is a good looking truck especially the four wheel drive trucks. It is amazing how much they have civilized pick up trucks since I was a kid. Just take a look inside of one if you havent seen one lately!!! Well if you go to Raceway Ford, I think that you will get a good deal.

A 2017 Ford Escape from Raceway dealership and got some issues with the SUV I bought. Will refrain from posting the comments or reviews until the matter is resolved. Working on a resolution. Seriously concerned about the final round.

Recently started going to Raceway Ford for service. Completely satisfied with everything they have done for me. The only issue I have is up selling but all service places do that.

Have been buying autos for 45 years and Anthony Kerruish is the most helpful sales professional that I have encountered. He listens to the customer and responds quickly without even a hint of pressure sales that is so common for other sales staff. He is also attentive to all of those after the sale issues that occur. He is one of those rare professionals that makes the makes the sales process pleasant.
I had a great time at Raceway Ford this afternoon! Even though the man I had an appointment with was unable to be there when I arrived, sales manager met me and, 2 other salesman were appointed to take care of me. Both were very helpful and informative. Very professional organization. :-)
Simply incredible, drop by and experience a whole new level of customer service. All my expectations were achieved under budget with a level of service that has to be experienced to believe. Edwin ( Sales Consultant ) and Gary ( GM ) went above and beyond, I can assure you Raceway Ford is the best ( I have been to 5 other Ford dealerships ) and can honestly say they have secured a customer for life.
Mike the salesman was nice. He did claim honesty as a core value but this didnt seem to be present. Car started off as lease to used vehicle than changed to a loaner car for maintenace so it was practically new.The best of all of it was that when presented the paper work on the deal. The ticket price that was on the window was nowhere to be found on this paperwork. It went from 16,995 on the window to 20,000. Then the trade in we had was.coming off that number... When the confusion arose from my wife and I they sent in big guns the Financial Manager whose first words to us were this shouldnt be too hard to understand as if we do his job everyday.. which cant be too hard if it consists of putting different prices on the cars than they actually sell them for. Wasted are whole morning driving to Riverside for this but honestly wouldnt waste my time walking a block to here. Very unfortunate experience cause the salesman Mike was pleasant.
Let me tell you guys Raceway Ford is where it’s at this year is the second car we have bought from them and the experience is amazing. In 2015 we were able to walk out of the lot with a brand new 2015 Ford Focus when we didn’t think it would be possible. Manager Mark is the one who gets the job done and will leave you happy and satisfied with your purchase. He does the impossible to get you approved for a car. Today he made it possible for our family to get a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. These guys are truly honest, hardworking and really respectful. The repairs were not completed when we picked up the car. And no offer to fix it when discovered. They expect me to come back. Wasted much time with this.Amending this review. The repairs needed parts. There is a need to better communicate this. The dealer contacted me to explain.

My wife, son and I needed to visit our family near Phoenix. We left early Friday afternoon after our summer school obligations. Two hours later from La Habra, our Mitsubishi broke down We had transmission problems. The mechanic said we shouldn’t go on. We looked online, and found Raceway Ford. We prayed and came in to find a car to complete our journey. Several hours later, we drove away in a new 2018 Escape The staff really went to work on solving our dilemma. We received the vehicle we needed. We got a great payment plan. The finance department went the extra mile to get us the perfect maintenance plan. We had previously purchased a Fusion in Orange County. Now, we are definitely a Ford Family. Thank you Raceway Ford. We thank God for his divine purpose and blessings.
