Unhappy with the whole dealership I have heard of ripping someone off but this takes the cake.Traded in my f350 chassis cab in they would only give me $12,000 for it said it is to old seen on there site selling now for $34,444 that is almost a $23,000 profit wow way to rip people off on trade in would never recommend you to anyone and wont ever shop there again. This shows no integrity and that your willing to ripping people off.I believe everyone need to make a profit. I own my own business and would never rip someone off that bad.

Would not recommend anyone go to this location. This place has been the worst experience so far. We traded in our car mid-July. They still havent sent over any information in regards to monthly payment for our new vehicle. At the same time the bank I had the loan through for the original car, has contacted me stating that the dealership has not taken care of the loan. So, my credit has been getting dinged for no payment being made on the car I traded in. We have reached out multiple times to speak to someone that can help and the answer is We will call you back. That was a week ago. On top of that the car needed to be serviced a week after we made the purchase. There was a check engine light that came on. The car was with their service department for over three weeks. There were no updates or any communication for that matter, on when the car would be done. In addition, we were told that the backup camera would be fixed along with a dent that we saw on the side of the car. Those still have not been fixed.

I cannot speak more highly of the crew at Riverside Moss Brothers Dodge! After purchasing over 40 vehicles in my lifetime I can tell you that I have never had such an excellent experience as the one that I had with Jo Jo and his crew at riverside moss brothers Dodge. They were knowledgeable, friendly, they did not try to upsell me, they went out of their way to find a vehicle that met my wishes and fit my budget, they worked with me on down payment, they were willing to go out of their way to come pick up paperwork for me late at night and they stayed open extremely late at night for me. I received a very good Value for the vehicle that I purchased. I cannot say enough good things about them. I was so happy so that a couple of months later, when my son was trying to buy a truck, and had trouble getting salesman at other dealers to respond to him, he had trouble getting them to offer a selection of vehicles that fit his budget or they wanted to upsell him, I recommended JoJo. JoJo stayed open until midnight, got the truck that my son was looking for, gave him a very good trade in value on his old truck and lowered the price on the new truck. My son is ecstatic with his new vehicle and cannot stop talking about what a good experience he had buying from the guys at riverside Dodge. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys, they really went out of their way and excelled in every aspect of the sale. I very highly recommend them.

My service representative was awesome! My car was supposed to take a few hours to be completed, so she set me up for a shuttle ride home. Right when I arrive home my car was completed sooner than expected and she sent the shuttle back to get me since it was close by. I really appreciate her going above and beyond.

I always come to this location for anything thats wrong with my car and always get the best outcome. Even when I had a minor issue with my car, they immediately looked for the problem and found it. When I had many questions during my recent visit, Nathan Espino had an answer for everything. Prime example of a manager and overall employee to the company! Please find another place if u are looking for a service of your car. The dealer(Steve Rodriguez) made a promise to return the vehicle for the same day. Surely, he did not keep his promise. Once again, he made a promise to return the vehicle in a week. Not surprisingly, he broke the promise again. Moreover, even one single engineer did not check my car for more than a week. He said he would make the engineer to check my vehicle in another week. But, after 14 days from the date I dropped off my vehicle, he did even answer my call. I am doubtful that I can retrieve my car.

The dealership was fine. No issues. However, recently I took in my Dodge Challenger to the service department to see if they would fix the wrap that was on my car. Even though my warranty had expired, they would not have covered the repair even if it was under warranty. A service rep came out and checked my wrap and without any examination, he said it was an outside influence that ruined that wrap. The only thing I can think of is that it was exposed to the sun. But other than that, there was nothing to indicate that I would ruin it by any chemicals except wax. Will wax really ruin the wrap??? Not in a hundred years. The only fact is that wrap was a bad wrap nothing more. Regardless, they would not cover it. The worst part is I called Chrystler Corporate and two agents told me they would fix the issue however they both lied. I just gotten an email from them telling me that they could not even though they said they would help with the assistance of the repair cost whether or not it was an outside influence. I would never trust the Moss Brothers Service or Chrystler. Never again will I buy any of their vehicles and I will tell everyone the same.

We laid down everything and what we were looking for. Eveything seemed great until they came back with crazy numbers. I understand the game of high balling me but the manager came with 2 year loan numbers and he wanted me to increase my down payment. I already had over 20% for my down payment and I wanted a 6 year loan. They just werent listening at all. Then the manager chased me out of the building all the way to my car arguing with me and the numbers I wanted. I hope that manager is new because his actions were completely unprofessional. So if you go in and see a tall kinda heavy set and bald manager be wary.

I wanted to buy my next car. Got in touch with four of them but none was able to assist me. Asked for a quote, financing options and availability of the model I am looking for.Nothing! Only general introduction emails and instead of answering to my questions, another person from the company wrote me asking if anybody helped me already. My brand new 21 charger gt was the WORST buy ever. Within 24 hours of purchase on the vehicle I noticed an odd smell in cabin, I thought maybe the new car breaking in. Fast forward to the next day, stronger smell on startup, I check the oil......NO MOTOR OIL in engine. I reach out to dealership (no answer whatsoever)...I then drive to dealer, I advise the service tech Austin of my issue he states its only 1qt low while the dipstick registers absolutely the very tip of stick. Hes quick to top off and assures me theres nothing to worry about. FAST FORWARD yet again 1.5 months The car CLINKS AND CLANKS while driving. The dealer states its part of normal vehicle operation. Oddly enough is that another IDENTICAL MODEL 21 CHARGER GT from the lot didnt make the knock when service manager Keith tagged along. These guys are the worst. NO HELP from the dealership or the management staff. Im still waiting for corporate to figure the issue out while Im forced to drive this unsafe lemon vehicle. While it clicks and knocks while Im driving my family.DODGE STAND BY YOUR WARRANTY.I would think Moss Bros. would be stand up people but I have yet to receive the brand new dodge I paid for. I would never recommend this dealership or shady service dept here. Noone here takes accountability for their mistakes. ZERO STARS . WORST BUY EVER

Would not recommend this location and will not be returning. I received ZERO updates about my car until after I spoke to the manager after having my roommate drive me in-person TWICE to get an update. It was the worst communication I have ever experienced. I spoke to the manager who was very friendly and got a different service worker to take care of my car at the end. Not only did they give me zero updates but they kept my car for so long I did not have transportation for work. I received zero apologies and zero compensation for an extremely expensive bill.

Initially I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the sales associate and assistant sales manager who helped me. Upon reviewing my contract a couple days after the sale I noticed they sold me the vehicle for $3,000.00 over the sticker price and when I called to determine the reason I was told it was because of dealer add ons by the asst. sales manager and he told me I read the sticker incorrectly. I knew that was not true and he said he would have my sales rep. send me copy of the sticker (which was not left for me in the vehicle when I purchased it) right away...THAT NEVER HAPPENED. When I followed up I spoke with the general manager who told me a different story, although it did make more sense. I did not like how he made it sound like this reason was explained to me the night I purchased the vehicle by the asst. sales manager who just told me days earlier I had read the sticker incorrectly which was not the case. Nobody explained why the price was over the night I bought the car. THEN...the general sales manager offered to provide me with floor mats at no price for the $3,000 misunderstanding. I was confused as to why the $41,000 car was not sold with floor mats to begin with! Of course the he said he would have my sales rep. work on this for me and either he or the general manager himself would contact me in a couple days when they were both in the office...THAT NEVER HAPPENED. This was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and the last.

I purchased a car from here a week ago. I wasnt able to take it home because I was told that it just arrived at the dealership and needed a few things done by service. I was told that they would call me the next day to pick it up. Next day no call, I had to call a few times and was told that it was almost ready. I drove up there (I live and an hour and a half away) only to be told that it wasnt done due to it being a Monday and service was back up, most likely I wouldnt get it until Wednesday. I called Tuesday to check on status and was told that the car was ready but it was a part of another deal that wasnt finalized yet and it should all get taken care of Wednesday evening. I didnt receive an update Wednesday or Thursday. So I drive up on Friday only to be told that the deal didnt go through. Im was extremely disappointed and frustrated at the lack of communication. Had not I drove up there I would have still been waiting. To make matters worse I tell them okay just refund my $6K down payment so I can continue my car search and I had to go out of town for the weekend. They kept trying to sell me vehicles I didnt want, wasting more of my time. I finally go to an office and they tell me that the funds are released back on my card. Here am I 3 days later still without my refund! Ive call my bank they said theres nothing they can do the merchant has to released the funds. In conclusion a entire week wasted, no new car, my weekend is ruined and Im still without my $6K. This is my experience with this dealership.

My husband and I have been purchasing vehicles for several years. I am so disappointed by the lack of leadership and lack of communication. I brought my car in for service after waiting for 2-3 week for an appointment. One of the reasons was problems with my air conditioner not working properly. I brought my car in had to pay for a rental as it was not covered under my insurance. We payed for a extended warranty still had to pay over $797,00 for repairs. The problem is the care advisor stated they drove my care and their is not any problems with my air. As soon as I drove it from the service department the issue still exist. I know have no air at all Im in sales and in my car %90 of the time. With the weather as hot as it has been in Riverside it is unbearable, I have left numerus message no return call as for a supervisor 3 days ago still no return call. What a disappointment I am very upset and crying today as I dont know what more to do. I have trainings from out of state its so not right. Jo-Lynn Acrey

Horrible services department. Been trying to get my car fixed under warranty but this service department will not respond to my calls or emails. Went there in March to get pictures of a paint flaw. Than they had me take another day off for more pictures because dodge didn’t reply to them for warranty. Since than I have not had anyone reach back to me about issue. I’ve even called dodge warranty department to escalate situation but apparently that didn’t help. I will never go here for any service or car purchase.

BODY SHOPMy car was referred to Moss through my insurance company to have my front bumper replaced due to a minor car accident. I was informed it would take a week, which normally should be a 4 day repair for a front bumper. Its been 2 weeks total, with no call from them AT ALL! When I do call they dont answer the phone, so it keeps going back to the front desk. When they do answer the person I need to speak to is busy, so you leave a message to call and they dont call back. THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND.

I had the pleasure of never meeting the general manager as he worked only through his staff on the floor as middle men relaying messages, incorrectly, because he is the only one certified to ground the lease of a car. I do not recommend to return your lease vehicle to this location if you can help it. There is only one person out of the 15 plus people I counted there at the dealership that can help you. Apparently appointments are not required but I would recommend it as I waited over an hour to process what I told takes 10 minutes. The steps are to photo copy the ID of the person returning the vehicle to validate who was the owner and then sign a formal of the documented miles on the speedometer. Sounds too simple to mess up, right? Well, they almost release me without signing anything and would not have even billed me if I didnt disclose that I was over miles. I had to actually ask for my bill. It was my fault to think I could have relied on an efficient process in a professional establishment. Lesson learned.

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer. I get several letters a year from them wanting to buy my car back. When I went in today to sell them my car, with an appointment previously set up, I was told they couldn’t do it on a weekend. The salesperson told me they could go ahead and do an inventory sheet so when I came back on a weekday it would be done. I said ok, go ahead but I’m headed to CarMax from here. He said go ahead, I won’t do the inventory sheet...they give pretty good quotes. He was very dismissive and rude. I will never step foot on their lot again.

I recently moved from LB to the Riverside area & called the dealership. Spoke to a female by the name of Yvonne and asked told her I needed to get an oil change. I also asked her if this location offered that service without an appointment because I was interested in taking my Jeep tomorrow, Friday. She suggested I go on-line to make an appointment, however the tone in her voice and her telling me that it was likely the odds of me getting an appointment tomorrow were not very good. I was like, ok. I guess Ill take my business back to Signal Hill for an Oil change tomorrow and just make a day out of it. I hope those calls are being recorded so management can find out how these receptionist are deterring customers from coming in. I gather business must be very good.

So i had my car towed to this location to check if a recall was the problem for not starting. My car was taken in by Gary i believe. So i get a call later that week from Gary explaining to me what the problem was and that the car was good for pick up later that day, but i requested for a trans flush, a tune up, and a new key fob which extended my pick up date until the next day. I receive a call the next day around 11 am with bad news. I was told that they had hit the passenger side of my car and created a dent on the side of the passenger door and that they had sent it to their body shop to get it fixed asap. I was speechless but i couldnt do anything about it so i just agreed for them to fix it i felt pushed against the wall after all what am i going to do bring my car home with a dented door. 2 weeks later i get a call that my car was done and ready for pick up. When they pull up my car and had me look at where the damage was done and fixed i was able to notice where it got dented not to say the body wasnt good it just that i could still notice the areas where the work was done. So then i spoke with the collision manager to see what could be done. I requested for A new door since my car wasnt brought in with a dented door i didnt want to leave with a dented door. He told me to leave my car there again but i decline because i needed my car to get back to work but we agreed on me coming back in 2 weeks to see what was going to happen. 2 weeks of driving my car i start noticing little careless things that who ever was working on the car had done. One of them was that the glove compartment wasnt installed back properly which i fixed since it wasnt a big deal. The worst was when I noticed my passenger visor mirror was completely Shattered and it looked like it was done on purpose not saying it was but it does look like it. I am really disappointed to the point where i wouldnt feel comfortable leaving my car at this location again but will see what happens tomorrow when i walk in.P.S. Gary was really helpful thru this whole situation.

I recently took my 2016 Ram 1500 in for some electrical issues I was having I spoke with Austin really professional right away he helped me find solution for what I needed. He was able to get me an appointment to my earliest convenience and was able to take care of my problems. Tony did an oil change on my Viper and I cannot put into words how happy I am. I am very protective of my Viper. When I met Tony I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing. I picked up my Viper later that day and when I checked the oil it was perfectly at the full line and as clean as it could be. If you are a Viper owner you should take it here to Tony. The Viper community is small and we all know we want the best person to work on our Vipers. Tony at Moss Bros Dodge Riverside has proven to be the Viper guy in Southern California and you will know it too if you talk to him. Also, I have to give a huge shout out to Rick the Service Writer. He was a total car guy and referenced me to Tony. Rick was honest and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. You both have a customer for life.

Horrible!!!!!!!!On 9/12/2020 at about 0700 I pulled into the above dealer to have my oil change on my Jeep. I was greeted by a service writer, he continued to write up my request. I told the service writer that I still have free oil changes as per my service contract I purchased, and I usually pay the difference to upgrade the oil change to full synthetic (last time I had my oil change at this location they charged me a $30.00 upgrade fee to full synthetic.) The service writer finished writing my request up and I signed the estimate of $30.00. I continued to the waiting area to wait for the completion of my Jeep. About an hour later the service writer came over and said my wiper blades need to be replaced and It would cost an additional $13.00 per side for a total of 26.00. I told the service writer to go ahead and replace the wipers. About another hour passes the service writer came over and said my vehicle was completed. I continued to the cashier and was approached by Austen Gurrola (Service Manage) she continued to tell me that the synthetic up charge has increased from 30.00 to 55.00. They have already performed the service without getting my permission for the additional charges. I felt like I was trapped because the service was done already without my permission for the increased fees. I told Austen that they should have told me about the increase charges because I wasn’t looking to pay that much for an upgraded oil change when I could have done it myself for the fraction of the cost. The only reason why I take my vehicle to the dealer is because of the service contract that I bought when I purchased the vehicle. The last issue I had with this particular dealer was outrageous services charges that they say was needed regardless of what the manufacturer recommended for my vehicle.

Called before I went, was looking for a cheaper used car. They said they had it, once I got there of course the keys were β€œmissing”. Tried sticking me with something way out of my price range, then wasted about 2 hours when they knew I couldn’t get it. Wish there was a dealership that was straightforward and actually tried to help their customers instead of only trying to get a fat commission out of each sale.

Dont hold your breath waiting for the service department to get back to you. After 3 days I sent a message to Moss himself and wow guess what they called me back right away. It was to late I took it 3 1/2 days later I took it to another place to have it repaired. They will not get another chance to regain my business. Heres the kicker there a 2 other Dodge dealers near me but I chose Moss that is over an hour away because I purchased my truck from them.

One of my employees was driving the truck and it was over the mileage to change the oil. The system to prevent engine damage was activated causing us to take it in to be service. Moss Bros did a great job of isolating the problem, fixing it and other service required. It was all accomplished in two days and it was back on the road. Excellent service!

My son took his o errands with a air bag system problem,we replaced compresor on and left fuse out because it stayed on because it need hydrogen to level out car,so we took for a service to see what was wrong with it,charged us the 170. And yet they dont know whats wrong with it,they say they checked all and dont know whats wrong. ...you bee the judge you think it was correct to charge me and yet.my sons car is broken down.i belive bad service and I think in my opinion its a rip off.allso they want 800.more to realy check the jeep.this is not great service.....I dont recommend the dealer for service i was proud to tell him to get a jeep i own one never hade problems and I take to Moreno valley here in riverside no good. I feel bad for that advice I gave him.
